Sony Ericsson has lost his market value after launching this phone, people certainly think of product name first before buying anything & I had never think about it being so bad, it is not a value for money for all customers. This complaint should be logged to consumer forum against company. What you guys think?

I love this phone mainly for its design. But after buying I felt the sound effect is very low when you hear it in speakers. But the effect is superb & clear in the headset. Headset is really good with this phone. Other than that the flash in this phone is good it's very bright. We can also use it as a torch light. But the camera clarity is very poor. Altogether I regret for getting this phone. Now planning to W350i. Can anyone suggest a good phone?

Almost a great phone but Sony clipped the features. Import from SIM looses entries with more than one number, can't sync contacts via Bluetooth, can't use Sony PC Suite. This could have been an awesome phone for the person who just wants a phone, but too many features have been stripped down to bare minimum.

The only good thing in this phone is style & design.

Except that not one thing is good in this phone.

Very Very Low Sound. You have to keep the phone near to your ear to hear songs. Otherwise you hear nothing.

Camera is not so good. Very Bad at night time.

Very Poor battery. You have to charge it for every 12 hours.

So please don't buy it. Good Luck.

The handset has lot of bugs. Sometimes it hangs. You need to restart the handset. The phone automatically gets unlocked when a text message is recieved. In this case if your mobile phone is in your pocket, it somehow gets switched off due the pressing of power button. Cam era is very bad. Sound output is very low & even battery gets down quickly. I regret for purchasing it.
