I shuold compliment Sony for making such a wonderful phone. It's really a great phone in its design. But I should also mention the cons of the handset here. Because m greatly getting irritated with its joystick facility. It was pretty good for the first year. Now it takes a lot of time to come up with a selecting the right option using the joystick. And about its battery. First of all I dint get the 7 hrs talktime with this phone. It was about 4 hrs to the max. Now the battery gets down within a 1:30 hrs time. And the stand by time isn't great too. Another thing I wuold like to mention. It has great sound output features. But lacks internal memory. Just 12 mb won't do it! And there isn't a add on memory slot! So we will give 9/10 for its design, 7/10 for its features, 6/10 for its usability.

This is almost the perfect phone but 2 things missing, Bluetooth would of been great & that triband does not mean 3G is misleading I bought this phone thinking it was 3G instead be digital. (Spew)

It is the worst phone. Not only this model, but most of their models have joy stick issues. We will be mad with this stick. Battery also has lot of complaints. It switches off the mobile if I am speaking for 5 minutes, after one year use.

Sony Ericsson K508i is a great smart phone, its very easy to use, camera is great especially the zooming & other effects. picture quality is very good... it has cool stuffs such as media player... but the problem is the phone has got a memory of only 12mg...... so there's not enough room to keep a few mp3 or videos...there's no memory card slot... so you cant add additional memory to your phone... except this problem you can enjoy this phone... no doubt about that.

Thank you Sony for the K508i, had the K500i & upgraded to the K508i, what a result. Almost went for the Nokia 6600 but well chuffed I stayed with Sony. So easy to use, love the camera, love the video. Battery is better than the K500i & the keypad is easier to use than the K500i. Connectivity is easy through USB & data cable is not pricey. I am stuck on Sony from now onwards, keep your Nokias.

Too basic - sorry Sony but you have to do better than this effort to impress me. I want more from my mobile, my friend tells me the battery life is poor on his. Hate it!

This has it all, the silver & black casing gives it such a slick look. Keypad is easy to use, as I text all day long. Battery seems a bit naff but maybe I have a dodgy one. Love my camera & the zoom is a bonus.

No Bluetooth... Well gutted about that & found the video to be rubbish, but as a phone it is well easy to use & I do like the keypad.

Don't buy the K500i pay a wee bit extra & get the K508i it is really good. Sony K508i has loads of extra on the K500i, so it is well worth it. It is a really reliable & desirable mobile.

Like this phone but would of loved a radio in it. The memory could been a bigger than 12 meg, for the pictures & video clips. But do like it & love the look of it.

Music DJ program is wicked fun, love having a video on me phone, no radio but not broken hearted. Battery life a bit low. Was keen on the Nokia 6610i must look at the reviews on that phone. Love seeing reviews for the phones.
