When I first got this phone I thought it would be amazing as it had an MP3 player. (I brought it from Tesco's, & I needed a new phone as it would not charge the battery) But when I plugged it into the computer I only managed to put 2 songs on it!

This was a few months ago now & I decided to try & buy a memory card for it. I search the web to see if it actually reads memory cards & it doesn't!

So Sony next time you release a phone with an MP3 player, give it a slight bit of memory!

FIRST PHONE I HAVE OWNED THAT HAS NOT BEEN A Nokia. BIG MISTAKE! IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE, FINGERS SLIP OFF the KEYS WHEN USING IT, & A PAIN TO FIND WHAT YOU WANT QUICKLY. WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT IT. GOING TO SELL IT ON, I HOPE, & BUY MYSELF A Nokia. IF YOU WANT MY ADVICE DON'T BUY ONE.

Good things.
- Great phone.
- Looks nice.
- Bluetooth.
- Camera.
- Media player.

Only two bad things.
- No place for memory card.
- Can't play mp4s!

For those reasons I suggest you get a different phone but stick with Sony Ericsson.

Very pleased with ease of operation. Won't be able to play America as my ringtone though, as memory too small.

Biggest drawback for me is the front screen main keys, on left it is set to Calls which is fine but on right it is set to LIVE which is very bad as I keep accidentally connecting to Web & I can't see anywhere (as of yet) how to delete or amend this key to something I want. If anyone has found a way, please post!

Got the phone from Woolworth for £49.99 on Vodafone PAYT & it came with the data USB cable & PC suit disc (latest version). The phones a quality bit of kit. Ringtones nice & loud, screen bright & breezy, Bluetooth brilliant, plays MP3, MP4 & wav files, shame its only 15MB memory. My last phone was a Motorola v980 £160 & my little K320i beats the rubbish out of it. My star buy 10 out of 10.

unfortunately Ericsson about this matter. I hope that this rubbish phone be replaced ASAP.

I am finding it very sensitive to use the getting around & menu keys. I think it will be OK once I get used to it but, being a mature person I don't think it is the friendliest phone. I went for economy on pay as you go but wanted blue tooth to connect to sat nav. Haven't tried it yet as I am still trying to purchase in car battery charger.

I've been looking for this kind of phone for ages. Now I have found it & thank to Sony Ericsson. I just need strong signals & latest technology with reasonable price. I don't need camera, MP3 or other features but Bluetooth. I believe this is custom made for me. You can compete with other brands in design wise, material wise & specifications. I bought it in Singapore & it cost me about 125 USD. Unbelievable!

I just bought my K320i for a little less than 100 Euros & to my surprise, the package got a Sony Ericsson USB data cable included (these cables aren't cheap)!

I don't think I can get a better phone for the price! Of course the camera could be better, & it could have more memory or an expandable one. But a Sony Ericsson or Nokia model with these improved features will be at least 120 euros more expensive! & for a camera with 0.3 megapixel (or something like that) the pictures are quite good.

Another 100% satisfied customer! Highly recommended.

Phone is good. The disadvantages are:

The speaker is at the back. So when you place your mobile on a table or somewhere, you will hear the sound bit low.

Next is, only phone memory has the access to all features of adding birthday, customized ringtones & pictures etc.

Rest it's a good mobile. Picture comes out well.

I have a problem. When I use file transfer method while connecting to PC with USB cable provided, & when I copy the videos & play, I don't get the sound. Does anyone face this problem? If so, do let me know.

The Sony Ericsson K320i is really bad. I got this phone 2 months back & now I am running between service centers to get the phone fixed. The phone automatically switches off & doesn't start again. Even the service centre people are not able to find out a solution & they simply ask me to wait for weeks without any concrete info about the problem. Don't ever buy Sony Ericsson phones.

I have bought this phone three weeks back & I found no problem at all in using this phone. It's quite handy to use, the only thing which I wish to be in this mobile is FM, other than that this piece is good.

This mobile is providing different good features, including Bluetooth & Infrared. Sony Ericsson is the very best, better than Nokia, LG, and Samsung. This mobile is good value of money.

It's a very good mid range phone. The Bluetooth facility provided is excellent. The push email facility is superb. Camera not so good but works fine. Memory low only 15MB. Very good value for money.

I tried to access Internet through GPRS on K320i but the speed was very slow only about 8-10kbps. Webpages keep on waiting & get expired. The same sim on other phones is working very well.
