I have had this phone for 2 years & it's never let me down. It doesn't have much memory for all my music but I can use an iPod for that. If you want music, a good camera, & a complicated phone then don't buy it but if you want an easy to use phone which is reliable & nice then do buy it.

The K320i is stylish, full of brilliant features & it is a phone that is user friendly. Also it has got a great battery life so you don't have to charge it up every so often. The only real let down is that the K320i doesn't support extended memory & the memory that is on the phone is only a mere 15MB which is not good. However, I would still recommend this phone to everyone because the pros totally outweigh the cons.

This is a perfect phone for somebody who isn't big on fancy features. It is a phone for making phone calls & texting, not for surfing the web & storing songs & the like.

I think it is ideal for somebody who wants their phone to be a phone.

It looks fine, nice enough, & is very easy to use. Its lack of fancy features makes it uncomplicated. It is a great phone for children getting their first mobile or for older clientele who want something simple & unpretentious.

Nothing wrong with it at all.

The best phone & it runs 3D Java games. Java engine works very fast. This phone sounds loud. It can record calls to AMR samples. The camera is cheap but good for the portraits. The display, it has no fine colours, but bright & clearly visible under the sunlight. UI is fast. Memory size is 15 Mb, but it's normal if you don't use your phone as a 4GB USB drive. PC connection is fine, via USB cable bundled inside of the box. Works fine under Linux. The PC see's a phone as a USB mass storage device. I like this phone, it's a cheap, multifunctional & truly proletarian device.

The WORST PHONE on earth. How come a phone doesn't have, add memory card functionality. Worst phone.

K310, k320 we used to use them with SMS gateway server & K310 phone or k320 phone. This phone doesn't work like that, WASTE OF MONEY. Don't buy at all. Thanks.

This phone only has a 15MB memory & you cannot put in a memory card, so you can only really have 2 to 3 songs.

- Does not scratch easily.
- This camera is not very clear however you can adjust it.
- It is quite simple to use but not everything is found easily, unlike Nokia's.
- the music is clear & goes very loud!
- the buttons are slightly small but you get used to it.
- the battery is amazing lasting me for about 5 days, few calls but a lot of texts. (only taking about 1 hour to charge).
- the screen is not very bright & if you are outside on a sunny day, you will not see a thing without shadowing it with your hands & this is on the highest brightness.
- Can sometimes be a bit slow.
- Bluetooth always works fine.
- You cannot use ring tones for message alert but can for alarm.

Hope this helps!

My Sony Ericsson k320i has been fun & a wonderfully multi tasking machine, hours of endless browsing pictures music & endless Internet access. The multiple of features on this particular model make it very hard to live without. However on the subject of linking phones to your PC with Ericsson's software, be very careful as to read everything in the book. Or you may suffer the same fate as me? , I downloaded every picture I had stored on my phone on to my computer not realizing that I would be denied access to at a later date unless I subscribed for some new kind of software. & to add insult to injury I tried to download pictures back on to my phone & it seems to have rendered it useless, all I get now when I try to charge or use my phone is my screen flashing on & off & nothing more. I miss the phone its self it was a superb phone up to that point. It would be nice if Sony Ericsson or Vodafone could help on this subject (if they are interested). I rely on my old Siemens because I can't afford another one, I miss all the things my k320i did (sad).

When I first got this phone I thought it would be amazing as it had an MP3 player. (I brought it from Tesco's, & I needed a new phone as it would not charge the battery) But when I plugged it into the computer I only managed to put 2 songs on it!

This was a few months ago now & I decided to try & buy a memory card for it. I search the web to see if it actually reads memory cards & it doesn't!

So Sony next time you release a phone with an MP3 player, give it a slight bit of memory!

- Looks nice.
- Bluetooth.

Only two bad things.
- No place for memory card.
- Can't play mp4s!

For those reasons I suggest you get a different phone but stick with Sony Ericsson.

Very pleased with ease of operation. Won't be able to play America as my ringtone though, as memory too small.

Biggest drawback for me is the front screen main keys, on left it is set to Calls which is fine but on right it is set to LIVE which is very bad as I keep accidentally connecting to Web & I can't see anywhere (as of yet) how to delete or amend this key to something I want. Got the phone from Woolworth for £49.99 on Vodafone PAYT & it came with the data USB cable & PC suit disc (latest version). The phones a quality bit of kit. Ringtones nice & loud, screen bright & breezy, Bluetooth brilliant, plays MP3, MP4 & wav files, shame its only 15MB memory. My last phone was a Motorola v980 £160 & my little K320i beats the rubbish out of it. My star buy 10 out of 10.

Good phone rubbish memory 15MB! With no space for a memory card you can only get 1, 2 or at a push 3 music tracks on it. Good quality camera with the ability to change the picture quality. Charges very quickly 1 to 2 hours! I only paid £55 so to me a bargain.

I don't like the phone. I LOVE the PHONE! Well, I have bought it last week but don't know how to use half of the features. An earphone set didn't come with mine. By the way how much did you lot buy yours for, because I got it for a good price. Mines pay as you talk. Vodafone.

I've had 5 mobiles up to know now, including the:

- Sony Ericsson w880i
- Samsung d900
- Samsung d600
- Motorola RAZR
- LG kg800 chocolate

& I think this is better than all of them, it's the best phone in the world.

I think this phone is great, but, is it true you can't get memory card inserted to it, because some people say they have the phone & they have memory card for it, & others say it can't hold memory card. If you know the answer please tell me because I want to know, thanks.

I've been looking for this kind of phone for ages. Now I have found it & thank to Sony Ericsson. I just need strong signals & latest technology with reasonable price. I don't need camera, MP3 or other features but Bluetooth. I believe this is custom made for me. You can compete with other brands in design wise, material wise & specifications. I bought it in Singapore & it cost me about 125 USD. Unbelievable!

I just bought my K320i for a little less than 100 Euros & to my surprise, the package got a Sony Ericsson USB data cable included (these cables aren't cheap)!

I don't think I can get a better phone for the price! Of course the camera could be better, & it could have more memory or an expandable one. But a Sony Ericsson or Nokia model with these improved features will be at least 120 euros more expensive! & for a camera with 0.3 megapixel (or something like that) the pictures are quite good.

Another 100% satisfied customer! Highly recommended.

Sony Ericsson K320i is so cute & handy. This mobile has Bluetooth & infra-red & MP3 that makes the handset look proud & feel good. The only thing in the handset is camera. If the camera has more capacity then this the best handset in the world.

Phone is good. The disadvantages are:

The speaker is at the back. So when you place your mobile on a table or somewhere, you will hear the sound bit low.

Next is, only phone memory has the access to all features of adding birthday, customized ringtones & pictures etc.

Rest it's a good mobile. Picture comes out well.

I have a problem. When I use file transfer method while connecting to PC with USB cable provided, & when I copy the videos & play, I don't get the sound. Does anyone face this problem? If so, do let me know.

The Sony Ericsson K320i is really bad. I got this phone 2 months back & now I am running between service centers to get the phone fixed. The phone automatically switches off & doesn't start again. Even the service centre people are not able to find out a solution & they simply ask me to wait for weeks without any concrete info about the problem. Don't ever buy Sony Ericsson phones.
