A really poor phone user wise, there is no way of adding words into your T9 dictionary & the overall lay out is horrendous. Do not buy it!

It's such a bad phone that it does not charge properly. It always shows me that the battery is fully charged but it's not charged. Video capturing , how can we do this I don't find any such options, after reading the reviews it has so many problems. Better go for another model.

The phone does not have Volume adjustment settings. The battery is initially a bit weak, but with consecutive charging works well. There are a few features that could have made it more user friendly. The keypad usage is just a matter of getting used to it over a period of time. There is no Profile-personalisation - no provision for picture message except for reception & Internet.

I have bought Sony Ericsson k220i a few days ago. Size & shape of mobile is good. Battery time is very good. Picture colour 65K & picture 128 x 128 is also good. FM radio good. There are a few problems with this (Sony Ericsson K220i) set, the sound is too low and I can not attend or make a call outdoors or in noisy areas. I can hear sound only in silence environment. There is no volume up & down adjustment setting. There is a VGA camera but I can not attach a picture with a contact number. I can not set specific ringtone for a number. In this case I am not able to use this phone, so tell me what I do now.
