Compared to today's phones its absolute rubbish. I got this one for the same price I got my k610im two years ago, mine broke, let's just say its sensitive to washing machines, opps.

Good phone but the swizzle stick has started to break & it is a better investment to buy a new phone than to keep getting it repaired. When it broke the first time got sent off to be fixed but then it broke again a few weeks later.

Like the phone but the swizzle stick problem needs to be sorted!

Well what can I say, I really like this phone, it's easy to use, especially with the txting. I just can't seem to put the phone down, f500i is the best phone to use but the thing is it isn't got Bluetooth but never mind because it has infra-red. The only thing that I do get concerned about it is the battery. I have to charge ma phone twice a day : (

I have a problem. I have a computer but no internet or USB cable. My phone memory is full of photos & videos. I can't get the phone to transfer the photos/videos to my computer which is a recent purchase. Has anyone any inexpensive ideas. I priced a USB cable 70-80 euros is a bit dear for a bit of wire. Brill phone great memory great video except for at night. Great fun phone. Best phone I ever had. But would like to free up my memory so I can take more hilarious pictures/videos. Thanks.

I am loving the camera & video extras, what fun I am having with my mobile. I am sneaking great video of some top totty in the pub. My mates love the video on it, or should I say they love the totty on the video I play to them...!

What fun. A really great mobile phone. The MP3 is quite something, I was totally shocked at the great quality I am getting out of it. I can save 4-6 MP3 tracks at a time which is plenty for a phone. The camera is pretty good, it even comes with a lens cover, very flash. I feel very special with this fab phone with me at all times. Really enjoying it & no complaints at all, had it for over a month.

Feel this phone is better than the Sony K700i which is a pricey phone, apart from the screen quality & the lack of a radio. The K500i is a truly amazing phone & priced in a very sensible range. The features give the phone a real quality to it & hats off to Sony they can be very proud of this one. I am now sticking with Sony after being a very loyal Nokia man for far too long, getting old now. Love your navigation Sony, really simple to use.

F500i is highly disappointing, compared to the previous mobiles I have used (Nokia, Siemens). It has a plastic feel to it which makes it feels very cheap & nasty. The video produces a really poor quality picture. This phone has been a total let down for me. I will be going to read some of the reviews on Motorola to see what people are saying about their middle of the market priced phones. Like the idea of this site it will help me with my next purchase.

Went to upgrade from my Sony T6010 & was very happy with the price of the F500i & all the bits that came included. It is a fab phone, looks cool, MP3 is brill, text, photo text & videoing is all good fun. Even my Dad has been having a go at filming the dog do tricks. My Dad thinks it is time to change from his Nokia 3310, about time dont you think. I will push him towards this phone as it is very easy to use even for Dad.
