Overview
The XPERIA Pro is a touch screen Smartphone which supports a slide opening full QWERTY keyboard designed casing. It's a powerful 3G Smartphone with the Android operating system & popular Sony Ericsson Timescape™ interface. Its main features & capabilities include easy to use business communication features, 3.7 inch touch screen with Sony Mobile BRAVIA® reality display, video & music player, 8.1 megapixel camera feature, Wi-Fi®, Bluetooth® technology & a NeoReader® barcode scanner. The Sony Ericsson XPERIA Pro pays resemblance to the XPERIA X10 Mini Pro as both of these Smartphone come with the user friendly slide out QWERTY keyboard style casing.

Appearance & Size
This handset has a classy & elegantly designed casing complete with its subtle chrome effect edging & its smooth slide activated QWERTY keyboard design. The XPERIA Pro is available in silver, red or black & it supports an amazing 3.7 inch touch screen with 16 million colour & Sony Mobile BRAVIA® Reality display. This super bright & high colour viewing experience can be enjoyed when the user is viewing photos, videos & much more on their Smartphone. A virtual keypad or keyboard can be used on the touch screen to input text, or the slide out QWERTY keyboard provides a user friendly input method for the user of this stunning phone. Other features to be enjoyed on the XPERIA Pro include a type & send function which makes communication easier for the user. The size & shape of this handset feels good to hold when in both its open or closed position. It weighs one hundred & forty grams & is 12cm by 5.7cm by 1.37cm when in its closed position.


Imaging, Media & Entertainment
It comes with high quality imaging features including an 8.1 megapixel digital camera lens. Still images & moving video footage can be captured using this outstanding camera feature, plus the user can adjust or select the settings they desire when taking a shot or recording a video. There is a automatic focus, touch activated focus, face recognition & detection option, & a built in Sony Exmor R™ CMOS sensor which allows the user to capture precisely clear photos even in darker or duller surroundings. The XPERIA Pro has a second camera option which has a forward facing VGA lens & it is ideal when the user is video calling or wishes to take a self portrait. The XPERIA Pro is a 3G handset which supports both 3G & GSM network coverage & will automatically switch between network bands. The user can connect to other devices using a micro USB connection with a cable or via Bluetooth® wireless technology.
