Our Sony Ericsson txt pro Review

This neatly designed messaging focused mobile phone is well equipped to provide its lucky user with easy to use messaging & call features along with a wide selection of entertainment features. It has a smooth textured casing with a curved & slightly arched shaped design. The Sony Ericsson txt pro comes in three colour options which include a white, black & pink coloured casing. Its dimension are compact when in its slide open or slide closed position thanks to some great designing, & it is easy to hold when closed & being used in its touch screen form, but when opened it reveals its full potential as a full QWERTY keyboard form is revealed. This handset provides it user with flexible usability, plus its shape & size is extremely pocket friendly. When closed it measures 9.3cm tall by 5.2cm wide by 1.8cm deep & its total weight won't weigh you down as it is just one hundred grams providing a solid feel but lightweight design. The touch screen is colourful, clear & a good size measuring three inches diagonally, plus the user can view & use an onscreen keypad or keyboard on the screen. This handset is aimed for all those who enjoying messaging & social network integration on their mobile phone without all the added Smartphone features, if users are looking for a higher specified handset maybe the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro or the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini Pro would be a better purchase as these handsets come with easy messaging services & many Smartphone features to suit. The txt pro is hot competition to other good value messaging orientated mobile phones including the Samsung B3210 Genio QWERTY.

It's messaging & communication features is what makes this handset attracted to its users, as it is easy to use & comes with a varied selection of user friendly features to assist you when staying in touch with friends. A conversation type layout is displayed when communicating using the messaging service so therefore a text message will display previous messages in the conversation for an easy flow messaging experience. Users may wish to use a faster input method by selecting a predictive text options which means less onscreen keys need to be touched to type a message. Another form of messaging is instant messaging which is an online service allowing compatible contacts to chat using text & symbols whilst online. Email can be used if a more formal style of communication is required by the user, & multimedia messaging makes sharing photos & videos simple for the user. All the user's contacts are stored in the highly manageable phone book, plus there is a friend's application which can store up to five favourite friends & this feature is always easy to access & allows the user to share their feeling instantly with their best friends. Calls can be taken over the loud speaker for a loud call experience plus the user doesn't have to hold the handset to their ear when using the speaker style call, so therefore a hand free call can be enjoyed too. Popular social networking Websites including Facebook™ & Twitter™ have integrated applications allowing the user to gain access quickly to these fun Websites.

Many messages, music, photos & videos can be stored on the one hundred megabytes of internal memory or the phones memory can be expanding using the memory card slot, plus there is sixty four megabytes of RAM. Its Wi-Fi® capabilities allow easy access to the Web as this phone can connect to a wireless LAN & then the user can enjoy a cable free connection when accessing the Web. There is a built Obigo™ Q7 browser which is extremely easy to access & use, plus it comes with a Google™ search & bookmarks can be used to mark favourite Web pages. Users can expect to enjoy approximately four hours of battery standby time or just over five hours of talk time when the battery is fully recharged. Technologies include easy to use connectivity to other devices using a micro USB & Bluetooth® wireless technology, plus there is a 3.5mm audio jack available too. This is a GSM quad band phone which will automatically switch between network bands to suit the users network needs. Much entertainment can be enjoyed using the built in music player, radio feature & 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording option. There are many useful music features which include a TrackID™ music recognition feature, PlayNow™ music download facility & simple touch screen music controls. Imaging feature include a built in camera which allows the user to take photos, record video & even send photo straight to the Web using user friendly options.
