Samsung ZM60 3G Phone Review

The Samsung ZM60 is also known as the Samsung Z300 & it is a really stylish & extremely compact phone. The phone looks very similar to the Samsung E700 but the features on them are slightly different. The phone comes in silver & black coloured casing which is followed through into the internal section of the phone. The black & silver is very effective & gives the phone a very sleek & streamline look. The Samsung ZM60 is one of the smallest mobile phones with 3G technology on the market. It comes with some attractive features which include USB support, e-mail client, Bluetooth® technology, Sync ML & fifty mega bytes of dynamic built in memory & the option to of an external TranFlash™ memory expansion.

The phone includes the ultimate high resolution mega pixel camera which comes with a 7 x digital zoom & a flash light. The snaps can be displayed on a beautiful 262k colour TFT screen (176 x 220 pixels). The camera boost features like brightness, photo effects, rotation either mirror or vertical flip, multishot, timershot, selfshot & quality settings. The ZM60 has a video record capability which is highly usable & the user can play video in a MPEG4 format which provides great quality footage.

The Samsung ZM60 is small but it can really rock the place with its outstanding stereo sound. The sound quality can be heard on the built in music player which plays MP3, ACC & ACC+ music formats. The music player comes with dual speakers, digital amp & sound equalizer which insures the user gets the best sound quality available. The phone comes with 3D ringtones & sixty four polyphonic ringtones.

The user can choose from multimedia messaging, text messaging or email to stay in touch with friends & family. The multimedia messaging (MMS) allows the user to send video, sound & text in one message to any other MMS compatible device.

The built in handsfree speaker gives the user total freedom when making a call & the photo caller identification give a very personalise feel to the phonebook. The user can select either an image or photo & attach it a contact in the phonebook, when the contact is displayed as an incoming call the image or photo will be display instead of just their name being displayed.

The personal information management provides the user with the many useful features which include a calendar, scheduler, to do list, clock, worldtime, alarm (snooze, once, daily or weekly option), currency converter, calculator, memo book, vcard & vcalendar.

The phone is one of a kind. I think limited production were made because not many people owned this phone. Its only downside is the FM radio. A phone of that level supposed to have one. I love the phone & I have being using it for the past 3yrs & I don't want to let go. It can play MP3 for over 4hrs none stop. P.S. Let's have more of the phone.

Best phone I've ever had & I've been through a lot. The only down side to the phone is that it doesn't have FM radio. Apart from that it has everything you'll ever need. The battery life seems to go on forever, & has a great camera for every day photos.

This is one of the worst phones I have ever had I have had it for a year & it is falling apart I do not like it as it is big & chunky it weighs a lot so overall I would give this phone a 3/10 so I do not recommend this phone.

The quality of the music player is outstanding & it has very good music playing formats. The camera has surprised me as I am amazed how far cameras on phones have come such along way in just over a year. I was only looking at the mobile phone market just over a year ago & the quality of cameras on phones were much more basic & were very graining in appearance. I am a very surprised & very amazed customer. Technology is moving faster & faster these days.
