I have just bought this phone 2day & I wanna put a lock on my messages. I know how but it's asking for existing code. It says nothing in the book & its 1st hand. Can anyone help?

To all those that complain about not being able to change message tone. Just read the instructions. It's so easy.

1. Save phone numbers in phone not sim
2. Go to settings
3. Go to phone profiles
4. Go to outdoor (or any profile)
5. Go to options
6. Edit
7. Go to message alert tone

From here it's easy. Top phone, the best I've ever had

Great Slim Phone. I have only 1 question for the manufacturer, why does such a nice phone (& expensive, 400 Euro's ca) not a memory card present? Thank you.

Great looking phone, similar to the Motorola phones, but being a Samsung it is of course far superior to those pieces of rubbish. Only grumble is that you can't personalise your text message alert sound, only the pre-set tones can be used, & these are few & really rubbish.

Overall though, I love this phone. The battery may not hold a charge for as long as all the Nokia's I've owned over the years, but hey, it lasts for a day at least, what more do you need? Just recharge everyday, it's no big deal.

This is an attractive accessory which performs well. We have the white one & always looks stylish. The menu has taken quite a while to get used to, coming from a Nokia, & selecting from the Contacts to text is not so intuitive. Overall a good unit with clear display & sound.

I have owned a Samsung for a few months now & I find it very hard to text with because the buttons are so hard to push! Would recommend for a phone but then again its better than the razors!

The camera is quite tacky & having no memory card is quite poor, I prefer the Z500V if it had flash with the camera & a stopwatch. Even though it is stylish, it simply copies the RAZR & is not new technology.

I have changed my phone & my network to get this phone, what a big mistake I have made. I am not happy with O2 as a network provider & the Z510 is not as good as I hoped for. The handset is not easy to use or handle & the camera & video feature are poor. The video recording doesn't last long at all so hardly worth having it.

Lovely looking, so slim & a great finish to the handset & keys. It is very much like the Moto RAZR V3 & the features sound perfect. I have not got this phone because I think it is only available with O2 in the United Kingdom. When will it be available from other network providers? I am with Orange at the moment & would not like to change from them if possible. Please advise availability dates.

Ultra slim is not wrong & it is a top quality phone. I am really pleased with my Z510 & cant fault it. The internal screen is colourful & as clear as a bell. The video, camera, pictbridge & MMS work fab. Love having a 3G phone it makes a big difference. Top phone so don't delay go & get it.
