I loved every part of my pink X830 until last night I was Bluetoothing a song to it from my laptop & the phone froze. I then took out the battery & put it back in & then the phone wouldn't even turn on. I only had the phone 4 months & Samsung are currently fixing the problem, they said it will be a few weeks. They did not provide a loan phone. I am glad it will be fixed but I won't dare Bluetooth anything else to it in case it happens again. I loved this phone but have been completely let down. Has anyone had this problem before & can you continue Bluetooth after it's fixed? Please reply xx.

I am thinking of getting this phone but there are mixed opinions about the signal, some people say it's good & some say it's bad, if I got it I would want it on t mobile. So is there anyone out there who has it on t mobile & if so what is the signal like?

Also do they replace the phone if it breaks?

This is a good phone but the screen & camera are a total put off. I mean how can you put up with a screen that small, after about 20 days I was so annoyed by it. The keypad is different but very easy to get the hang of & is easier than the 3 across type phones.

This is a good buy but DO NOT buy if you are easily annoyed.

I owned the Blush about 6 months ago, OK I was totally sucked in but the ultra small casing, I mean lipstick sized casing, but that is all I really bought it for. I had never used a Samsung before so gave the Blush a go, it was a OK phone just not my cup of tea as they say in raining England. I have still got it but it remains my evening phone & I use the G600 in the day. I love Samsung & will never swap to another phone manufacture as Samsung have never let me down.

I am considering changing my service provider that's another issue. I saw some great deals on here to buy phones with free gifts so I may give that a go when I purchase my G810, which is going to be my next beauty. I am fed up with the service provided in the high street phone stores so why not give an phone website a go.

If you are looking for advice then my advice would be to stick with Samsung phones with a good service provider, hope my comments help.

I cannot wait for my contract to run out so I don't have this phone anymore! I never have any reception & it's really quiet when it rings, this is what you have a phone for right? It might look pretty & holds a lot of music but it's pretty rubbish at being a phone.

I am always changing my phone about every 3 months just can't find one I actually love using but this one is brilliant suits me down to the ground. There are mixed comments about this phone but each to his own. I have the black one no problems works ace suits my little fingers to music player is excellent ditched my MP3 player & put everything on to this phone. It looks like this one is going to be with me for a long time. I was going to have the F210 but as soon as you close the swivel the music player starts & I would find that really annoying. I would recommend this to anyone camera quality could be better but hey can't complain.

I actually love this phone. I have had it since last April so nearly a year now. & I must say it's the best phone I have ever had. I would definitely recommend it. Although the designs not for everyone. You've got to be able to adapt easily as it has only two rows of buttons which some people find annoying & hard to use however I find it even better than the usual three rows. I was so happy with the phone & have had no problems. It last forever! I have even dropped it down the toilet, & yes it still works. Unbelievable huh? I have dropped it from the top of the stairs a lot thrown it at the wall in anger & just generally dropped it a lot of times, & it's still living:). It's great! Got a lot of memory so no need for memory cards. Lovely design & I have become so attached to this phone that I am finding it hard to find a new one. The only reason I am getting a new phone is because I am changing contracts & my Samsung x830 isn't compatible with Vodafone.

DEFINATE MUST HAVE I LOVE IT! NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!

Had the phone for almost a year now, the only thing that is annoying me is that the swivel is loose, the sound could be a bit louder, but otherwise I simply love the phone. I upload all my pictures onto the PC & I think they always come out brilliant. I have dropped in on a regular basis & it still works fine. I have no desire to change the phone as it's just great. The memory is fantastic.

I loved this phone when I first got it! I thought it was amazing. I have had it for 7 months & now it's stopped working properly! I cannot access my music player (it just freezes) & when I view my pictures they are question marks (not my pictures) & I try to listen to my music or look at my videos it says that they are incompatible when I have listened to them before! Samsung did fix it for free but the same thing has happened again : (.

A very nice phone. While it lasts. Not built for durability at all, I've had mine less than a year & half the buttons don't work properly, the scroll wheel doesn't click down & the swivel is extremely loose. Too fragile for everyday use in the long term.

Good features though, especially love the MP3 player. Slightly frustratingly, it only lets you send to numbers entered in the mobile category, a bit annoying if you want to text someone on a 2nd mobile or landline.

Great design though & really compact.

I love this phone I have had it for a year & a week, & have only had one problem I was getting a musical album Bluetoothed to me & the phone froze & turned off, they fixed it for free at Samsung, the swivel is a little loose & have dropped it so many times, the texting I love, it's been for a swim in the washing machine it was an ACCIDENT not an experiment & works STILL & a week ago I got the F210 as I am due an upgrade I went back to the X830 the F210 was terrible.

It's simple I didn't read the manual that's BORING, I have a lot of songs on but don't listen as I have an iPod the ear phones if their volume is too low for you, you can change as it comes with an adapter.

I love this phone in pink, when I get it out to use everyone looks & asks what phone is that, its great its small I love the 2 lines of buttons which is easier to use.

The only thing is sometimes when on a call all of a sudden the network goes & the phone ends the call which is annoying.

But I don't regret buying the phone I had it since it first came out. It's the best phone I ever had.

At first, I liked this phone very much! It was so stylish but the thing is, there is nothing on it, I am a young lass who wants a phone with loads on it, it holds a lot of songs on it, but what's the point if you can't hardly hear them!

When I first got this phone, they gave me some earphones to go with it, there isn't even a socket on my phone to put them in, I don't really like this phone now, I am getting fed up of it! Good signal & very stylish though! X

I got this phone thinking it would be great. To be honest I am really disappointed in it as the camera is the worst camera ever! When I take the picture when you look at it, it zooms out. It is very quiet & I can never hear it ringing.

The only thing that is good is its memory as I have 78 songs on so far, 50 videos & about 200 photos with still loads of memory left!

The paint on the wheel scratches off within a few weeks of buying & there is no flash on the camera or speaker phone.

I think you should think twice before buying this phone as it isn't as good as it looks! I would go for a Sony Ericsson as the camera is very good, music loud & great designs!

I have a pink one. It's a great, small design & a great MP3 music player feature.

BUT-the big but- the BUTTONS ARE AWFUL! On the circular nav, they just stop working & pressing down properly. I am on my 3rd replacement phone, then Orange stopped dealing with it, then Samsung fixed it, & low & behold the buttons are broke again.

Its major design flaw-Samsung should take responsibility for this really. 3 replacements? Iffy.

For all you music buffs out there, it's good to know this phone comes with Bluetooth ad2p technology. That not only means that you can stream music to compatible wireless headphones in faultless CD quality, but with the right car stereo, you can listen through your car speakers & answer calls hands-free with no additional equipment or wires! That beats iPods podcasts via FM any day! All in digital CD quality! Unbelievable really

Only bad point for me is that you have to open the swivel to answer a call, or make a call. This is a bit annoying & it would have been nicer to just answer a call by pressing the centre button, or access the phonebook & make a call by using the buttons on the front.

The screen & buttons maybe small, & the camera not so good on picture quality. But after all, that the point of the phone. It's about music! If you wanted bigger screens & better pictures, you should have brought a different phone!

However, an excellent truly modern & compact device.

I loved this phone when I first got it, still do really, the only problem I find with this phone is that it's far too quiet, I never hear it ring & the music player feature is more for when using the headphones rather than for just playing music out loud. I do love the phone's look & style, the swivel door is a little too delicate for me, I am always scared it's going to break although I've had the phone for nearly a year with no breakage as yet! Over all the phone is a good, cute little girly phone, I am just a gadget mad girl & change my phones yearly & I am now thinking of selling my Samsung x830 to buy a Sony Ericsson k800i simply for the good camera quality, I like a phone with good features rather than the look. I would still recommend anyone to buy the Samsung x830 if they want a nice stylish phone packed with memory & good features, just not as good camera as the Sony Ericsson k800i!

The first day I got it I loved it, but after a few days I got fed up, it's so small & fiddly I hated it.

The cameras rubbish & the buttons, well lets just say it's not for people with big fingers!

- The screens tiny
- Camera needs to be higher up
- Quiet speakers

But I have to admit it can take a lot of damage

HATE IT.

Hi ya, I have had this phone for 1 year & it's a good phone. It's got great memory I have never filled it all up in the 12 months I have had it! You have got to be careful not to drop it a lot because that's what I did & the swivel became a bit loose, its started to give me a little bit of trouble lately & it just turns itself off & I have to put it on charge to go back on again but I think that's just because I have dropped it the amount of times. You should get it, & btw yes, it does have a charm thing, bye.

I got this phone about 6 months ago. I drop it constantly & still not a scratch. It is easy to use & the music player is great. Some people say 'the music turns off when I close the swivel' this is because you need to get the music player through 'applications' instead of just looking at the list.

It's easy really. The screen is small, but you get used to it. The keypad is easy to use. At first it's confusing because there are 2 columns instead of 3.

1 problem. When I try to synchronies it with my computer, it only syncs music & nothing else e.g. Pics. It says this is because its in 'MTP MODE' & I have no idea how to get it out of this mode.

Can't SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PHONE WITHOUT SAYING ABOUT the MEMORY FIRST, I HAVE 251 SONGS, 171 PICS & 11 VIDEOS ON MINE & ITS STILL GOT SOME MORE MEMORY LEFT! The LOOK OF the PHONE IS BRILL, I GET LOADS OF PEOPLE ASKING ME ABOUT IT, MOSTLY STRANGERS! I THOUGHT the UNUSUAL KEYPAD WOULD BE REALLY HARD TO USE BUT AFTER A FEW DAYS I WAS COMPLETELY USED TO IT. IF I USE ANY OTHER PHONE NOW IT SEEMS REALLY THICK & ODD TO USE! The MUSIC PLAYER IS GREAT, YOU CAN MAKE PLAYLISTS, SCROLL THROUGH the SONGS WHILE LISTENING TO the CURRENT SONG, the WHEEL DESIGN MAKES IT LOOK MORE LIKE AN MP3 PLAYER THAN A PHONE. The FEW PROBLEMS I DO FIND WITH the MUSIC PLAYER though IS IF I RECEIVE text WHILE ITS PLAYING THEN MOST OF the TIME I don't REALISE AS the VIBRATION ISNT VERY STRONG & THERE IS NO SYMBOL TO SAY A text HAS BEEN RECIEVED. OTHER PROBLEMS I FIND WITH the PHONE IS THAT the RINGING TONE ISNT VERY LOUD & I VERY OFTEN MISS CALLS. The SCREEN IS A LITTLE ON the SMALL SIDE & the PICURE S don't LOOK OF the GREATEST QUALITY ON the SRCEEN BUT WHEN PUT ONTO MY PC THEY ARE AS GOOD AS ANY PHONE. I TEND TO LINK MY PHONE TO MY PC THROUGH MY Bluetooth DEVICE ALTHOUGH I DID HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS WITH SENDING PICTURES FROM MY phone TO PC WITH THIS ALTHOUGH WHEN I USED the USB PORT PROVIDED THERE WAS NO PROB. TALKING OF PHOTO'S IT WOULD BE LOVELY IF THERE WAS A FLASH ON IT AS IT MEANS YOU NEED TO BE SOMEWHERE WELL LIT TO TAKE A PIC! The GAMES ARENT GREAT BUT I don't PLAY THEM SO THATS NO LOSS FOR ME. I FIND I SOMETIMES HAVE ERRORS SENDING ONE text TO A LOT OF PEOPLE WHICH CAN BE ANNOYING. BATTERY LIFE IS GOOD, NOT EXCELLENT BUT a lot BETTER THAN SOME PHONES I have HAD. I LOVE the ATTACHMENT FOR the hands-free AS IT MEANS I CAN LINK IT TO MY MP3 PLAYER SPEAKERS WHICH MAKES IT VERY LOUD! OVERALL IF YOU WANT A PHONE PACKED WITH FEATURES, TAKE LOADS OF PIC'S & PLAY GAMES THEN I WOULDNT recommend THIS PHONE. H0WEVER IF YOU LIKE AN UNUSUAL PHONE THATS A TALKING POINT & LOVE MUSIC ON YOU PHONE THEN GET THIS! ITS FAR FROM the WORSE PHONE YOU COULD GET! I don't REGRET BUYING IT!

Not very good for pictures & videos but if you just like texting & calling it's a decent phone to have :).

I bought this phone in pink & had it unlocked the next day, my friend had one & I thought it was cute so I got one, I love it so much but I had it for just a month & it broke, I don't know what happened to it I was sending a song via Bluetooth & the screen froze & now it won't turn on, I am very upset as it's the best phone I have ever had, the memory is great & my wheel didn't break but I didn't have it that long hopefully it can be fixed because I don't want to lose all my pictures & songs as well as my texts which I love, if you are thinking of buying it then go for it you will get used to the unusual keypad in an hour because I did. Don't be put off because mine broke because if it can't be fixed I will be buying another. That's how good it really is. The phone doesn't have a memory card slot but its memory is so big that you won't need one. I miss my phone & I can't wait till its fixed or I get another, it's amazing, brilliant I couldn't give it a high enough rating, if you think you like it then get it because you won't regret it.

I have had this phone a few months now & I am impressed with it. After a while it does get boring to use though. The twirly button has broke on the left hand side when I press it which is annoying! & when I send a message if I want to cancel the message it won't let me & it's not just my phone because a few people I know have it & it does the same to them which is bad if you send the message to the wrong person! . Apart from that it is a good phone to have. The texting took me a while to get used to because of the keypad but I am used to it now! When you open the phone the hinges get a little slack on it after a while & the battery life is not too good I have to charge it every night. I am only picking out the bad points here! The good points are that it has a lot of memory space & many features. It is a good phone to get but not if you use it a lot & cannot charge it often.

I had this phone for around six months & liked it there are a lot of good points:
- No need for a iPod you can get well over 100 songs on it.
- No need to take a camera everywhere as there is a lot of space on it.
- Very big storage.
- Great unique design.
- You can get it in a range of colours such as pink black white & blue (I had white).

But in the six months I had it I did notice:
- No flash on the camera.
- Camera not as good as most Samsungs!
- Not loud enough if you were listening to music.
- No loud speaker.
- The swivel action went on the phone very quickly!
- You can't have the phone to vibrate & ring at the same time.

1. I bought this phone mainly for the design. I wanted something different & eye-catching. It does look like an ipod, well, it could actually be one, it has a large memory allowing you to store up to 300 songs.

2. The menu is quite simple, with the ability to have images or just text to scroll through.

3. The screen is really small, so when you take pictures they're difficult to see but transfer them to the computer & they look good.

4. When you play music or the ringtones, they do sound a bit tinny, & slightly quiet.

5. You have a multiple choice of message tones which I quite like. Also different jingles when you slide the phone round.

6. The battery life is quite good. I had a week & half without recharging.

7. Texting is surprisingly easy. It takes a while to get used to the new arrangement of keys, but after that, its great.

I think that's about it really. If you want a decent camera phone, try a different one, but if you want a phone for style, fashion & all the basics in a mobile then chose this one!
