It was a great phone & I had it for about two years. It's a great phone to have if you have never had one before as it is very simple phone to use.

The only problem with it is that I couldn't Bluetooth any music onto it. I don't know why I did that. Apart from that there wasn't any other problems with it. Oh I might also mention that the Internet takes quite along time to load up!

Overall, I think that the Samsung s400i is great phone to have!

Had this phone for about a year & a half & had only a few problems with it. It froze occasionally & a short time before I got rid of it the 'c' button stopped working completely. While I had it, it was dropped a lot of times & didn't stop working at all, only got a few scratches on the casing.

As far as price goes when I got it, it was pretty expensive considering the features you get. The camera was not too bad but the video recording function was rubbish, the max video recording length is about 40 seconds which is pretty weak & the quality of the video is rubbish. Also there is no way of adding additional memory space which means the memory is used pretty quickly. Also for the price there is no MP3/music playing feature. As far as I am concerned this phone is a good phone as it did its job for the entire duration that I had it, but if your well into using your phone for things other than camera & such then you might want to look elsewhere.

I brought the Samsung S400i a year ago & I thought I was making the right choose but I soon found out I wasn't. It won't let you use Bluetooth & download music but it is a brilliant camera. If you want Bluetooth & music this is not the phone for you.

This phone is good but the memory is poor & it lacks in features. However if you want a simple easy-to-use phone, this is the phone for you. But personally I wouldn't buy this phone ever again!

I have had this phone for just over a year now & this phone is expensive in terms of value for money compared to several others on the market today. There isn't a lot of features, just the usual (alarm, calendar, calculator & some java applications). The music player does not play MP3 files, but only accepts M4A & AAC files which can be a pain. The internal memory is limited & cannot be expanded, which isn't great as it can be used up very quickly.

The screen is very good compared to the rest of the phone & is sharp but unusually bright at normal (this can be turned down). You get an average camera (VGA) which has a flash light. In my opinion, the light ruins the picture if taking in the dark. The high quality screen acts as a viewfinder & is very clear. You will be disappointed by the photo quality once you have taken it.

The Bluetooth helps transfer files very quickly but Samsung have painfully limited Bluetooth transfer to 500kb per file. The battery life is OK if you don't use your phone very regularly but if you use it day to day to take photos, watch video clips or text & talk a lot, then the battery can run out in a day.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this phone as it is very average & a waste of money. I don't think anybody would be silly enough to buy it anyway :] Luckily it has been discontinued.

When I saw this mobile in the shop I though it was a wicked phone, got it home & started using it & found out this phone is horrible. It doesn't have hardly any think good on it but the games & they get boring after a while. The camera quality is quite good as me & friends have picture time quite often. That is the only good thing on it. 5 months down the line you start to get loads of problems with it & it ends out in anger. Don't buy this mobile phone it is horrible. It belongs in the bin where is can not been used!

Hard to describe how horrible this thing is without swearing, so just suppose I said something that would embarrass Graham Norton. Nothing works. Had a Nokia before for 2 years & everything was so intuitive. With this one it's bad - & the sync software I got from the Samsung site says it does not support this phone. Don't get close to this phone even if you get it for free. Hoping I can return it to the store.
