Great phone but screen packed up just 21 days after warranty expired :( suspect the screen inverter which could happen with any screen phone I guess. Otherwise a great phone.

I loved this phone a lot when I first got it & still do, it's just that I can't use the USB cable which is very difficult because I can't get the music I want.
I have the gold style & I love the swirls on the back, when I first got it I scratched the back & now it has a mark which isn't too good but at my own fault, this phone is truly amazing!
The sound is very very loud & the musical buttons are truly stylish you can have a choice of 3 themes which are OK, but it would be better if you could have more choice or probably make your own. The headphones are at a cool style, it's mainly the USB that is the problem & the Internet that is kind of boring & takes about a week to get a grip of the keys.
Otherwise great phone just wish they hadn't brought out all of these touch phones it's too much all out once just let time slow down for a bit please X.

I had the LG cookie & that was rubbish then went to the reliable Sony Ericsson which wasn't as good as I had hoped turned off all the time! So I destroyed it & bought the Samsung of a mate & I am not t keen on Samsung's because there quiet but this one I was shocked it's got really good sound to it & it's so loud outdoors & indoors it's an al round performer I have been happy with it so far it has a nice solid feel & slide. The thing that bugs me when your playing music you can keep it on the music player but when going back it stops playback & if you have it on play music in back round it doesn't go to menu's etc. But that the only fault! If you were looking for a new phone give this one a go it is a really nice one.

This mobile is good but it has some problems. One of the problems it has is that you can install java applications of 520KB like the most & that is a little bit horrible for me that they have it.
The second problem I see on the mobile is that videos have to be 176x144 & you have to converted it in your computer.

Hi, Just got upgraded from the G600 to this phone as the G600 restricts Text Message Alerts to the four Samsung ones & this one lets you use MP3's etc.
My one gripe is that when you record from the FM radio (even in High Quality) the sound is poor. Sounds like Mono? :(.
The G600 was perfect replication of what the FM quality was & so bugged out about this. Anyone know of another Samsung that allows FM Radio Recording?

Can anyone please tell me how you retrieve pictures? I have bought this phone pay & go but have put in my monthly SIM card which I have had for years & years. Everything else is working great. I have asked friends to send me a picture & when I try to receive it it come up with Unknown subscriber. Do I have to change the settings? This SIM & the monthly tariff allow me to receive & send pictures.

Moving from a Nokia on O2 Pay & Go to the M3200 was a pleasant experience. However, as it was an upgrade (very nice to have an extra £10 off the O2 shop listed price) I found that many of the features of the phone are missing or contain O2 material that I am not going to use. Good solid feel & reasonable battery life make it a good all rounder.

I've looked at a few reviews of the phone & I am puzzled as to the 'voice dial facility.
Can anyone tell me if it DOES have the feature or not?
Too many sites telling different things. Thank you.

All together not a bad phone does not have the plastic toy appearance of other Samsungs. But the music keys can confuse when answering a call, you can land up listening to simply red & not your mother in law sometimes not a bad point.

I just moved from a G600 to this fantastic phone. The G600 was a bit slow, that was all, but this phone is a lot faster. There is an option for downloading files straight over to the memory card instead of the phone, by going into the memory card settings & going into the default section. The battery is fantastic, lasts for a week! I like the way you can set the wallpaper to different ones at the same time, but it is only on the default wallpapers. I use the dice shaker for a decision maker (sad really! ) but it comes in handy.

Such a good phone. It has a loud music player for all those music lovers out there. It has so many features on there, even shake & play dice! Some people are so fussy & picky & critical. The keys are nicely spaced out. The camera is good even if it doesn't have a flash & just don't be so rough with the port covering & it'll be fine. You will not be ashamed if you have this phone. It is very user friendly & also has privacy locks ;)
I would very much recommend it.

What a great phone!
Switched to this from the abomination that was the Motorola V8 & things could not be more different. How nice to have a phone that has logical, intuitive menus that load swiftly & without any freezes or crashes. What a change to have a long lasting battery & LOUD ringtones & a vibration alert you can actually feel. Build quality is sound & call quality is first class too. It just works perfectly & is everything the V8 wasn't & consequently comes highly recommended with 2 thumbs up, Excellent.

After having the U600 & the touch screen function driving me mad, I then moved to a Sony Ericsson Cyber shot which likes to turn itself off 3 times a day & telling me I have an inactive SIM. I was very worried about getting another mobile altogether, I was very surprised when Samsung released this phone & it was less than £100! I find it brilliant, OK the camera is only 2 megapixels, & I wasn't sure about the gold bits on it, but they are not too bad.
I am very surprised & happy that at last I have a phone that stays turned on, doesn't have touch screen & the battery last for a week!
All in all, if you like the idea of having a phone with all the functions on, but not a fabulous camera then this is a great phone.

This is a nice, stylish phone. The screen is nice & colourful, the radio is nice & clear. The RDS function makes it more useable too.
It came with a 1GB memory card which was a nice bonus & is not mentioned in the literature.
It takes pictures, but there's no flash, so it won't work that well in the dark. It shoots & plays video. The conversion software has a problem with frame rates which makes the playback of some video a bit jerky. I'll try something more sophisticated to see if it works better.
Music is lovely through the speakers & the included headphones. The cover for the USB & power port is flimsy & will probably break off in a week or two.
The keys are close together which makes texting a bit difficult, but then the keyboard was nicer than others at this price point.
All in all this is a nice music phone with some camera functions & Internet access (which I don't use).
