The Samsung designers have been busy creating a feminine collection known as the Samsung La Fleur collection. The Samsung L310 is a member of the La Fleur collection which focuses on a stunning feminine design & features. The Samsung L310 La Fleur comes from the same family as the Samsung L320 which is another attractive handset from this collection. This clamshell opening phone is compact & slender considering it's a clamshell handset which tends to be thicker in design. The L310 is only 19.9mm thick, 44mm wide & 93.4mm tall. This desirable mobile phone comes in a slim clamshell casing which has a sophisticated opening mechanism. The opening mechanism is an S shaped mechanism which works smoothly & enhances the ultimate design of the phone. The L310 is a black coloured handset externally which comes with decorative swirls & patterns which gives it its feminine flare. The external camera lens even has a decorative design around it which looks stunning. When the handset is opened a whole new visual experience starts as it is mainly gold & bronze coloured inside which gives the Samsung L310 & very luxurious & rich feel. This mobile phone will defiantly catch people's eye & amaze them with its beauty.

This gorgeous mobile phone comes with twenty megabytes of internal memory which can be extended by using a MicroSD™ memory card which fits into the memory slot in the Samsung L310. The handset works on a tri band technology which covers GMS 900, 1800 & 1900. The user can use their mobile phone throughout Europe & the majority of the US but the network coverage is dependent on the user's network operator. The built in GPRS & EDGE technology allows the user to experience quick data transfer rates on this handset. The user of the Samsung L3120 can transfer data from other devices or transfer data from their handset using either a USB called connection or a wireless Bluetooth® connection between two compatible devices. The user can connect a Bluetooth® compatible headset to enjoy a wireless connection between their mobile phone & headset for a less tangled talking experience.

The screen has a screen resolution of 176 by 220 pixels & displays up to 65k colours on a 1.8 inch display. The screen works as a viewfinder when the user is operating the camera & videoing feature. A built in 2 megapixel camera feature comes complete with still photo capture & video recording capabilities. The user can capture the fun parts of their day as either moving video footage or as a still photos which can be stored on their memory, shared with other via the messaging services or printed via the phones connectivity options.

The feminine concept of the Samsung L310 is not only in its looks & design but the phone comes with feminine focused application including a calorie counter & a shopping list feature. The phone comes with an easy to access phone book which allows the user to scroll through their contacts with ease. An integrated calendar feature allows the user to stay organised during their working week. The user can communicate with others via the phones messaging service which include a text message service, email service & a multimedia message service. The multimedia messaging service allows the user to send, receive, store, edit, delete & forward messages containing a photo or video with text & sound. The multimedia message service is a fun way to communicate with others & provides a visual & colourful messaging experience.

The Samsung L310 comes with Internet access which allows the user to search online services & information from their mobile phone. The browser is a XHTML WAP browser which is accessible via the phone main menu. The phone comes with preloaded games & the user can download more games if required. A built in music player & FM radio allows the user to enjoy a varied music experience. The music player allows the user to enjoy music playback in MP3, AAC & ACC+ format. The phone supports Mp3 ringtones which allows the user to hear their favourite tunes each time a new call or new message arrives on this beautiful handset.

I have had a lot of problems with this phone. It has been replaced & repaired 4 times. Same problem with the display going out of sync, has anyone else had problems?
