It's a cute little thing, but gets you in problem after awhile. Stay away beware.

Stay well away from this phone, sent away for repair 3 times had replacement. After one week has gone again, screen freezing, no signal which is common on o2 apparently. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY

If only this phone had an MP3 player it would be my dream phone it is a shame because the rest of the phone is brilliant.

My parents want to buy me a mobile which has surprised me & this phone sounds well good enough, so better pass the info on to the oldies.

Lovely looking phone & love the slide opening system. The phone has a tendence to shut down & it seems to happen when I am on a call , so I am forever ringing people up & saying "sorry I don't know what happened there?". This is not just a once a month error, this happens at least once a day sometimes up to 4 times a day. I have not thrown it yet but believe me it is going & the information on this site may help me to have a look at a different manufacture.

Borrowed this phone off my brother for a few days as I was going away on a short trip. I think this is a super little phone & so simple forward to use.

Stay well away from this phone there is a problem with the Samsung E820, I know two of my mates have this phone as well as myself & we are all having the same problems with it. The phone likes to just freeze in the middle of a request. It is very temperamental & drives me crazy. My mates feel exactly the same, we are all waiting to trade them in, if we can last that long...

I'm a mum & have two daughters one 16 & one the other 14, I had one of these phones & thought it was ok. My 16 year old asked to borrow it has she was going for a sleep over at her friends. At the time I thought she was being very responsible, that was a few weeks ago she's very fashion conscious & I am still waiting for it to be returned. I didn't realise that it was a fashion accessory & I was a trend setter. Now my 14 year old as been nagging me for one so I've been out & brought another 2.

Turns itself off, tends to freeze when I am moving around the menus, shuts off in the middle of calls. Liked the design & the overall look of the phone but I am sorry to say that the negatives have outweighed the positives in experience.

This phone is ideal if you don't want to spend a lot of money & only need a phone in case your out & there's an emergency.

What a super little phone this is. I am amazed that it is so reasonably priced, there's not many high tech features on it so if you just want a basic phone then this is it.
