The lack of loudspeaker makes this phone almost useless. I like to keep any mobile phone as far away from my precious brain as possible without wires. My old Nokia could lay on my shoulder, this has to be kept on the ear, a disadvantage if ever there was one. For the rest it is a normal phone with camera.

Hi, the colour of my LCD samsung mobile has changed. What is the problem? Is the problem in the software or mobile LCD or anything else? How can I get the software for the E710?

Had a Nokia before & this Samsung knocks spots of it. Very small with a great camera which gives great results. I must admit I had reservations about changing to Samsung but I have been very pleasantly surprised. Nice change to Samsung.

I bought this phone hoping for the something very special & was a little disappointment. In its favour the E710 has got a fairly good camera which produces good quality pictures & has a good zoom which is an advantage.

After reading about this phone I am very interested in it & think it offers lots of useable features. I am mainly persuaded by the camera feature & the games look rather good, what else do I need from a phone. It's a Samsung so it will be totally reliable, not even questioning the manufacturer they are great.

Not a bad price for a mobile but they say you get what you pay for so having said that I should have known that I was hardly going to buy a top end of the market phone, found it difficult to use, & to be honest I have come across better layouts. Not the easiest of phones to use, I wish I'd spent a little more & got myself a half decent one. save your money.

This is the first mobile I have ever owned so I didn't know what to expect. I must say after having some play time with it & finding my way around the menus that I am very happy. I have found it to be a beautiful little phone. It has some good blowing features & the phone fits into my life style perfectly.

No Bluetooth, no MP3, no FM radio, who in there right mind would want a phone like this without these features.

I am a well satisfied customer after purchasing this mobile. I grabbed & purchased this phone it in my lunch hour & did not take much notice of the features. I am not normally a phone person but this has changed my life as I am always texting everyone & taking photos of the whole family. Very easy to use, a great buy.
