This phone is the best ever. I have had mine for about 2 & a half years & it is still going. I have dropped it many a times from quite large heights, I have dropped it in the bath quite a number of times to & it's still working. This phone is excellent & I recommend it lots to people who often have a habit of dropping or breaking their phones :).

I like the design, it's small & sleek & pretty easy to use. If your looking for a simple phone with basic features (camera, MP3 etc) this is great. The only thing I didn't like was the fact you couldn't listen to music while doing other things like texting, you have to stop the music then start it again.

I gave it 60% for features because these days you can get so much more. But for the price it's being sold these days it's a lovely little phone with everything you really need. I've had mine for 1 & half years & it's still going strong, it's doesn't have any faults. It's robust, small, simple & cheap!

I had this phone for two days & then it got stolen off me I was so sad. The even sadder thing was that my sister spent so much money on it for me & it was the first phone that I got that was brand new, also whenever I think about the phone it makes me want to cry about it.

The phone was wide but it also had a big screen. The phone was slim which made up for the wideness & the 1.3 megapixel camera was amazing.

The battery life was really good for the amount that I used the phone GET the PHONE MAKE SURE!

I love this phone, when I get a new one it'll be a Samsung too!

It has everything I want although the memory isn't that big you can buy a memory card. Also when you listen to songs a lot like me, the battery is pretty bad but oh well, least you can listen to music when it is charged.

The headphones are a great. Great phone, do recommend!

The Samsung E390 is by far one of the best models that Samsung has ever released. It is slim, looks great in black, & its size makes it the perfect handheld mobile device. The slide open action makes it a compact model, for quick & easy use.

When equipped with a memory card, the Samsung E390 changes from the perfect handheld mobile device into an MP3 player. Songs can be stored onto this model, & play clearly for full entertainment. You'll be tapping along to the Samsung E390 when the volume is up & your favourite songs are playing loudly.

The multimedia side of the Samsung E390 is one of the best attributes to the model. The camera takes photos that will leave crystal clear memories in your head, as well as store them in your mobile photo album. Having a memory card, made especially for this model, helps to expand your memory & store countless photos, pictures & songs, making your Samsung E390 an all in one entertainment device.

I advise anyone however who is thinking of purchasing the Samsung E390 to think first before paying the asking price of the model. It is always for the better to take time to look at the model, perhaps even doing some research on it. Staff at participating stores will be more than happy to tell you about the Samsung E390, answering any FAQ's you have about the model.

Overall, the Samsung E390 is a popular, slim & attractive handheld mobile device, sure to please many purchasers.
Thank you & all the best when purchasing your Samsung E390!

Nice look, handy & small. Good sounds, fairly good photos. It has fabulous colours & very handy shortcuts. However features some really annoying details,

- Incredible weak battery, not able to be stand by for 2 full days with low usage!
- Hard to use keyboard (placed very low).
- Alarm sounds are limited & very disturbing (you do not want to wake up for this sound).
- Calendar options are limited & not too user friendly.

To sum up, it's a good looking but not too practical phone.

This phone only lasted 6 months before 'dying'. Customer Service was most unhelpful & would not offer repair or replacement. They claim the engineer declared it was liquid ingress contamination? the phone had always been kept in a mobile pocket in a handbag & at no time got wet! & then asked for £17.63 to return it.

I've since heard that they have said the same to two other people recently.

Very poor customer service, will NEVER buy anything from Samsung again.
