Great phone I have the red one. I also have a new E900 & don't like this because it is too sensitive. I am of the older generation so don't download or listen to music on my phone so it suits me great. It is easy to use & the screen is just as good as the E900. Unfortunately good better than the E900.

I had a pink E370 but it got very tatty & my husband bought me the E900 but then I went & bought another E370.

The only drawback is the battery life is very poor & is always running out as I keep it on constantly.

It would be a fantastic phone if it was not for three things.

Firstly, it's useless as a MP3 player due to its micro small memory.

Secondly, the sound distorts & sounds rubbish unless you turn the volume right down.

Thirdly, the battery life is rubbish. This is not a bad phone but it could have been a whole lot better, it would not have cost a lot for Samsung to add a micro SD slot. Do I regret buying it 50 out of 50.

I have had this phone since August & after a couple of weeks I wanted a new phone, this phone is bad, the memory is awful. When I get a text I have to delete it after I have read it just so my memory won't get full. The ring tones are rubbish & you can't download any new ones you have to use the ones they give you. If you are thinking about getting this phone then think again.

This is a great phone. The looks are good, it has a lot of things you can do on it & is basically unbreakable. I have dropped this phone honestly about 10 times & it hasn't broken!

The only disadvantage is there is no slot for a memory card & you can only put on around 8 songs but I put on really long songs so you should probably get more.

To Sonja, erm, you can have a vibration & sound on at the same time actually. You just go to sound settings, then ringtone & it lets you change it.

I've had this phone for about a year & it's a decent phone. I was disappointed with the memory though, so if you want to listen to loads of songs, then it's not for you.

It's nice & small though, which is a plus & it's generally a good phone.

I would recommend it.

I've got this phone in pink & I've had it for almost a year now & it's a great phone. I was a bit disappointed with the memory, though. My friends can fit much more songs on than me & I wish I could fit lots of music on. The one thing I am unsure about is how to transfer files (music, images etc) from my Samsung E370 onto my laptop & vice versa. Does anyone know? A lot of my friends' phones came with USB cables but mine didn't. Does anyone know where to get one for the E370?

I've had Samsung E370 for about year now, but now I've realised that this phone was a huge disappointment. Sometimes it gets stuck, & then I have to remove the battery & restart it again.

E370 has too little memory, & it is bad because it doesn't have memory card thing. Then, I never notice my phone ringing, because it doesn't have feature that has vibration & sound same time.

Small size is good for some youngsters, but not for big handed adults. I wouldn't buy this. & please, forgive my bad English :).

I had this phone in red & I loved the design. However after a few weeks it started having problems with recording video. It would record but it would playback slow & jerky with the sound totally out of sync (played like this even after transferring to laptop). Also the signal quality when totally rubbish, nonexistent most of the time no matter what network I tried (when using my Sony Ericsson signal was full so it wasn't to do with coverage). I sent it to get repaired (free) & when I got it back about 9 days later they said they had replaced camera & antenna, doubt it. Camera & signal were as bad as before & they had somehow broken the loud speaker so wasn't getting any sound at all. Had to send it back again & they had it for 3 months! After much complaining to Samsung management I got a full refund.

Message tones dull & bland, memory useless. The only good things about this phone were, it looked nice & the ring tones were really loud (until repair centre broke it). I would not recommend Samsung at all I'll stick with Sony Ericsson you get a better signal than any Samsung & the battery life is 80% better too. AVOID!

I've had the Samsung E370 for some time now. It's a really good phone, the memory isn't that great. I can only store about 6 songs on it! & when I text someone, my messages never go to the sent box. How do I get them to automatically go to the sent box?

I have just bought a Samsung E370 it has a really good memory it can hold 11 songs at the max. I am on 02 & it gives me 500 free texts. It's a very good phone, the price is worth I got mine of a friend that my dad knows & it was only 50 pounds it was a bargain but on the Internet there normally about 70-100 pounds, anyway it's a very good phone & a good design!

My family member has always had Samsungs but never an E370 I have told her to get one & she says it's brilliant.

It's a good memory phone as I say very good!

I like how the memory is done it is a very good one but my phone holds quiet a lot of memory thanks to the SAMSUNG E370.

For all the people who asked yes it does have speaker phone when you make a phone call the OK button will be to turn on your speaker phone. You can read the messages you send before you send your message to send & save then your messages will be in your sent box.

Not a bad phone but often given high-resolution aren't that amazing, ets be straight about it, its just a second version of the e350, I had an a800, then an e350 then the e370, what do they all have in common apart from being Samsungs? control pad & software problems, software had errors on the a800 meaning the menus never led you to an area you had selected, I.e. Click on text messages & end up in the calendar, then the e350, front directional control pad stopped working button by button rendering the phone useless, same happened with my e370 after 3 weeks from brand new, on & off button is faulty an turns its self on & off as & when it feels like it, id get it repaired but I am on a tight budget as it is & we all know how tight fisted Samsung are & seem to worm out of having to repair it for free. Id rather buy another make for more money then waste another £50 + on this, I work at currys too so before anyone gets any ideas about me just going off on one I can say we have problems with Samsung televisions to, people aren't bothered as they care mostly about cosmetic appearance, like a footballers wife. The Samsungs are pleasing on the eye but fail on internal areas.

I do love this phone I have had it for 2 weeks now. The only 2 problems is that I can't have a message tone I wanted because you have to keep to the set message tones. (WHY? ) & even more annoying that that why can't you view text messages you have sent? What's the point in having a sentbox if nothing that gets sent gets saved in there!

This phone is packed with features & for £49 brand new, I can't complain. It's very small & funky & makes everyone else's look like a HUGE BRICK! LOL! Usability is excellent, speakerphone (once you know how to work it) is LOUD, camera is fine at 1.3MP (who cares but is OK for emergency photos, for proper photos I use a digital camera). I don't use the memory for MP3's as I use an iPod for that. It's a great phone but I recommend getting a crystal case/cover for it to prevent it being scratched etc. To date whenever I use it people are very surprised at the features in a small phone. Only issue I have is that I can't change the speed dial list which appears to have been fixed by O2, unless someone knows how to get rid of this? No one will beat a phone with that many features at that price. Go ahead buy it (in black.

This phone is terribly grand. I would like to say on behalf of my phone company that this phone was sold out within two weeks, this just goes to show that this phone is an extraordinary piece of artwork. Whoever was the founder of this beauty should be rewarded for there outstanding creative skills. I just hope that whoever buys this mobile treats it with kindness & respect.

It's a jolly little phone & my daughter has one which was one of the last mobiles I believe in my area. She is delightful with her mobile, when I gave it to her she was shocked as it was her first slide up mobile phone. The first mobile she had got given by me & my husband Frank was a brick mobile which she had to have until she was older. I was moaned at for days, she complained that because I have my own phone shop she should get the latest but I said that I never got a mobile when I was her age, so it wasn't fair on me.

I hope that these reviews are reviewed with kindness & gratitude as I am a very kind & confident mother of two who love mobiles, I do think that mobiles are good in a way but then again I have realised that my husband has become brainwashed into having one. I of course have a mobile but I hardly use it as I do not really know how to work it. At my work I am on a computer a lot, well enough about me, my husbands is calling me now so I better be off, I am a bit naughty because I am at work I should be with a customer. OK Tally Ho, off I will now go. With love & passion, Mrs. Edwards, also I am writing on behalf of my husband so Mr. Edwards also included.

I think that this mobile is great! Only bad point is that the memory isn't that great because if you want lots of songs you have to delete things. I can only have a few songs maybe 6 or 7 & that's good but it's just annoying when it says delete as it's out of memory. I love the black, pink mobile it's very good looking. It's a girly phone which is great.

Seeing as I go out a lot I love using it as many people look over my shoulder at the amazing E370 mobile, maybe wishing it was theirs LOL. OK I give this 8 / 10. Which is good, this phone is good as a messing around mobile for a teenager or even for an adult because its small, cheap & great value for money.

I bought this phone nearly a year ago. For the first week I had a small line going through the camera but this soon fixed it's self & I have had no 'lines' since then. I have had no initial problems with the phone at all. I must admit it has been dropped many times but still no faults as of yet. It also holds very small features such as passwords to protect images or messages etc if you want to keep them private or you can allocate which folders you want to allocate to the main screen menu (Ideal for personal use).

Memory is quite limited if you are uploading MP3 songs onto the phone, but that's not the end of the world as other features make up for it. Also comes with supplied headphones, ideal for short bus journeys etc. Was a great phone when it was main stream technology. Battery life is still quite good a year on. Only has to be charged ever 2-3 nights if being used a lot but it can last up for 5 days with limited use. I would recommend to those buying it. It has served me well.

I am currently looking to upgrade to a similar Samsung Slide phone purely for its simplicity & the fact it is easy to use.

I have had this phone for more than a year, I have to say that it is a very solid phone, as in it doesn't destruct easily. The phone is very light weight which is a good thing, although it is very hard to hear your phone when it's ringing or vibrating if your in a noisy place, that's a down fall for this beautiful Samsung, but this phone does have a lot of bass. The memory is NOT great & you can't even get a memory card for this model. I have about ten songs on my phone which gets a bit boring.

The features on the camera are very good & unlike no other phone I have had the only down fall is that you can't add text to the pictures. The design is pretty basic but I think it's a good thing because it makes the phone very easy to use.

Hopefully I upgrade to the Samsung U600 I think that phone is a beauty.

I think the e370 is quite a good phone the only thing is the Internet services because of the prices to use the net. Plus with the e370 you only have one java game when you buy the phone they should include more games instead of us people paying like £5.00 for a game & that's without the charge for going on the Internet to get the game. I would rate the e370 a 7 out of 10 as I have got one.
