I had this phone for 18 months or more & have always found it to be pretty good in most areas. The camera was one of the best at the time I got it; the flash is an extremely handy addition, & the effects are fun to play around with. The menu was pretty easily laid out (although I did originally have trouble adjusting to it from a Nokia style phone) & most settings were pretty easy to work out.

The two main things that annoyed me with this phone were...

1) Every time you change a setting/send a message/set the alarm clock etc it makes a noise, & not just a beep, it plays a little tune & there is no way of switching it off without turning off all of the other sound. Extremely irritating after awhile.

2) It has the ability to take photo's with the cover closed as there is a little button on the side, handy, however it has a nasty habit of taking lots & lots of pictures of the inside of your pocket/bag (again making the irritating noise mentioned above) which fills up your memory with blank pictures pretty quick.

Overall though, pretty nice sleek, well thought out phone.

It's nice to hold & is shaped well, the camera is good, the games aren't great the key pad is much prettier than other phoned & easy to use, the numbers come up clearly, it would be better if it had a recorder & more frames. The simple silver makes the phone look more sophisticated & its gorgeous, a very good phone to buy & is considerably cheaper than others.

The menu system on this phone is rubbish & a nightmare trying to work out. It's a pity because the camera is good & the effects are really fun & effective.

I just recently brought this phone, it has got a really nice keypad & the colours on the screen are amazingly clear & bright. It is compact & extremely straight forward to use.

The two features I like best on the E330 are:

1) The camera feature that allows you to enhance your photos with framing & gives you a choice of photo effects.

2) The phone automatically increases its volume on incoming calls when you are in a crowd.

Great features.

It takes so much time doing things that I have lost patients with it a little. Finding the menus hard to follow but it may be user error & not all the phones fault, but I am finding it hard to use. Sorry not happy with the E330 but it is only a week old.

Lovely light phone, really swish looking, well happy with its performance, didn't really want too much from my mobile phone, just need to have a mobile that I can use for calls only. Helps if it looks & feels great.

I did not realise when I got the E330 that it was lacking Bluetooth connectivity, my fault for not reading the features properly. Not really a problem having no Bluetooth as the E330 works well in every other area.

Such an easy phone to get to grips with, I am so pleased with the E330. Love that I can take snaps of my kids even when the phone is in the shut-closed position.
