Our Samsung S9110 Review

The Samsung S9110 is a watch style phone complete with a leather strap & a stainless steel watch face. This phone has a touch screen watch face or screen which measures 1.76 inches in size when measured diagonally & this screen supports touch activated controls which allows the user to make on screen selection using touch control. The screen is made from scratch resistant glass & displays up to approximately two hundred & sixty two thousand colours on a 176 pixel by 220 pixel resolution touch screen. The Samsung S9110 comes with forty megabytes of internal memory which allows the user to store their contacts details & messages on this internal memory.

The overall size of the watch phone is highly compact due to its watch design & the face of the casing or watch type face measures 5.75cm high by 4.11cm wide by 1.2cm deep. The S8110 weighs 91 grams which is lightweight for a mobile phone but this will feel like a heavy style watch when worn for a long period of time, but it will look good & make calls after all. The Samsung S9110 is in competition with the LG GD910 watch phone but both watch phones offer the user differing features & they have differing design & overall dimensions.

The user can store & access their contacts details when making a call or creating a message. This watch phone has a built in organiser feature allowing the user to store important information in their organiser. The Samsung S9110 supports mobile messaging services which include a text messaging service known as SMS, an email service which is Microsoft Outlook compatible & a MMS messaging service.

It's built in Bluetooth® technology allows the user to connect to other mobile phones & computers using a wireless connection. The user can transfer data between two compatible Bluetooth® devices without the use of cables. A built in voice recognition feature allows the user to use their voice to activate features on their watch phone which is a useful feature on such a small devices. The S9110 comes with a built in music player which allows the user to enjoy listening to music on their watch phone & the user can add new ringtones to their watch phone if desired. The Samsung S9110 supports polyphonic & MP3 format ringing tones.

You keep hearing about the watch phone but no one can tell you when its in the UK I have been told it won't come out at all.

Nice design, but I bet Samsung will want loads of money for it much like LG. Why are we stung on high prices when the chinese sell them so cheap & better designs?
