Had this phone 18 months, during which had no problems. Recently LCD screen crashed, finding it difficult in getting it economical repaired. (costing around £30 /£40) However, I would rather do that, than go for another phone.

Had this for a year now & will probably keep it after contract expires. Great camera, decent music player, good scheduling & messaging apps, & comes with a handy connector that allows you to connect to computer speakers & get a nice sound from the MP3 player.

I've dropped mine a number of times, also spilled drinks on it & there's been no damage at all except the odd scratch.

Also comes with some nice software for the PC (Samsung new PC studio) which makes file transfers & synchronizing a doddle. While your phone is connected to the PC (via supplied cable) it begins charging while you work.

Design wise it's really slim, & the slide protects the keys nicely. I charge mine about every 2 days.

All in all, I am delighted with this phone.

Avoid like the plague Battery is rubbish as other reviews state it doesn't last very long at all. As well as that, 2 weeks to the day from purchasing it the screen broke.

Phone hadn't been dropped or manhandled due to battery problems it had hardly been used yet the screen split into 4 squares 2 of which were blacked out. Was told by t-mobile that it had clearly been misused yet there was not a mark on it.

In my opinion screen is too unstable!

Always liked Samsung but now completely put off!

I bought this handset yesterday & I am satisfied so far. Before the buy I read a lot of contrasting opinions, but most of them were rather positive towards the S7350. I am expecting the official market launch of the Samsung Wave S8500, but as my phone is broken, I had to take some device in the meantime. However I did not want a simple low-end phone, as I am quite a demanding user. The S7350 has a great high resolution screen, it brings clear & crisp colours so you can enjoy your photos & movies in full screen. It supports Divx & Xvid & other usual video formats, but they need to have the right resolution otherwise the phone does not read the file. Music is also widely supported, with MP3, AAC, WMA etc., including the tags support. Sound is great, while calling or listening to the music. I did not have any issue regarding hearing the callers on the other side of the line, as somebody wrote in review. The audio is loud enough so you won't miss your calls. Messages, finally, can have their own customizable tone or MP3 music. The vibe is quite good, even if not so strong as I would expect & I was used to while using Samsung G600. This phone has a lot of useful applications, from planning, viewing MS Office documents, Facebook app, Google Maps & many others. The user interface, thanks to 3 preinstalled themes is very cute & elegant design, good multimedial functions, very decent 5MPX camera & high-res video recording, with the possibility of video-calling & maps navigation.

I can definitely recommend this phone.

I got this phone on an upgrade as I usually like Samsung models but after having 2 replacement handsets & 3 replacement batteries I absolutely hate it, I've had to charge the handset every day since I received it & then it may not even last all day & night. I really regret getting this phone & am in the process of getting my network to replace it with something else because I've had enough now. Please don't waste your time with it, unless you don't ever use your phone then you might at least get 2 full days out of the battery!

Everything is great about this phone. But the battery has spoiled the whole image. I just got a new contract from t mobile & have chosen this Samsung classic handset.

Everything went on well until I realised that the battery charge runs out really quick. If you talk for an hour the battery is hardly alive. Really very much frustrated with this handset now.

Actually I am fan of Samsung handsets since I had my first mobile phone, & I never changed the brand. For a long time I was waiting for some new interesting model, that would be as nice as U900 Soul, full of features as G600, modern as S8300 but without the touch buttons, they will never be so comfortable. I like the pure design of the S7350, it has plenty of useful features, some fun stuff & also modern functions. It has all a person can expect from a good working mobile phone, the construction feels solid & made of quite resistant material, not a finger print catcher. The display is large enough, suitable also for watching high quality AVI movies (it has DivX support). Buttons have nice feedback, are big enough. I did not see any disadvantage yet. I hope you will enjoy at as well as I do.

I bought this phone & used it only for 2 days. I fully charged it as recommended. I made 1 phone call that lasted 5 minutes, it had dropped a bar already! Isn't a few texts, it dropped another bar! It's a really boring phone, it is long winded to try & get your pictures, MP3, videos etc. Nothing different or exciting features on it. I couldn't hear the phone when it rang, it hardly vibrated when receiving a text. I didn't know I had any till I took it out of my pocket. The only good thing about this is the camera was really good, took clear pictures. Avoid this phone like the plague, don't waste your money!
