This amazing touch screen camera phone comes with a highly attractive casing complete with a sophisticated black coloured finish. Its front section is taken up with the huge touch screen which allows the user to make on screen selections & input data with ease with touch screen controls. The Samsung M8910 Pixon12 is a member of the Samsung Pixon range which includes another camera focused handset known as the Samsung M8800 Pixon. The M8910 Pixon12 has a touch screen which is 3.1 Inches in size & displays a staggering 16 million colours on this beautiful AMOLED display. The screen has a resolution of 480 pixels by 800 pixels providing the user with a high quality viewing experience on their phone. The shape & design of the handset makes it an easy handset to handle when in use & to carry when not in use as the user can carry it in their pocket or bag when desired. It is 108mmm in height, 53mm in width by 13.8mm in depth.

One of the main features on this amazing phone is its integrated camera feature which has a 12 megapixel camera lens & supports high quality imaging features & video capturing functions. This 12 megapixel camera comes with an automatic focus system which allows the user to control their automatic focus feature by using their touch screen controls to select where the automatic focus feature actually focuses on. A built in power LED flash will add light to the darkest of surrounding allowing the user to enjoy capturing photos at night time as well as enjoying day time shots. The user can use the picture geo tagging feature with their photos which records when a photo was captured & its location thanks to the add GPS navigation feature. This handset comes with one hundred & fifty megabytes of internal memory & the user can expand this memory further by inserting a compatible memory card in the size to suit their storage needs. The Samsung M8910 Pixon12 can support a MicroSD™ type memory card up to sixteen gigabytes in size. The Samsung M8910 Pixon12 can be used worldwide due to its quad band GSM network support & HSDPA 900 & 900 3G network support. The network coverage may vary from handset to handset as the overall network coverage is fully dependent on the network service provider. The M8910 Pixon12 is a 3G HSDPA handset allowing the user to enjoy multi usage of features & enjoy high speed connectivity on their phone. This handset also supports WLAN Wi-Fi technology allowing the user to connect their phone to nearby local WLAN & hotspots to gain a connection to the Internet without the use of cables. The user can connect to compatible devices using either a Bluetooth® wireless connection or by using a USB cabled connection. The user can enjoy transferring data between two compatible devices using either of these connectivity options which are available on the Samsung M8910 Pixon12. Period of using this device, 8 months. Type of use, calls, texts, photos (less Internet surfing).

PROS.
- Great Screen (great contrast, colours & sensitivity).
- Great Photos.
- Great contraction & material quality.
- Wi-Fi.
- Xenon flash for photos & Led flash for night video recording.

CONS.
- LED flash not powerful enough.
- Average battery life (needs charging every 2nd day with average use).
- Average call signal sensitivity.
- Less than average Wi-Fi signal sensitivity.
- Displays only the first 12 letter characters of each contact name.
- Voice recording limit (max 60 minutes).
- Blurry night video capture even with sufficient lighting conditions (that is caused because it lacks manual focus @ feature. Focus @ face & autofocus, which are the only choices, both fail to do the job).
- Crazy Gyroscope during photo reproduction (useless & annoying feature)
- Zooming in & out during photo reproduction is done by drugging your finger on the screen & in most cases gets out of control.
- Message delivery report comes as SMS, you constantly have to delete them.
- Slightly curved photos (due to wide angle lens?).
- Absolutely horrible YOUTUBE video reproduction (hiccups, hiccups, hiccups)
- Samsung firmware update & software support.

Christmas cheer to you all, I've had the Pixon 12 for a couple of months & I am so enjoying it, I have just sent some photos of my snowy garden to all my friends, its very christmasy here. I love the camera on the Pixon 12 & would not swap this phone with any other. I don't use all the features but the ones I do use are all great quality, messaging, calling, Internet, Bluetooth & of course the wicked camera.

Have a great Christmas & I hope you get the Pixon 12 in your Christmas stocking, heres hoping. Love Lisa x.

Hi, I have just read the comment left by Tom & felt I must comment on the Pixon 12 as I have been using it for a while now. This phone is not a waste at all, it is a very very good camera phone, not a business phone, but a camera phone. I got it because I love taking photos & videos on my phone & I enjoy chatting for hours on a comfortable phone, texting is important but mainly MMS.

I have rated 90% for design as this is only marked down due to the size of the phone, it's not big but a little bulkier than my previous phone. I think it is bigger as it has such a top camera in it.

I rated 100% for both features & usability, I am really happy with all the features & love the usability of the touch screen (this is my first time owing a touch screen).

I wouldn't normally feel I need to leave comments on a web site like this but Tom's comment raised my eyebrow. If you are thinking of getting a good camera phone then look no further, in my opinion it is VERY VERY good.

I was looking on this web site to buy two mobile phones which are cheap but fashionable for my kids Christmas gifts, Samsung Genio Touch seems a good choice for my girls. Any ideas please reply here. Thanks for reading my comments & take my word for it, Pixon 12 is VERY Good. Julie.
