Our Samsung M2510 Review

The Samsung M2510 is a mobile music phone which comes with a black & bright blue coloured casing. Its bright blue accents highlight the handsets music control section as well as highlighting the edging of the casing, which gives this phone a fashionable look & an interesting design. This music phone is from the same Samsung family as the Samsung M2310 which is another music orientated handset complete with user friendly feature & at a price that will be attractive to all users. The Samsung M2510 has a 262k colour screen which measures 2.2 Inches in size when measured diagonally & has a screen resolution of 176 pixels by 220 pixels on this TFT screen. The Samsung M2510 has a solid designed casing which measures 9.95cm tall, 4.65cm wide & 1.57cm deep when measured in its closed position. This handset has a slide opening mechanism which allows the user to slide the handset open to access the keypad but the user can still access the phones features when the handset is in its slide closed position. It weighs 90.5 grams including its rechargeable battery being fitted which is lightweight for carrying purposes.

The main feature on this stylish handset it's built in music player which allows the user to mainly popular music formats on their phone which include MP3, WMA & eAAC+ formats. The user can enjoy using the external music keys & the user friendly music display allows the user to view their music selection on their screen. The user can enjoy their music out loud using the built in speakers for a surround sound music experience. The Samsung M2510 supports a music recognition feature which allows the user to find out a songs title, which album the song is from & the name of the group or solo artist performing the song by the user just recording a few seconds of a song they like the sound of & the music recognition feature does the rest. An integrated automatic equaliser function allows the user to enjoy the best sound quality to suit the style of music being played. As well as a music player the user can enjoy music on the FM radio feature which supports a radio RDS function. The RDS function allows the user to view information on their screen when listening to their preferred radio station. The M2510 supports FM recording allowing the user to record on their handset.

The M2510 comes with a 1.3 megapixel camera feature which comes with camera settings allowing the user to capture a quick photo or to record a video recording using this camera feature. The user can enjoying playing videos on their slide opening handset & the user can enjoy high quality video playback in MPEG4 format & 3GP format. The Samsung M2510 had an integrated Internet browser which allows the user to surf the Internet on the WAP browser. This handset supports a mobile email service which allows the user to send & receive emails on their Samsung M2510 which means the user can communicate quickly with contacts with a compatible email address. A MMS service allows the user to create a message contain text, sound or music complete with a photo or a video recording for a true multimedia messaging experience. This MMS service allows the user to share their photos or video recording with other MMS contacts easily & at high speed.

The Samsung M2510 has a built in SMS text message service which means the user can create & share a message containing text which can then be shared with SMS contacts. The user can use the messaging service when a call is not possible or simply to communicate in a fun way using these quick & user friendly services. A call log function allows the user to access their calls received, calls dialled & missed calls. The user can take a call over the phones speakers which leave the user hands free to enjoy a loud call over this handset. The Samsung M2510 comes with fifteen megabytes of internal memory & this handset supports an expandable memory card slot which can hold up to eight gigabytes of external memory when the user uses a MicroSD™ memory card. It comes with Bluetooth® technology which allows the user to connect their phone to other compatible Bluetooth® devices such as a computer, printer & more when the user wants to transfer files between devices. A USB port allows the user to connect a USB cable into the Samsung M2510 & the other end of the USB cable can be inserted into compatible devices allowing the user to transfer data between devices via a cabled connection. This phone works over a quad band network which covers GSM 850, 900, 1800 & 1900 network coverage. It comes with a battery which can provide up to eight hours of talk time & up to 360 hours of standby time. The Samsung M2510 supports EDGE & GPRS technology which provides the user with fast speed data transfer rates when the user is transferring data files.
