Lost my other mobile on a trip to the you USA & bought this in haste, but a great little phone, easy to use & understand.

There are a number of ring tones to choose from if you look hard enough for them. The price is very reasonable & a nice looking model.

Bought this phone & within 1 month it's needing attention. I don't even know what happened to it but it no longer responds to any touch of the buttons. Am so disappointed.

Good looking phone. Slim & light. Really easy to use.

One real down side it that it doesn't seem to have a message tone repeat facility so I tend to miss some of my messages.

A very decent simple phone. I don't want the Internet or games or anything very clever, I just want a phone which makes calls & texts & receives calls & texts & is easy to use.

At £8.68 a month this does exactly what I need & the only reason it doesn't get 100% is the slighly messy set up of the shortcuts (I still haven't worked it out!).

Exellent little phone for the price. The only feature it has not got that I would have liked, is the ability to add your own ringtone for messages, you can only add ringtones for your calls. But all in all a great little phone.

Would like to have had a choice of ringtone, but my main complaint is the sound, up to max but can hardly hear or be heard. Also can anyone tell me how to get speed dial? with a large phonebook I find it handy, have ordered a different model as I love Samsung.

Poor compared to Nokia of similar spec. Where's the ring tones? Who wants to mess around downloading tunes, when all you need is a basic selection to choose from. Too many useless features that relate to non essential things, such as music, camera, stolen phone tracking! Who cares at the price it sells for. Nokia flip phone is way better, same price, & still easy to use.

This is an excellent phone for the money. It is easy to navigate through the menu & has a host of features including FM radio. I love this easy to use phone. I have a smart phone, Nokia E66, but have ditched it due to the poor battery life. The Samsung Slider has an unbelievable battery life, I charge on average once every 8 days.

I bought mine at Sainsbury's, £40 & despite the Vodafone blurb inside the box it is SIM free, my Orange SIM card works perfectly. What a steal, £40 for a SIM free super easy to use phone. I went back & bought a second just in case I lose mine.

Downside? can't think of one.

Got this phone to replace my Nokia 5230 which began to play up after a few months use. I thought I'd have a break from touch screen 'fashion' phones & instead just go for a no-frills handset which does everything I need with no fuss.

This thing is perfect if you are just after a mobile that can make calls, text, take the occasional snap & maybe the odd Facebook visit.

Its light yet feels solid in the hand. The materials used are pretty decent quality & it looks overall very smart in its piano black finish. The only downside to this is that it's a bit of a fingerprint magnet.

It has Bluetooth which is good for the price. FM radio is a welcome feature as well.

I'll be honest it seemed at first a bit of a backwards step using this phone, but after a couple of hours I loved it! Having proper 'keys' again is brilliant, & puts an end to constantly wiping greasy prints off the screen.

The battery life is staggering, I let the battery run right down the first time I switched it on & then charged it up over night. Then used it solidly for about two days, at the end of the second day I only lost two bars of battery!

Ways to improve this handset? A flash would be good for the camera, & maybe a slightly larger screen, at it seems a little bit too small for the size of the handset. Although saying that it's pretty decent in terms of clarity taking into account the fairly meagre resolution.

I love these simpler mobiles, they do everything you need & are just so easy to use. With the excellent battery life as well, why not try one!? & to top it all, if you lose it or whatever, it's cheap enough to just replace with another.
