I had this phone for 1 years I got it for my bday I was so over the moon that I had finally got a 'proper' phone not a had me down or cheap phone. My mum got it with a warranty & it ran out 5 days before my next bday 21 days after my bday it was in my bag on the floor in front of the washer I woke up in the morning & the washer had broken there was water everywhere. My work (which was completed the night before was ruined) & so was my phone. The phone switched its self off after five minute's & sadly one day it wouldn't turn on. So do buy this phone but be careful near wet stuff.

My favourite part of the phone is the QWERTY keyboard. I received this phone for my b'day a couple of years ago & I love it. The features are brilliant & it's very reliable. Although the camera is 2MP it brings out a great result. If you are thinking of buying this phone, go ahead get it, you won't regret it.

Hi, I love this phone. I have it in pink & it is so easy it is small to keep in pockets & the camera is really good! The keys are big & easy to use! If your thinking about getting it, full on, go for it, you won't regret!

I own this phone & it has been fabulous, never let me down I have dropped it plenty times & it has not even blinked! Great design, I would really recommend it! Also the keypad is really easy to use. I love this phone!

Had this phone for under a year now & it is really good but recently the screen goes bright white & I can't do anything I have to take the battery out! The colours on the screen sometimes go opposite to what they should be. Do you know why please review back, thanks.

I have had this phone for almost a year now & I have got 2 say it is not a easily breakable phone! It's been in sugar puffs & melted chocolate & it still hasn't completely shut down on me. So VERY GOOD if you are not the most delicate person but I have found you do get fed up of & please tell me where do you put your headphones in? I know I am not the smartest cookie in the jar but I can't for the life of me find it!

I like this phone a little bit I have had it for 7 months but already I am getting fed up of it. I do not know how to do fake call & sometimes it goes a bit weird & turns its self off, if you know how to do fake call on the Samsung B3310 please comment & tell me. Thanks a bunch.

This phone was great, it was really easy to use & texting was really fast but I just had it in my bag & the bag didn't get stepped on or anything It was just under my desk & next time I looked the screen has broken & you can only see through part of the screen but my sister has the same phone & she's had absolutely no problems with it, so mine just might be faulty :(.

I love this phone, looks fab & is (fairly) easy to use. In a perfect world it would have WiFi & a flash on the camera, but for the price it's pretty well equipped.

My only problem with it is, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to select one of my own MP3's as my ringtone, nor can I work out how to change the message tone! I've had a Samsung before & didn't struggle this much!

If anyone knows, please help!

I love the phone so much, I have had it since last August. My problem is one cannot change the ringtones on this phone, I have done anything & everything but to no avail. If anyone can help me please do.

I love this phone, great keypad & easy to text. My friend dropped hers in the bath & it still works perfectly fine even after that.

I would really recommend this phone :D.

I loved the design & it hasn't broken, features are great but don't know how to use fake calls which is a pain, usability is great as well, overall a great phone to have :) love it.

Just bought this phone because I liked the qwerty keypad. However, it won't send messages, just get a message saying 'error sending message'. Nothing in instruction manual about this. Recommend you try another brand.

I got this phone for Christmas, & I love it.

I looked at a few phones, but when it came down to it I had to pick between the LG Webslider & the B3310, I read reviews on both phones & asked a lot of questions, after my research was done I realised that the B3310 is more reliable.

I would definitely recommend this phone to all teens. Although the LG Webslider has got a touch screen I think that this phone is just as good if not better. I think that it is a wonderful phone & people that say don't buy it mine screen broke in 2 weeks, obviously didn't treat it well, phones don't just break, nothing just breaks like that.

It is definitely the best phone I have had yet, it is a chunky phone & it hasn't got the biggest screen but it does the job, it has heaps of great features, & I love the QWERTY keyboard. You can change the font & the font size, & it has an awesome speaker.

Altogether I would rate this phone 9 out of 10. An EXCELLANT phone!

I bought this phone on New Year eve & I think it's a great phone. Easy to get in touch with your friends & family on the go as it supports social networking websites like Facebook, Orkut, Myspace & even photo sharing websites like flickr, photobucket, Picasa.

It is a great value phone, a must buy for teenagers because we need to text & go on social networking sites a lot.

So, what are you waiting for go, rush to your closest mobile store & grab one because I promise you that it would be out of stock soon. As many people would get this product!

Bought it, used for one week, great! After that it didnt work anymore. Nothing, the battery doesn't charge, no light, NOTHING! Be careful.

I spotted this phone in Carphone warehouse, 4 weeks ago & liked the quirky design. Felt a bit nervous buying a pink phone but it's easy to find in bag or rucksack. Having the numbers on the outside of the phone took a while to used too but it made speed dialling & dialling individual phone numbers easy. The QWERTY keyboard underneath useful for texting, email & Internet usage. I really like the MP3 player & the radio both have excellent sound quality. Some of the newer models have a safety features, such fake calls, SOS messages & restricting text messages by person or subject, this phone has this. It takes memory cards, but what I also like is the rolling carousel menu system on the phone, it allows you to create a shortcut menu to most used icons, e.g. create SMS, Facebook, radio, MP3, alarm etc. If you like Pink, slider phones & happy to try unsual designs this phone is for you.

The phone is totally awesome, it's small & easy to fit in a purse or a pocket, it's features are great it's got tons of different apps it's also got a lot of communities like facebook, my space, friendster, flicker, photobucket & picasa.

I've only had it for a little while but I can totally say it's great.
