I've only had my Samsung Genio Qwerty phone for a short time but I love it. I've heard criticisms about the poor quality camera & also people say the QWERTY keypad is too small. I don't agree. I took photos with the camera & they turned out perfect. I was really pleased with the quality. Granted the keys don't have a space between then like the Blackberry Curve but I had no problem typing my texts. I upgraded from a Samsung SGH-E900 so the QWERTY keypad was a dream to use after using a normal phone for so long.
I noticed my texts were sent immediately, none of the delays I had experienced on my old phone especially when it was a long text.
Internet connection was fairly quick on Virgin Mobile (Pay-As-You-Go) so it didn't use up my money.
Battery life seems excellent too.
The speaker system is fantastic, giving crystal clear sound when playing music & it has the added bonus of a proper sized earphone jack.
I like the fact it has a decent weight to it so you always know it's in your pocket - less chance of you losing it or forgetting it.
All in all a great phone which is easy to set up & easy to use. I've given it 95% for features only because you can't download apps like you can with a Blackberry, but then it's not a Smart Phone so you can't expect to have everything.

I have finally managed to sync my emails in work with my mobile phone, don't use the USB lead for the Nokia with Genio if that's what you have been sold like I was, use a BlackBerry one.
I am trialling & erroring at the moment, the only thing I have to tackle now is the apps thing but I am nearly there! Hee Hee!
Will update when I have worked out more!

You do not get a software disc with this phone so you cannot transfer info to your computer. You have to keep removing your memory card. The email does not work on hotmail. The signal strength on the phone is very weak & did not work at all on the train. Another phone on the same network was fine. The Internet on the phones a total waste of time. The pictures from the Internet are poor. The camera features are fine along with video, but the same problem again you cannot transfer to PC.

Was told the phone would be good for emails, every email I try & send, the phone restarts, the keys are very small which is bad if you have big thumbs, like me.
Apart from the two problems, the phone is basic, nothing special, wish I bought something different, waste of money, in my opinion.
