Great OS. The build quality of the phone could be better & the battery life is poor. However for Web browsing & streaming video this phone is really good & on par with iPhone.

Overall I really enjoy using this phone & now I have upgraded to 1.41 the phone has really improved. Well done Palm. Keep the dream alive.

Quite frankly, this phone is utter rubbish. The battery life is abysmal, it requires charging every day & sometimes won't last a whole day.

The menus take an age to go through & you never know if it's actually registered your selection.

Network time just doesn't work. The clock drifts by about 3 minutes a day.

Compared to my old Blackberry 8320 the Palm Pre is worse in every area I can think of with regard to ease of use.

O2 are completely unhelpful, I asked if I could buy a Blackberry handset outright & if they would change my tariff from Palm to Blackberry & they won't.

Don't BUY THIS PHONE IT IS SO RUBBISH! The battery on this thing is horrendous, it dies all the time, you have to charge it constantly, it has no battery life whatsoever. It is also very slow & can't even handle multiple apps at the same time. Also the apps are very limited. O2 are so rude & are refusing to help me out. I wish I never bought this one, my old phone was much better & never gave me any stress, this phone is stressful! I only bought it because it looked amazing, but looks are deceiving. Also it is quite difficult to text the buttons that are right in the right hand side of the keyboard. Also the Internet on this phone is so slow & takes a lot of battery. Facebook is terrible, you can hardly do anything on it. The only good thing about it is it looks beautiful, but the functions & battery just let it down.
