I think that this phone is very good & it has got some very good features. I do think that it could come with more colours & maybe some patterns. But on the hold I agree with what the majority of people have said about this phone. I would recommend it to some-one looking for a new phone & the music is very good & loud.

I have had the X4 for one year now. I have loved it, but it is now getting harder to use. The buttons have started sticking & don't seem to want to work one minute form the next. Also not having Bluetooth is annoying at times & looking from one picture to the next can take a while. It also switches itself off every now & again. Great phone to start with though.

Looks like a BENQ S82 which was sold by Vodafone for a while, while it has an MP3 player the Bluetooth does not support a2dp which is necessary for BT Stereo Headsets, also no Data Transfer with Bluetooth,

I think this phone is great although I have heard people having problems with theirs I never had any problems with mine. The photographs & videos are great quality the memory card helps it store loads of videos & photos plus the ringtones sound good. I'm sure there are better phones on the market but if all you are interested in is the ringtone, photos & video side of things then its perfect. In-fact I gave mine away when my contract was up & now I'm desperate to get another 02 x4.

This is generally a great phone, but the battery indicator turns white after minutes of use so that the remaining battery cannot be seen. Also the battery life on this phone is terrible, as I have to fully charge my phone up at least twice a day! This would be acceptable if I was constantly using the phones applications all day, but I don't. Replacement batteries are the hardest thing to find or this phone so I do not recommend it simply for this reason!

My X4 has been a very good phone & the 1.3 mega pixel camera is a good quality camera. A bit of a weighty phone & I have to be a bit delicate with it as it can be temperamental at times. I have had the X4 for 8 months & it is only now that I am considering getting a newer & faster moving mobile phone. I like the Motorola RAZR V3i & RAZR V3x.

The X4 is great, best features are the MP3 player & the 1.3 megapixel camera, loads of memory for storing snaps. No Bluetooth or FM radio but not bothered. Recommend it to all.

I have the O2 X3 & my friend has the O2 X4. We swapped phones for a 2 weeks as I was considering getting the X4 but I will not waste my money on it. I defiantly prefer the O2 X3 as it is simply better value for money. I feel I gave give a fair review on both these phones as I have given both phone a fair trail. X4 FORS: camera, 3G & speed. X4 AGAINST: battery life, turns itself off, video quality, weight & shape.
