This phone is sleek.

It is only for people who want a sleek looking phone with no features, for example me. I have got a iPod (to hear music), digital camera (to take pictures), laptop (to organise myself & surf the web) so really I would not & do not want any of these features on my phone. I just want a phone to make calls & send text messages, that is really what a phone should be, you get me.

BUT I had a few prooblems with it at the start because it use to freeze, however got that sorted out. I got a software update from Nokia. Have not had any poblem after that

Would recommend to anyone.

I think that Nokia's software isn't that great all the applications & the menu is generic. I mean the phone is a great looking phone but everything is to generic come out with new software maybe I'll buy another.

For posers only, I have a black one & my wife has the sapphire, can't knock it. It's a very simple & basic phone no features etc.

One thing to note & I don't know if anyone is suffering from the bad software. The sapphire one crashes at least 6 to 7 times a day & mainly in between calls! It happens on mine too but not as much. We got ours for free so fair enough but if I had to pay the prices they are charging then would I get this phone? Probably because it still looks so good.

Everyone who wrote a bad review for this phone is just jealous you can't afford it. Have some dignity. If you want to prove me otherwise, give me a list of things you don't like apart from it being too expensive.

My Daughter has directed me to this site to look for a potential Xmas gift for her, that's kids for you. This is the all important phone that is causing such a stir with my Daughter Soph & her friends, they all are begging their parents for the sapphire arte phone for Christmas. At first I was telling her to go & watch the news to see what is happening with the credit crunch & financial goings on but then I sat back with a large coffee & realised that buying this phone made good sense, it is something she really desperately wants & I can get in on contract which spreads the cost over the 12 months contact, so if you are reading this Soph, yes you will get this phone but use it wisely & keep it safe & stop sending me links to this site now as you will get it, may get that Sony C902 for your bother, makes good cash counting sense to me. Whilst I am here I could get one for my mother & my husband, all my Christmas shopping done with low cost contract phones. Soph you will make it in this world my dear.

My sapphire arte only had the golf game pre installed on it, when the spec states a few others. That was the only downfall other than that it was great!

Fantastic looking phone although the features are standard on any Nokia phone. Another great thing is that not everyone will have the same phone as you. So it definitely makes you that bit special. Regardless of the cost! A full on girly phone, the Nokia Carbon Arte will be the boys version!

What a great phone! The Sirocco was excellent but upgrading to this phone was an excellent move. It has the better software that I wanted & the design is even better! Ignore all the idiots who say it has no functionality or isn't worth the money because some cheapo Nokia has similar software etc. They don't get it & never will. Ignoring Vertu etc, this is the most exclusive phone out there. It's classy in the right sense. Not flashy but stands out due to its simple & excellent design. Pick it up & you feel the quality.

If you want a phone that makes your coffee for you, get an N95 like everyone else. If you want a phone that looks & works fabulously, get an Arte. The Sapphire model is my preference but both look excellent. Just get one!

This is an awesome phone, I love it. 8800 & 8800 Sirocco are nothing like this phone, Sapphire Arte is thousand times better than those. Also matches greatly with my Nokia E90 (Brown) perfect 2 devices (Sapphire Arte & E90) to make an impression (perfect).

Pathetic phone, designed for people with more money than sense. Usability is virtually nonexistent. The features are poor. If you are happy to pay £500 for a haircut then this is the phone for you! Buy yourself a Nokia 6500 & save yourself a fortune.

No one is really impressed by people who have this phone, they mostly just laugh. Any other phone would be better than this except the N95 LOL.
