The stylish Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte is a member of the popular & fashionable Nokia 8800 Arte range which includes the Nokia 8800 Arte & the Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte handsets. The 8800 Carbon Arte is a solid & strong slider phone which is made from luxurious materials including carbon fibre, titanium & glass. The lower end of the casing slides down to reveal a keypad but when the casing is closed the user can still access the navigation key & call keys. This stylish slide opening 3G phone comes with a two Inch screen which has a 320 pixel by 240 pixel screen resolution & displays up to sixteen million colours on the OLED screen. The 8800 Carbon Arte comes with responsive handset controls which allow the user to gently tap the front of the handset to reveal the time on the two Inch OLED screen or the user can simply turn the handset to mute an incoming call.

The overall size of the handset makes it easy to carry & use which has a solid feel due to the materials used to create such a luxurious looking phone. It weighs 150 grams which gives the 8800 Carbon Arte its solid feel without feeling too heavy to hold & it is 14.6mm deep by 109mm tall by 45.6mm wide which fit neatly & comfortably in the users hand. The Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte comes with four gigabytes of internal memory which allows the user to store many messages, contacts, pictures, videos & ringtones with ease. The 8800 Carbon Arte is a 3G handset which provides fast Internet connectivity & multitasking skills for the user to enjoy. The phone supports EDGE technology which provides fast speed data transfers when the user is transferring files between two compatible devices. The user can use Bluetooth® technology to transfer files or a USB connection depending on the compatibility between devices. The Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte comes with a travel charger, USB connectivity cable, Bluetooth® headset, carry case, desk stand, battery, software CD, user guide & instruction booklet.


The 8800 Carbon Arte works on a Tri Band GSM network & WCDMA 2100. The phone comes with easy to use & useful call features including speed dial, voice dial, conference call & a hands free speaker call feature. The user can enjoy a call with up to six contacts per call using the conference call function which is the ideal way to make arrangement & agreements on one call.
