This phone has a terrible layout, you can't make a call without hitting the GPS button, you can't have ringer ID if you Bluetooth your tones, this phone really is a terrible choice.

At last a decent flip phone from Nokia. I had it unlocked no problem, features are really good, screen good, Symbian, maps, what more could you want? Well, ring volume would help! i.e. it hasn't got any you cannot hear it ring in your pocket hence missed calls. Nice try Nokia but back in the drawer you go.

A good phone let down by some really annoying & unnecessary irritants namely.
- The 2.5mm headphone jack so you can't use normal headphones without an adaptor, this is made even worse by the fact that the socket is on the side of the phone so the headphone connection & the adaptor end up sticking out the side of the phone was is a pain
- The touch screen buttons on the front are always unlocking in your pocket which is especially annoying when listening to music.
- The menu navigation is long winded & it seems to take several button presses to do anything but maybe that's just because I am used to SEs.
- The PC software that came with me it isn't all that either.
