I have had this model since the 31st of July 2008. This however is my second phone as I fell in a river with my phone in my pocket & the phone stopped working!

However, this second phone is proving to be quite a good model. I have got a problem with the fact every time I am listening to the MP3 player on it. & I receive a message the phone freezes up altogether & I have to take the battery out to restart it.

Also when I turn the phone off & turn it on again, it takes me like 10 minutes for the phone to go back to normal again.

Other than that, this phone would be good for those who want a basic phone.

I don't personally like this phone, I prefer things with much more technology built in. But other than that I have had no problems :).

This phone is really great BUT it has no battery life (1.5 to 2 days, with few phone calls & all applications turned off).

As long as you don't care about battery life, no problem. I am very disappointed since I discovered later that it was already the same problem with the 6300.

The 14 days standby battery life is a joke!

Nice slim line design makes it very easy to carry. Slightly concerned about the robustness of the screen. Features more than adequate &, if you're a Nokia user then the menu is relatively straight forward. They've packed a lot of bits into a thin phone.

I purchased this phone on the review. It said battery life (standby) up to 14 days, mine last's for 5 days. I only use the phone on odd occasions. Also the phone keeps freezing up. I previously had a Sony Ericsson K810i that was also a problem.

Used to own Nokia N80 & was very happy with it. Once I changed to the Nokia 6301 my fears were gone. I am very pleased with my new phone at the minute & I find the battery life is slightly better than the N80.

It is also a lot easier to carry. I find the features very easy to use & will enjoy using it for some time to come.

More features than the 6300 & better all round. Web access now very fast due to software upgrade. I did wonder when I opened the box why they had sent two chargers. Battery life is appalling, I charge the phone in car to & from work & have on continual charge through the day & the phone will not last on standby from 6pm till 7am. I would not recommend this to others.
