The design for me is so stylistic that's why the Nokia 6020 is so cute. However I am not yet satisfied with my Nokia 6020 phone because the resolution of the camera is not that good.

I have had this phone for about a year & in a few days I am going to upgrade to a Nokia 6233. To anyone who would like to buy this phone, I would strongly recommend it.

My phone has battery which lasts 3-4 days & is so easy to use. It is basically like a Nokia 3315, which I had before this phone, but with a colour screen & Internet, plus a few more extras! It is solid & looks quite stylish. Camera isn't as good as some Siemens phones I have had but that isn't uncommon for Nokia, although the picture quality isn't too bad.

Phone is fast but can get slower when browsing through a large gallery of images, which is expected.

I look forward to upgrading my phone but will sorely miss my little 6020.

6020 is small & light & I love it. My friends think it looks too boring but it is a truly lovely little phone. I must admit I am attracted to the looks of my friends mobiles but looks is all that is good about them. My phone is more reliable & easier to use than any of their mobiles. My phone has a good camera & MMS which is the best. I only charge up my phone every other night & it never runs out of battery like my friends phone do. My mum got my phone for me for safety when I walk to & from school. I love it & would recommend it to all who are interested in it.

Nokia are great when it comes to cheap & easy to use phones. I have had my Nokia 6020 for 6 months & it is a good phone in every way. Simple & Easy says it all for the Nokia 6020.

A small phone with ok looks & the features on the phone are terrific. I am currently looking to upgrade as mobile technology is moving so fast that I want something faster & with more features but I am not putting my 6020 down, it is a good basic model. Would be good if it had Bluetooth & I have found the memory too small to cope with my photos. With Bluetooth & more memory this phone would of lasted a little longer in my hands. Looking at the Sony Ericsson W300i & the Samsung D820 which are new & tasteful phones & I want a change from Nokia.

The Nokia 6020 was free, I was pleased to be getting a camera phone for free, but it's not a stylish phone & is very dull looking. I think all the bog standard Nokia's are dull & look the same. The phone is not compact & feels uncomfortable in my pocket, I struggle to get it in my pocket & as it's not a flip phone it isn't designed to fit snug in a pocket. All the features are basic, but they do what they promise to do & are easy to use. Worst feature on the phone is the video as it's such a bad quality that I would preferred it if they hadn't of bothered with it.
