I like it but I even don't understand when I text to anyone why it always write in English why not in numbers? Like if I want to send SMS to anyone which is not in my contact list by default it should be in number mode but it always continue with abc, otherwise it's a good ph but there is also no function about brightness setting. Help me, if anybody knows how to solve my problems.

I thought this was a great phone at first. However, the radio keeps failing. The techie guy said that loads of these have been returned due to faulty radio, & he sent me a new headset. The radio was fine for about a week, then it disappeared again, & all I get is crackle. The assistant I just spoke to said that none of these phones have had faulty radios, completely contradicting the techie guy.

The music player works fine, just not the radio. It's useless.

I am writing this review on my 5220 with the aid of Opera mini & predictive text, so I suppose this verifies the great text capabilities of this phone. Overall I think it's very good.

(btw press star & l shaped arrow if you want a new paragraph) the points on the downside are the music control keys are too close together & the mickey mouse video recording. Otherwise, it's a stylish phone that takes standard earphones & micro SDs.

Poor manual, does not cover many features adequately.

Fairly intuitive in use.

With the foregoing in mind, is recommended.

I think this phone is really good. Never had any hanging problems like some of the others have suggested.

I personally think that for the money you pay that it's a good handset. Music available, lightweight, looks good, does the basics. I am happy with it!

I didn't like this phone. If you use music player for more than one hour, it simply hangs. You can't even able to turn it off. Even power charging also not working. First time I started using high end phone. It's really pathetic.

The basic usage of this phone is for music, that function is not working properly means, I don't know how can you call this one as Xpress music.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! Seriously it's all good at first with the great design, slimness, good camera & good music quality but this phone hangs frequently! While you're playing games, on the Internet, in the music player, viewing pictures, anything, the screen will turn white & hang for about a minute & the whole phone will restart again.

IT'S SO ANNOYING! Especially if you're in a rush to make a call or send a message, you can be sure that it'll hang & restart when your in an emergency.

Now I can't even use it. When I turn it on it does the Nokia welcome thing & then shuts back off.

It's a waste of money. Go for the Walkman or something if you want good sound quality or cyber shot for a good camera. XpressMusic is bad.

Hey I have this phone for like 4 months. It hung quite a few times. So the best way is to keep the phones memory empty. So after this formula my phone is working superb.

Amazing camera. It's so stylish. & it just suits my personality. Sleek!

I bought it on New Year's Day. Have been using till date. It is best among the stylish mobile in design aspect. I like all the features except the video capturing which was not good.

I use this mobile mostly for hearing music & sound blast your ears when the surrounding is silent.

Sometimes it hangs & the screen becomes white which Nokia company has to rectify, which is the only disappointment in this model.

I feel that the headset whatever Nokia has given is not too good. Hmm otherwise the Phone is Simply Stylish & user friendly.

I have had 3 of these from Virgin & I am getting a refund now. The screen is poor, tilt the phone ever so slightly to the left & the screen becomes impossible to see. The camera mode has lots of red, green & blue dots in the picture which disappear once you take a picture, still annoying though. & on my latest one my pictures have a yellow tint which is unacceptable. I don't know if its Nokia's or Virgins fault but I would stay clear.
