The Nokia 6760 Slide is a slide opening 3G Smartphone which comes in either a black, white & red coloured casing. This handset weighs 124.3 grams including the fitted rechargeable battery. It measures 9.76cm tall by 5.8cm wide by 1.56cm deep when in its slide closed position. The 6760 Slide comes with a good sized 2.4 inch screen which displays up to sixteen million colours. The user can slide out the QWERTY keyboard from the side of the handset & view the screen in a wide screen mode when using the slide out keyboard. The Nokia 6760 Slide supports a Symbian operating system version 9.3 with S60 software.

This 3G Smartphone supports polyphonic, MP3 & AAC ringtones which allows the user to enjoy high quality music ringtones. A FM radio allows the user to enjoy radio entertainment on the move & the user can tune into their favourite radio station to catch up on local & national news, weather reports, radio chat show & not forgetting all the latest music. A built in music player supports many formats of music including MP3, AAC, AAC+, AMR WB, WMA, RealAudio & WAV formats. The handset comes with easy to use music features which including dedicated volume keys & the user can enjoy high quality sound over the 3D stereo speakers for & loud listening experience. The 6760 Slide has a front facing camera which can be used when the user is taking part in a two way video call & this discrete camera allows the user to enjoy 3G video calling thanks to the handsets built in 3G technology. An integrated 3.2 megapixel digital camera comes with many features which will ensure the user captures a perfect photo or a perfect video recording on their Nokia 6760 Slide. A built in 4 x digital zoom allows the user to get up closer to their subject & an automatic focus feature will ensure the user will capture a well focused photo. The user can take a photo quickly & easily using the dedicated capture key & the user can use this key when recording video footage. The 6760 Slide records video at up to fifteen frames per second & the user can use the built in 4 x digital video zoom feature when recording video to zoom in & out whilst recording. When playing video the user can view their videos in landscape mode & enjoy playing video in many video formats including MPEG4, H264, H263, RealVideo & WMV format. The user can enjoy up to seven hours of video playing time from a full charged battery.

This 3G Smartphone work over a GSM quad band network as well as covering 3G HSDPA networks. The rechargeable battery provides up to five hundred hours of standby battery time, four hours of 3G talk time or up to five hours of GSM talk time from a fully charged battery. Its 3G HSDPA technology allows the user to enjoy features such as 3G video calling & high speed connectivity on this handset. A built in AGPS navigation feature comes with a Nokia Maps feature which allows the user to view maps on their Nokia 6760 Slide. The user can use the messaging services to communicate with other compatible contacts & the built in text messaging service & picture messaging services allow the user to use either text only or text with sound & a picture to communicate. This Smartphone supports a message reader feature which allows the user to have their messages read out for them.

Good light phone especially for those of us who need a keyboard. One major drawback is it does not charge through the USB. Big error by Nokia.
