Cannot hear it when it rings, cannot hear people properly even when on full volume, bad signals & loses signal & cuts off half way through a conversation & when on silent still rings. Had this phone 10 months & still another 14 months to go on contract cannot put up with it so looking for a new one. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! Even though it looks good it is rubbish & has put me off Nokia for life after always having Nokia phones!

Just had to change this phone after 4 months. Signal & reception appalling, replaced it with a Nokia 3710 which gets much better signal. Controls & buttons are tiny & fiddly. Just didn't work for me I am afraid.

A good looking phone, easy to use & fantastic camera. The down side to this phone is the poor signal life, I have to charge it up every other day, but all in all a good phone & the poor battery.

Although it looks nice my main issue with the phone is that it doesn't seem to be able to hold a signal, you can have full reception but as soon as you make a call it will go down to one bar & then just die! Very frustrating, I have stopped using it now & have gone back to my trusty N73!

I recently signed a contract for this phone because my other Nokia mobiles were OK, BIG MISTAKE. I work most of the time outdoors & carry mobiles in my topcoat pocket but I & other people can't here this mobile phone ring, I have tried different ring tones, but without any success. The sales assistants who have checked the mobile said it is a design problem also the screen light goes out after approx 5 seconds, I am told this is to save power, which is very annoying when trying to read messages, again I am told this can't be increased it is part of the design & I am stuck with it.

Apart from wearing the chain around my neck, like Del Boy, back to using my old mobile, USABILITY NIL.

Recently upgraded to Nokia 6600i slide. Quite a nice looking phone, camera is brilliant. Downside is that there is no back light feature as in other phones. You can hardly get through reading a text message which is very poor in today's technology. Nokia need to address this problem with a software download.

Microphone is on the back of the phone which is not good so if it's on your desk etc, best to place it back up. It's OK all in all but would not rave over it & design is really quite basic.

RUN! A well designed & easy on the eye phone with all the usual features. So far everything works including the software for the USB cable link. The casing is stainless steel. All this make my conclusion NEVER to buy Nokia again all the more tragic. Now twice bitten & very very shy. Unfortunately the call quality ranges from average to very poor. Apparently is has noise cancellation & voice clarity which I activated. No difference, still lousy. The ring tones are not very loud. Even the so called loud ones are not very loud. Finally & almost as annoying is the poor call quality was the location of the speaker for calls & the speakerphone. It sits right on the back. If the phone is place on its back on your desk or on a book say, you can't hear a damn thing! It almost completely kills all sound. I don't mean slightly muffled I mean like dead. Now I have to place the phone face down on the rather nice display if I want to hear the phone ring. Now I have a nice looking phone that no one will ever see. If you want a cute looking toy phone buy it. If you want a phone to make nice clear calls & you can actually hear it when rings. RUN!
