I have a W510, but it broke down again after I used for only one & half year, during this time, it give lots of troubles, when I flipped the phone, the screen became totally white after I used the phone for only 4 months, until now It had same problems three times already. I went to a couple of stores to replace the devices, but now, one year warranty expires, such problem appeared again, I am crying, god, this is the worst phone I have ever had.

I've had this for a while now & it's far & away the best phone I've had. It's got everything I need & a few things I don't (but are nice to have). It has never let me down. The menus are a bit difficult (like on most Motorola's) but reading the instruction manual (which people really should) fixes that problem easily. I love this phone.

I bought last year this W510 & had problems only 25 days after warranty expired, very unlucky. The screen always white screen, I sent to mobile phone repair shop & paid RM70.00 to repair. Also one year battery busted. Now I am still using the phone but new problems started, when charging battery it gets hot then after charging the light is always on even set to 20 second standby. Only one day battery, have to recharge again. Anybody have any idea what to do with this phone?

This is a pretty cool phone. It's shiny & easy to text on. All I do on this phone is text. The only thing that would make it better for texting is if it had a full keyboard.

This is by far the best phone I have had. It DOES have Bluetooth & it DOES have a memory card (a previous reviewer obviously has never used the phone).

Battery lasts forever & you can also charge it via USB.

Camera is OK but then if I wanted to take a good photo I would never use a mobile phone to take it with.

Mine only came with demo games but it is easy to download & install new ones. After this phone I would buy Motorola again.

Everything about it is great, except, the speaker is not loud enough. When people call me & I answer they often get a very loud noise in their ear, which doesn't affect me except for the fact people are reluctant to call as it's a very loud, very annoying sound.

Great looking phone but the features are poor. 7.5 hours talk time? On what planet? & 350 hours stand-by time? I bought the phone a month ago & in standby I'd say that 72 hours is in the happiest case. Talk time about 1.5-2 hours. I expected it to be better. I am very disappointed.
