Motorola W208 Review

The Motorola W208 is a compact mobile phone which comes in a classic shape handset. The phone has been designed to be the best companion for the user to enjoy for work & leisure use. The user will find the W208 is easy to carry at all times & comes with all the essential basics a mobile phone user requires. The handset only weighs 78 grams which is extremely light & has a thickness of 14.9mm which in super slim for the user to slide into their pocket. The W208 will not weigh the user down & is simple to operate. The Motorola W208 has a large coloured screen which is always on display to provide the user with vital information regarding the battery life & signal strength. The bright screen provides 65k colours & has a 128 x 128 pixel screen resolution. The user can change their wallpaper & screensaver to suit their taste which gives the W208 its own unique personality. The user will find the keypad easy to use & highly attractive as the keys are all integrated into the phones stylish surface. The phone works on a dual band network which will automatically switch between GSM 900 & GSM 1800 with ease. The W208 comes with up to 307 hours of standby time which is a great for the user & means the user will not be forever recharging their handset.

The W208 will keep the user entertained with its built in FM radio which offers the user a great music feature on the move. The FM radio can be listened to over the speaker system or on the stereo headset for a personal listening experience. The phone comes with a 2.5 mm headset jack which allows the user to connect their Motorola W208 to a set of headphones easily. The radio allows the user to have instant access to music, news & weather reports from the users favourite radio stations. The user can change their ringtones to give their phone a fresh feel. The ringtones can be heard in polyphonic sound & the W208 comes with a ringtone composer if the user is feeling creative. The phone comes with a vibration alert which allows the user to set the phone to vibrate when a call comes in. The vibrate feature can be set to work alone without a ringtone or the user can have the vibration alert with their ringtone. The entertainment doesn't stop their as the phone comes with pre loaded games for the user to enjoy in their free time.

The user will become extremely organised with the Motorola W208 as a companion. The phone comes with a built in calendar feature which has an events reminder facility. The events reminders can be set to remind the user of an appointment which was booked, birthday or party reminders & those all important holiday dates. The user can store all their contacts detail in the phone book feature which can be amended & updated easily. The user can add, change & delete contact details in their phone book. The W208 has a built in currency converter for when the user is on their travels, an alarm clock to help the user get out of bed in the morning, a calculator & a stop watch feature. The user can use the vCard feature to keep a track of all their work colleagues.

The Motorola W208 will ensure that the use has the best communication with their family, friends & colleagues. The user can easily access call lists which include missed calls, calls received & calls made. The user can stay in contact with other contacts by sending a text message which is easy to create & can be sent to any mobile phone user. The text message service (SMS) comes complete with iTAP™ which is a predictive text input method. The user can use the handsfree speaker phone to take a call over the phones speakers which leaves the user handsfree to continue working.
