Motorola V545 Review

The Motorola V545 is sold exclusively through Vodaphone & is a totally fun filled mobile phone. It comes in a silver & blue coloured clam shell style casing. The V545 is from the same family as the Motorola V547, but their key features are a little different. The V545 includes a integrated camera that allows the user to take pictures even in dimmer lit areas. The user friendly controls make taking the perfect photo very simple. The user can get very creative & send a MMS (multimedia message service) message which includes a photo complete with sound & text.

The user can keep in touch with the V545 when they are on their travels with quad band technology & make group calls with the integrated speaker phone. The user will never miss a call when they are on their travels as the quad band technology allows the phone to swap between the four networks. The group call feature is very quick & simple to use. The user along with a group of colleagues can speak over the built in speakerphone & converse with another group of people. The speaker quality is amasing & every word will be heard by each & everyone.

The Motorola V545 comes with good quality sound & the MP3 ringtones are extremely clear even the vocals. There are four MP3 tones & twenty one polyphonic tones embedded on the V545 & the user can download many more tunes of their choice from the Internet.

The Bluetooth® headset allows the user to take a call by using the headset whilst the V545 is in their suitcase or glove compartment & this is all done with no wires. Wireless Bluetooth® gives the user so much freedom.

The V545 has a picture phonebook feature which allows the user to see a photo of the caller instead of displaying the caller's telephone number, This feature can be great fun as the user can put in any image or photo for each entry in their phone book.

The Motorola V545 is a upgrade of the V500, the main difference is that with this model you can actually record video footage as well as play it back & send it! It comes with quality ring tones, it has the benefit of wireless Bluetooth connectivity & like the V500, it is also quad band, which allows you to use the phone in more countries.

This is one hot mobile phone. I love the set up of the keypad which makes it so easy & so quick to move around to where you want to go & input text. Wicked mobile phone...

Fairly happy with this phone, well happy with Motorola, well happy with my network, BUT the phone could do with a bit more memory & battery life is a bit of a let down.

With this phone you can be assured that it's not going to slip through your hand as it's got a grippy feel to it which I find reassuring & comfortable. It's the first time I've purchased one of the Motorola V range, I've had it for a while now & I have to say that I'm really impressed with all the workings & its great ability to access the internet is first class & I can't fault it

I used to have the V500 but have now got the V545 it has a good sturdy feel to it. Has easy to use menus & you don't end up squinting trying to see the screen in daylight. The camera & video recorder are of high quality. Nice phone...
