I HAVE HAD THREE OF THESE PHONE, ALL HAVE DIED WITHIN 14 MONTHS OF the SAME THING. SCREEN COMES UP, NONE OF the BUTTONS DO ANYTHING CAN NOT EVEN ACCESS the MENU AS THOUGH the TOP SCREEN SECTION IS NOT CONNECTED TO the KEYPAD FRUSTRATING. I AM GIVING the Sony Ericsson Z750i A GO.

I got this phone on a contract with 3. I thought it was a really good design but there are a few draw backs.

- Camera is really bad & the video camera just took photos in slow motion.
- NO GAMES that actually worked for more than a minute & took less than half an hour to load.
- Storage space you get is really bad & you can only put 1GB extra memory, this probably was just me but after a year it would not charge at all.
- Keypad buttons is too close together I kept going on to planet 3.
- Battery life was full charged one day after not charging for a day then suddenly it dropped to nothing.
- NO THEMES or SKINS! At all that worked without paying.

GOOD THINGS.
- 2 cameras for video calling.
- Nice design.

I wouldn't recommend this if you want games & a good camera I would also recommend that you got the extended warranty.

I love my phone I have had it almost a year now & I seriously drop it at less 3 times a day by accident of course. This phone you can throw it around drop it on the ground yeah the battery ad back come off. You know people that say I am never going to drop my phone & they do, then it's broken. Well this is the phone for them. Yeah if you are a texter, watch out because you cannot read the letters & numbers to well. I've accidently even thrown my phone before. I thought it was in my pocket not my jacket. Don't leave out in the sun you can have a fried phone. Yes I would get one of these phones again consisting this is my second phone. My best friends mom gave me her old the original, but man was it great. I do honestly love this phone every phone I have had I've at least dropped it once a day & it worked a lot longer than my friends phone. So I say the thing to do is just drop your phone every once in awhile it will do it some good. I don't mean throw it on the ground, but if it accidently slides out of your hand on to the floor then good for the phone. NO MATTER WHAT PHONE YOU HAVE YOU SHOULD TURN IT OFF AT LESS ONCE A MONTH. That is what I have been doing & it still is working.

Had the phone on 3 contract for a year now, & looking to change. Noted with lots of these independent reviews, the network isn't mentioned, & indications seem to be that when networks add their own branding software then the problems can start. This phone has been good for holding a signal, clear calls, using vibrate & ring option means I don't miss many calls. Also good for texting, the predictive text isn't bad at all when you get used to it. I have fat fingers & don't find the keyboard troublesome, in fact I like it. Able to download tunes for personal ringtones etc.

To be used for calls & texts are why I bought the phone (with a good contract offer) so in this regard it's been a success.

Camera acceptable for snapshots, & that's it, video recording OK for capturing a mate's embarrassing moment but not much use for anything else.

Has had a few (software) hiccups, had to do a complete factory settings reset. Battery life is normally fine (up to a week on standby in good signal area), BUT if making & receiving calls with a low signal strength then it will really eat into battery reserves.

Recommended? Yes but if you wanted a good camera & or video then this isn't the phone for you.

Why am I looking to change? I am after a phone with a good built in camera (e.g 3Mb or more) & flash, because then I'll always have a camera with me, having a separate camera means those exclusive shots always occur when the camera is at home.

The phone won't stay turned on for more than around 23 seconds (I timed it) unless it has literally just come off the charger (or is still plugged in). Not quite sure how to solve this problem as of yet (but judging by others responses that doesn't seem likely) it is a pretty phone though. Seductively pretty & it lured me with its looks & false promises of Tetris. A shame it doesn't work.

Have had this phone for 12 months on 3. It is & has been great. Menus fine, coverage fine & Internet use & free browsing on 3 brilliant. Also had no problems with battery life, maybe I have just been lucky!

Only lowered score for design as technically it is much better than the old v3 original, but still looks the same. I like the old design but starting to look a bit dated now.

I love this phone. Good battery life. With modding software, I can customize it as I like it. I already remove unwanted items & add new skins & other capabilities. Google for modding V3xx & hope can find what you want. I mainly use it as a data modem to GPRS, 3G, HSDPA network & satisfied with it. Sound & speakerphone are clear & can have a long conversation without burning my head or ear anymore.

If you have a short battery life or died unexpectedly, I suggest you to replace the battery. Most of the problems are due to faulty battery.

I purchased the Motorola RAZR V3xx in Gold. This is a very beautiful phone, however, reception is very bad. As far as I am able to determine at this point there are only 2 or 3 backgrounds. The light blue creates a good bit of glare which makes it difficult to see especially under sunny conditions in the car. Menus for the web are also very small. This phone needs improvement.

I must admit I have been a die hard Samsung fan for 8 years as my last 4 phones have been Samsung. But since my job requires me to travel to the UK & Russia a lot, I was looking for a good world-wide phone.

I didn't want a PDA phone some guys recommended this phone. What can I say, the design is great, buttons easy to reach one handed, huge display screen, the works. I couldn't have been happier.

The features are great, I get great signal, texting is easy with itap & the camera takes great pics for a camera phone. My 'only' problem with this phone is that you cannot delete the pre-loaded game demo's, app demo's, wallpapers, ringtones, etc.

I have always liked to clear my phone of the pre-loaded 'junk' & only have my stuff on my phone, but alas with this phone all the pre-loaded stuff is there for good, you can't delete it. Other than that, great phone!

This piece of rubbish phone intermittently shuts off by itself.

About half the time my voicemail beep sounds off & I have a message, without the phone ever ringing to give allow me to answer it.

When I am on a call the other persons voice fades & out through the entire conversation, making it impossible to hear what the other person is trying to tell me.

I hate this phone!

Great phone with a lot of features. 3G download speeds, microSD up to 2GB, 60MB built in memory, really nice QVGA screen, Bluetooth stereo A2DP streaming, Bluetooth 2.0, NVIDIA Goforce 4800 3D, 260MHz ARM9 Processor, Mini USB, MP3, WMV/3GP/MPEG4 support.

Nice RAZR design my only complaint would be it looks just like the original in design which has been around for a few years now. Best RAZR out now & much better than krazr spec wise.

Nice phone. Smart & light.

One problem I have found & maybe someone can help me. I have added a few MP3's to use as ringtones, so that when a particular person calls it plays that particular track. However, it appears that when that particular person texts, it also plays the complete MP3! There seems no way to separate the two options! Anyone?

The only bad thing is I had a Sony Ericsson before & getting used to the Motorola controls is pretty hard but over all its top, 'MUST BUY'.

Don't buy this if you value your sanity, worst phone I ever had, was given a replacement from 3 after the standard handset had rubbish coverage.

The replacement has even worse coverage (or none at all), switches off sometimes, has to be charged every day, & generally makes you want to hope it off the nearest wall.

Nice features but rubbish engineering.
