It is a good phone, but for me the problem is that you can't create a new folder where you can put stuff in.

Total disaster of a phone. I am on my second unit on an 18 month contract on Orange. It is so difficult to use, it phones people when scrolling through your call list as the screen can be too sensitive, or the touch screen doesn't respond at all.

I have lost count of how many missed calls I have had in spite of having a full signal.

It looks nice but just isn't worth the bother. Don't get this phone.

A brilliant android platform with a useless phone attached. Don't buy this if you want to make calls whilst 'roaming', expect a missed call text alert to inform you less than 6 hours after the call was missed, or expect to be able to make calls as you did with your previous phone (Nokia N958mb) on the Orange network. Oh, & if you want to use the 'touch screen' facility to enter text just make sure that none of your text has letters that appear on the right of the qwerty keyboard, sensitivity is just not that great (can't recall how many times the letter 'p' has proved a hiccu* in trying to text someone). Good job it has a slide out keyboard, which actually does work. Pity it's so advanced that you notice when it tells you it couldn't send (yet another) text message.

Great for games, cupcake platform?
Useless phone, unless you prefer people not to be able to contact you.

A really good phone that's let down by the poor quality control. I am on my 4th unit now & still experiencing hardware problems. I advise you not to buy this until the next batch come out or the mark 2. Orange will only give you replacement new units within the first 28 days of purchase. After that if it goes wrong (it will) they will give you a used one that will probably go wrong too. Should have waited for the other Android phones but it was the only Android with a QWERTY at the time.

Don't GET THIS PHONE!

This is finally a good Motorola phone, this has real good features, which are easy to use. Motorola is back with a bang. Had it for nearly four weeks no complaints at all.

Kind regards Simon.

All round pretty sweet phone, Touch screen is good, the live updates via FaceBook & such are top notch nothing like I have seen before & also some good modes & apps.

QWERTY keypad is good in size as someone like myself with bigger fingers can still use it without using the backspace every 2 seconds!

It's visually attractive & Easy to use. Could be a bit louder on the speaker side of it but that's not a major as I have a iPod.

Never really like any other Motorola but they have actually made a good one this time, so congrats to them.

9 out of 10 from me. Jason.
