I had this phone until I threw it. It's a great phone & to all the people who say the software doesn't work, I experienced the problem & I found that you need to install it manually, the drivers, 3 Support told me to do this,

Control Panel > New Hardware > Select your phone (Should be like U8330) > & Browse for the driver on your CD drive.

It worked fine for me. I am looking into buying another one.

I had this thing, it's my digital camera, my call recorder, my game station, but it lacks in memory, short battery life, and an unable to share anything. That's sad, but yet I am glad, they couldn't get anything from my phone. Hehehe. Its rate depends on the pilot.

I've had the phone for a year now. Before buying this phone one should look for better phones with Bluetooth & better ring tones that you don't have to buy. It's just alright & looks nice though it is very big.

I have enjoyed but now I am running for a Samsung D900. I hope it is better. The biggest thing I don't like is the fact that you have to buy every little good thing that you would like on the phone & the battery needed charging every two nights.

What a peice of rubbish! This phone is really bad!

It has no memory, no way of adding memory, no bluetooth, no way to add your own ringtones or wallpapers, no storage. It big bulky clumsy & the whole phone is designed to make you spend more money of making behave better by buying add ons or decent ringtones at £3 a go! The menus are rubbish & conveluted. It takes ages to get anything done. I've really been spoilt with my ancient Nokia 7610 & am going back to that!

Are all 'THREE' phones this bad? Do NOT get one! ever!

Got the U8330 in a hurry & what a mistake I have made. I am going to take my time when it comes to making my next mobile phone purchase, I will read this site page by page & not hurry in making a decision. My U8330 looks great but that is where the good comments end, after a couple of weeks I tired of the clam shell opening & it feels clumpy to hold. Camera is blurred & the video is too short. I am fed up with not having enough memory on the phone, it only has 26 MB which is silly for a 3G camera & video phone. I am angry that I never checked for Bluetooth technology as it was a 3G phone I thought it had Bluetooth automatically & I was so very wrong. This phone is so very wrong for me & I would not advise anyone out there to buy it. Poor quality & poor features.

Got my LG U8330 for my birthday from my boyfriend & it is a super little phone. I had a very dated Nokia 3210, I know super old & very past it phone. I don't use my phone everyday so didn't feel the need to have anything other than a simply basic phone. Anyway that was then & this is now. Now I am the owner of a 3G super doper phone I actually use it more than I ever did my old Nokia. I like showing it off & it is a really nice phone to use. I adore having a camera with a 2 x zoom, my screen saver is my dog & my wallpaper is my boyfriend, yuk I know, but he did buy the phone for me. I have recorded short footage of my dog Jess & have even sent it to my friends via MMS. I have got a really funky ring tone but want my boyfriend to help me change it to My Lumps by the Black Eyed Peas, as it is my favourite tune of the moments & suits my character. If you are lucky enough to get this phone I hope you will be as happy as me with it, it is super.
