Our LG KT770 Review

This sleek designed slider phone supports high quality communication & multimedia features for the user to enjoy. The LG KT770 is a 3G Smartphone which comes with a slender style casing which is black in colour & has a smooth slide opening mechanism. The user can slide open the handset to reveal the keypad on the KT770 which can all be operated in a single hand due to the overall size of the casing. It measures 111mm tall by 51.5mm wide by 15mm deep when in its slide closed position. This stunning 3G Smartphone comes with a large display screen which measures 2.8 inches when measured diagonally from corner to corner. This large screen displays up to 262k colours for the user to view on the screen complete with a screen resolution of 240 pixels by 400 pixels for a beautiful viewing experience. The user will find a touch sensitive navigation key situated below the large display screen which allows the user to easily glide through their Smartphone's menus & features. The KT770 supports a Symbian operating system 9.3 with series 60 software.

The LG KT770 comes with a built in A GPS navigation feature which allows the user to gain directions on their handset. A built in Internet browser allows the user to access the world wide web to view their favourite web sites as well as allowing the user to surf for new sites & online information. The user can communicate with others using text & symbols to take part in a two way instant message which allows the user to communicate with other instant messaging users that are online at the same time as each other. The LG KT770 comes with a text messaging service known as SMS which allows the user to create a message containing text & symbols which can be shared between compatible users. The user can create a multimedia message known as MMS which can contain a picture or video with text input & sound which can be shared between compatible MMS users & it an easy way to share pictures in an instant. The LG KT770 supports & enhanced messaging service known as EMS & this 3G Smartphone supports a document viewing function allowing the user to view popular documents such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & PDF files on their handset.


The handset supports WLAN Wi-Fi® technology which allows the user to connect their Smartphone to the Internet via a wireless connection to a nearby wireless LAN or a hotspot. The Wi-Fi technology means the user can connect to the Internet without the use of cables which leaves the user able to enjoy a more pleasurable surfing experience. The LG KT770 supports EDGE & GPRS technology which means the user can enjoy high speed transfer rates on their 3G Smartphone when transferring files between devices. The user can connect their handset to other devices using either a wireless Bluetooth® connection between compatible devices or a USB cabled connection between two devices with compatible USB ports. This phone is a 3G HSDPA capable handset which allows the user to enjoy high speed connectivity as well as features such as video calling on their KT770. A 3G video call can be enjoyed by two compatible 3G contacts & allows the contacts to view each other on their screen whilst talking which provides a face to face call experience. The LG KT770 comes with a front facing VGA camera which records the user's facial expressions which can be viewed by their contact, whilst the user is viewing their contact on their 2.8 Inch screen. The handset supports an extendable memory card slot which can hold up to sixteen gigabytes of expandable memory & the KT770 comes with one hundred & twenty megabytes of built in memory. This handset is a 3G Smartphone which allows the user to use their new Smartphone over a GSM network or 3G network & the phone covers four GSM network bands as well as its 3G coverage. The overall network coverage may vary from handset to handset as the overall network coverage is dependent on the user's network provider.

An integrated five megapixel camera allows the user to capture exciting moments in their day as either a still picture or as a video recording as this camera feature supports video capturing capabilities. A well positioned camera capture key allows the user to enjoy taking pictures quickly & easily on their KT770. This five megapixel camera comes with many useful camera features which include a geo tagging feature thanks to the built in GPS system & the user can enjoy the benefits of the face & smile detection feature which will automatically capture the picture as the users subject smiles. A built in flash allows the user to capture pictures in darker or duller environments as the flash will brighten up the surroundings. The camera comes with an auto focus feature which will automatically focus the lens at the user chosen subject or surrounding for a clear shot. The user can store their pictures in their photo album & share pictures with others using the MMS service. The LG KT770 supports video playback which allows the user to playback video in popular video formats including MPEG4 & the user can enjoy a mobile music experience as the KT770 supports music playback using the built in music player which supports popular music formats.
