I loved the look of this phone. As I got to use it I noticed it crashes very easily, also the bottoms crack after a few months. This phone can be easy to use but it turns its self off & unreliable. I spoke to other people & they had the same problems as I was receiving. I was also disappointed that the touch screen also crashes & that you can write a text on there but cannot send it & cannot save it, so in my opinion it's a pointless feature. You can dial numbers from the touch screen & then phone them. One feature I did like from this phone is that if you type in. The last few numbers from a number on the touch screen & click the middle bottom it will search all trough your contacts, & show you the numbers that have the numbers you typed, this can be a handy feature. I was also disappointed at the quality of the camera.

Overall I was disappointed, & would not advise anyone to buy this phone

I am sorely disappointed with this phone, it keeps switching on & off when either receiving a call, making a call or even texting. To think I bought it for $150.

I was really impressed with this phone when I first got it, good camera, great for playing music & awesome at texting but then it got to about a year old & it started getting troubles. Firstly, it stated just switching itself off randomly, normally during a text & as really annoying, (its better now I have stuck cellotape over the battery but that is not exactly ideal :P) secondly, (this is just minor but VERY annoying) when I try text it randomly saves messages to drafts all the time & it gets rather annoying! & most recently (again when I try text) the screen goes completely blank so I can't see what I am typing, I can still text but have to guess what I am writing & it's so annoying :/ I am thinking of having to get a new phone because it's so bad :/.

Worst phone I've ever had for reliability, been away 3 times for repair in 1st 10 months, now broke again & out of warranty, so I won't be paying for the repair.

Good features but really let down by the reliability & LG won't offer any repair seeing it the same fault as previous.

Have now thrown it away.

This phone is excruciatingly irritating. It takes three or four times longer to do anything than any other mobile telephone I have ever had. It cannot simultaneously allow you to text & to receive a message, & whenever this happens to me, this phone turns itself on & off again. There is also a major lag on flicking out the keyboard, if that happens when you are receiving a text, your phone will not work for a couple of minutes. Also, dialling numbers is a pain, as sometimes this phone will make dial tones, & sometimes it won't, leaving a very awkward few minutes where you're trying to work out if the other person has picked up. Also, it is very easy to accidentally call people, as the lag on scrolling through numbers is horrendous. Also, sometimes it does not recognise that it is being contacted, & will not pick up the call. Another irritating thing is that the time to receive the call is very short, maybe ten or fifteen seconds, resulting in a huge number of missed calls. Trying to delete messages is also ridiculous, & this happens frequently as the memory is awful. This is honestly the worst mobile phone I have ever used, & I wish I hadn't bought it.

I read many reviews & sometimes feel that people enjoy complaining, however on this occasion I can fully sympathise with those people who are disappointed with this phone.

This phone was brought as a Christmas present for myself & worked okay for around three weeks. It then began to frequently switch itself off, during the middle of typing of text messages, during phone calls & at random times. Furthermore although sound was clear & fine when accepted incoming calls, when making outward calls there was a very long delay (in which the person on the other side of the phone would have hung up). This was especially frustrating with being away at uni & wanting to keep in contact with my family. I then sent off my phone for repair after explaining all the phones problems, the phone was sent back to me & seemed to be working fine. However within 2 weeks the same problems occurred. Having looked up other reviews, there is clearly a manufacturing, technical fault with this phone & I am surprised & appalled that it is still being sold.

For the few positive reviews I have read I can only suggest that many have not had their phones long enough for the problems to occur. I recently discovered that a friend of a friend had sent this phone off for repair FIVE times. I would not recommend buying this phone.

I have had this phone since February 2009 & I am glad to get rid of it.

Let me tell you a few things which I find disappointing. The phone turns its self off frequently, due to sliding the keyboard too fast or dropping it on the floor. The battery life is appalling, only lasting about 1 to 2 days. Internet is rubbish, as it does not load most websites. Speakers are also rubbish & poor quality, because if you turn it up to full volume, you cannot hear a word of the song or person. The camera & pictures are also poor quality & you can only zoom in on the Video Camera feature. Plus, you can only use the touch screen on dialling a number which I found disappointing. I am a younger user & I DO NOT recommend this phone to anyone!

The bad parts. It sometimes turns off when dropped, & slides shut. That is it.

The good parts. I have dropped it from some amazing heights quite a few times & it still works, there is only some paint scratched. The radio signal is amazing & the speaker is not bad either.

Overall, I believe this is a good phone. If I were you I would buy it!

I got told not to buy it but did I listen NO.

Looks beautiful but stops work & turns its self off constantly, the tiniest bump is enough to make it shut down. Sliding the phone TURNS IT OFF. Trying to message turns off.

I bought it in the UK & moved back to Australia, so now I can't even get it replaced.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! My granddaughter, had the unfortunate pleasure of buying this phone after saving up her paper round money.

We have had nothing but problems with this phone, we have had 3 replacement phones at time of speaking all with problems.

Not only does this phone constantly crash but also turns it's self off when trying to text & make calls. The Bluetooth has not worked on any of the three phones. I can't load music on to the phone not even with windows media player.

The last replacement has stopped working after a week now we have no network signal but my phone which is seven years old still gets a signal on the same network!

At the time of writing we are waiting for number 4 LG KS360.

Should we now rename LG as Lousy Goods?

I think this is the worst phone in the world! I have had mine since July & well the LCD screen has broken without the actually screen braking! Also the camera is terrible & usually has a black screen as the light intake is awful. The microphone speakers are dreadful too they sound awful, you can't even make out what songs you're playing & recorded. Then there's the qwerty, o, k, l & m double as up left right & down keys, & I uses these double keys when I type & they messes up my texts, which is annoying! I would advise to stay clear from this rubbish.

I've had this phone roughly 6 months & I despise it. I loved it at first but then had many problems. I dropped it & the screen cracked & I had to get it replaced (OK that was my fault! ) but about 4 times I have woken up to it crackling & having to take out battery. Battery life is useless, lasts me about a day & a bit WITH power save. MP3 is kind of bad, I have decided to only use the phone for calling & texting & refer to my iPod touch for music & pics. Internet is appalling, slow & doesn't load some sites. ALWAYS turning off on me, goes very slow when I have too many texts. Hate the thing, bad camera to. Alarm doesn't work, so ANNOYING. 0verall bad phone, don't get it.

OK so my partner has had this phone for 3 months & it has great features. She has had no problems with the screen, texting, camera, doesn't turn itself off etc. It still works perfectly well. I have 1 gripe with it only, & that is you cannot receive a Bluetooth item & save it directly to your memory card. The phone memory is so small that it refuses most items sent via Bluetooth which pretty much makes Bluetooth void. If this is a function you use a lot then do not even consider buying it. The memory card is easily used via USB connection with PC, but this is no use when your mate wants to send you a tune from their phone when you're down the pub! LOL.

Good little phone at face value!

The KS360 is a great sliding mobile phone which has a dialler touch screen pad the main menu is fantastic but I think it would have been better with a touch screen menu. The phone has an okay 2.4 megapixel camera the qwerty keyboard is fantastic, but the only thing what's bad about it is that if you have big fingers there will be problems as buttons are too small for your fingers. I have had the phone for about 1 week & 3 days, that's about 10 day. It is not very hard how to work the mobile phone & I had to rate this mobile phone 64 out of 100, because a touch screen dialler pad only for calling friends & family & the sliding keyboard it great, I can type easily & fast, it feels just like I am on the computer. I feel that it is slow when it comes to the browser. With my LG in my pocket, it can get a scratched without a cover on it, but it is a very good mobile phone for adults & teenager & young kids & it is affordable for those who do not have enough money.

Well, where do I start?

I have had this phone for three days now, & I have already sold it on to someone else. It is by far the worse phone I have ever ever had. Looks lovely, has quality features but that is where the good things stop. Phone takes ages to start up, you are constantly having to put the code in to unlock it when you want to use it. The keyboard is absolutely atrocious & unless you have tiny tiny fingers, this phone is not for you. The keys are tiny & it takes me about 10 minutes to type out a one line text message, as you're constantly having to erase what you've written as your fingers are all over the place & having to go in & out the symbols page to put in full stops & commas. Complete nightmare! Also the phone switches itself off all the time, I have one of my MP3 songs set to be my message tone but it only plays 10 seconds of the song, & even when I go into read the message if I pick it up right away, it's still playing the song when I am reading the text. If you're in the middle of texting someone & you receive a text, it automatically gets saved in your drafts then kicks you back out to the main page.

I hate this phone with a passion, do not buy it!

I found this very good when I first got it, I was disappointed when there was no memory card as there is a memory card with Sony Ericsson's & that's all I've been getting the past couple of years. I love the camera for 2MP & I wish it had more options for themes, I love the touch screen, the volume is perfect for me. It has good games for entertainment, I love the QWERTY keyboard, there's only one problem, I bought a memory card yesterday, I put it in the phone & nothing came up, I tried sending stuff. No success & I got my sister's boyfriend to do it he's a whizz at phones, he couldn't do it. I asked my friend to do it, & she has the same as me (apart from hers is pink) & it won't let me send myself anything.

Completely agree with the other reviews that are honest about this phone. It randomly turns off, takes ages to load up again & then will turn itself off again, this usually happens whilst writing a text message & so you lose the whole message as well as it turning off. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

I adore my KS360, I recently dropped it in my coffee (OK stop laughing even the woman at Orange laughed when I told her) Oh speaking of Orange, excellent service, got my replacement phone in less than 24 hours!

So, I just had to defend my little phone as I am not sure why so many are bashing it!

Though a couple of thing bug me about it. Firstly, I don't use my phone for Internet but cannot work out how to remove the GO To on the home screen. Next, I cannot use personal tones for messages, but I can for ring tones. One last thing, I know the number pad is touch screen, just kind of wish the home screen was, so that I could go straight to a contacts message.

Anyway, it's an excellent phone overall.

I have a question actually. I am starting to hate this phone now because when I set one of my MP3 songs as my message ringtone, it only allows the song to play for like ten seconds, & where I have my phone on me all the time it only takes me like 2 seconds to answer. When I accept the message. The song keeps on playing until the 10 seconds it allows for it to play. So basically I'll be texting while the LOUD music is playing. HELP Please.

Freezes up all the time, no memory & something I have seen on here quite a bit & I can completely agree with, there's about a 10 to 30 second delay on my end when calling someone, so they can hear me but I cannot hear ANYTHING. I thought it was just my phone but now can see it is just this phone in general. So annoying where phoning for a taxi because they just hang up on me because I can't hear them!

This phone is amazing. I didn't even realise it had touch screen aswell, I know it can only be used to type in numbers & search contacts, but its still cool.

I LOVE the QWERTY keyboard, its so easy to use.

My sound is great, I don't know what everyone is on about.

For music. Set the equaliser to BASS the sound is great. Even at full volume, & it is very loud. It makes my whole phone shake.

Mine is only a day old. Maybe they have tweeked the newer ones?

Mine also doesn't lag when looking through photo's & music etc.

Even on an 8GB memory card its fine. It scrolls through my 550 pictures & 200 songs perfectly!

I recommend this phone to EVERYONE.

Just get it in black. As blue & pink look cheap & plastic I think. Whereas the black one doesn't =].

I purchased this phone nearly 2 weeks ago.

I would like to point out the good things first.

- Lovely looking & good style, great to use the qwerty keyboard also with the option to use the touch screen for dialling out calls.
- Camera takes good photos & saving a photo as a screen saver is very clear as the screen savers that come with the phone are limited.

Bad things.

- No picture icons when you want to add to a text, for example my old phone had little pictures such as birthday cake, flowers, love hearts, etc (think you get where I'm coming from).

- The sound quality is VERY POOR, with only having the one speaker the volume is low & when you download you have to have the volume set at full & then the sound quality is distorted this is exceptionally noticeable with Ring Tones.

I'm already looking for another phone which has a better sound quality. This phone has a very small memory so I had to buy a memory card which does help.

This phone is great. The design is eye catching & the touch screen dialling is great because it saves opening the qwerty pad to type a number. I personally think the qwerty keypad is great for me as I am a computer person & I am so much quicker typing on that than I am on the number pad.

The only bad thing I have about this phone is that when someone sends you a few songs through Bluetooth you have to manually transfer the file from the phone onto the memory card before someone can send you another one. I wish there was a way you could change the settings for everything to automatically save to the memory card.

Had the phone over a week now constantly going through it. I have a Sony Ericsson W800 which new cost me £29.99 good job I kept it because I am getting it out the box again. I think that LG have wasted there time with this one. The instructions didn't even explain how long to charge the damn thing from new. I received a text from the missus after reading it I returned to the home page to find my screen was covered with contact numbers not what I expected. The QWERTY pad has poor buttons are to small well they are if your glove size is bigger than small. If you're going to spend your hard earned cash on a new phone please think Sony Ericsson as your first choice even the cheapest Sony phone exceeds the LG range. Bit harsh I know but it's the truth.

I have had it for nearly a month on Orange & have had no end of problems. The whole QWERTY keyboard thing pulls you in with the touch screen but that can only be used for dialling which is still not good because you cannot choose the sensitivity of it. Phone is slow laggy & when using more than a 1GB memory card I find that it crashes the phone when trying to look through photos or listen to music. The menu constantly locks up & freezes sometimes have to take the battery out. The other night it wouldn't charge at all.

First Thing, Users of this site, STOP WRITING REVIEWS WHEN YOU HAVE NOT BOUGHT the PHONE YET. YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF REVIEWING the PHONE IF you HAVE NOT FREQUENTLY USED IT FOR A DECENT PERIOD OF TIME!

Second Thing, For the people who have JUST bought the phone the day before they posted a comment, please stop. YOU ALSO CANNOT MAKE A VALUABLE COMMENT ON THIS PHONE WHEN you HAVE USED IT FOR ONE DAY! Stop giving it 100% for everything when you don't even know if it is good or not.

OK This is my opinion. I bought this phone about a week & a half ago. 1 for me & 1 for my girlfriend. I thought that the phone looked awesome. Until.

This is the list of bad things.

- Sometimes the menu can take about 5 seconds to load.
- When you get an alert that a new text message pops up, if you read that message, & then exit it you will be taken back to the home screen, so if you were half way through writing a message & you received 1, then it would be saved to drafts & you would have to go back into it.
- Sometimes (most of the time) when your inbox is relatively full (150 plus messages) it can take 5 plus seconds to move through each item on the list.
-. The screen scratches very easy so does the little reflective thing on the back.
- READ THIS ONE! When you call someone, 80% of the time it will not ring & then all of a sudden you will hear the person saying HELLO? This is because the phone doesn't play the dial tone when you are ringing someone & you can hear them saying hello, about 5 seconds after they have answered.
- The buttons are squished & small so someone with medium sized hands will find themselves CONSTANTLY fixing spelling errors. EVERY TIME!
- When you are playing music you have to quit song before you can go through the list to play another song, unlike an iPod where you can keep listening to now playing song while you find another song to play. Also when you are listening to music & someone is texting you, you have to get out of the song & read the text message & then start the song again, not read & operate the phone while the music is still playing. This will take at least 30 seconds. So you will constantly find your music listening being interrupted by annoying text messages.

As you can say this phone is FULLL of problems. Everyone goes for this phone because of the design. Don't! It is a waste. Invest in something better. This phone will start playing up as soon as you get it. DO NOT BUY IT!

I saw this phone in a magazine advert & thought I have to have that! So was amazed when I saw the price, as Orange were doing them for £78 approx. When I got it I was really pleased as it was great value for money & whenever I got it out in public people would look at it because its eye catching & fashionable.

I do get bored of phones easily especially if they aren't that great to start with as this one looked great but the features weren't as interesting as other phones. I like to personalise my phones with themes & wallpapers but couldn't find any themes anywhere so was stuck with the 2 standard themes the phone has which is Orange & white or black & red.

Also the camera didn't have zoom but the quality was very good considering its on 2 megapixel. I like to put a security code on my phone & the option of this is available but there is no automatic security guard, like there is on Nokia so once you unlock it you have to go through settings each time to lock it again.

I found the QWERTY keypad was quite useful but no quicker than a normal phone especially if you want to send a quick text as you have to have both hands-free. The memory isn't great so I would recommend getting a memory card, I just used my one from my old Nokia.

Overall it's an okay phone, probably worth it if you want to use MSN or FaceBook but if your just looking for a phone & don't care if it has a qwerty key pad then it's much easier to get a normal phone.

I have just bought this phone after reading lots of reviews about it. It's a lovely phone, & I am so made up with it! I've left the plastic on the screen to protect it for longer. The good points far outweigh the bad & I would definitely recommend it. However, the thing I am struggling with most is when you use the phone with the keypad closed, if you need to open it to use the keypad, the screen automatically turns to landscape but then I am not sure what buttons I am supposed to be pressing! I think with time, I'll get the hang of it. Also like other reviewers have mentioned it would be better if the touchpad screen worked for everything, but maybe my next phone will be a touchpad one! Most of the functions on the phone are straightforward & easy to understand, without reading instructions. I would recommend getting a memory card. Also the alarm doesn't seem very loud, so if you rely on your phone's alarm to wake you, maybe set another one, or maybe I am just a heavy sleeper LOL!

A very good phone, it's been completely reliable for me since I bought it about 2 months ago. I agree with other people that the phone is slow. It can take ages just to load the menu screen, or the contacts list & does become a bit frustrating.

One particular problem that is regularly happening is that when I start to text, the faster you go, the more the phone will make a mistake (by the way I checked it wasn't me making the mistakes, there was literally no chance I could have made the errors that came up) I believe the phone can't keep up with the speed of pressing the buttons. It starts doing this problem about 2 pages into a text. It is the most irritating thing that has happened to me on a phone LOL, because if you are typing away without looking at the screen, & then you look up to see what you have written, it's just crushes your poor little heart when the message looks like your a child button bashing & hoping some words will come out, very very annoying.

I don't know if other people have had this problem, maybe I had a dodgy one? There are many other positives to mention, but I listed the 2 main negatives as they are probably more helpful to know before you buy. I definitely recommend the phone though :).

I have this phone on the 02 network & a feel that it is very slow, so a took it back in between Xmas & New Year & swapped it for a new one & that one seems to be fine, so am happy now with it, so maybe my first one was just a faulty one.

Hi all!

My girlfriend just bought this phone for me & herself & I must say the phone is awesome! But one thing I am not sure is that there is a picture of the phone on the web & saying that you can SMS just like the iPhone or instant messenger. I can't FIND the FUNCTION. Is it even true? Can someone help?

Thanks & merry Xmas & happy new year everyone!

I am getting this phone for Christmas & I cannot wait!

For the design I gave it 100% as it is very stylish & quite thin. The QWERTY keyboard looks amazing.

As for the features I gave it 90% as the camera doesn't have flash & there are not many free themes that you can download. But the touch screen dialling looks good as I don't want a phone that is full touch screen as it is too fiddly.

Finally I gave the usability 95% because some of the buttons look quite hard to press.

SO GET THIS PHONE!

Had quite a few problems! Need help!

Fell in love with this phone & after 11 days of having it, the dialling tone when ringing people stopped working, also when a call connected (without me knowing due to no noise) you can't hear the person & they can't here you for about 6 seconds. It also skipped from one second to 6.

Took it back as it seemed faulty, got a new one. Exactly the same thing has happened again! However, this time it sometimes makes a noise when calling & sometimes doesn't. I am not sure what to do with it, I have been told by someone else there Orange one is fine, mines on O2 so I don't know what the problem is, thinking the memory card could be upsetting it maybe.

Any ideas anyone? Or have I just picked up two faulty phones?

Apart from that, I love it to pieces, its lovely to text & the slide is great, sometimes the screen freezes though :(.

The LG KS360, is well worth the money coming in at just under 100 quid. The camera's not amazing as there is no flash but it does include a touch screen dialling pad & the ever famous QWERTY keypad. It comes in a variety of different colours including pink & blue.

I am buying this phone after Christmas in the blue colour & every review done on this phone is great.

Woo I can't wait till I have saved up enough money to buy this.

It is a very good phone but I don't see why it cannot be touch screen. I think the keyboard is cool & very easy to use & you can get MSN on your phone.

My friend had this phone & as soon as I saw it I had to have it. She let me have a play & I was sold. It is so cute. I've always wanted a QWERTY keyboard but was waiting for the right phone to come along. It also has touch screen to dial numbers or search your contacts while the phone is closed. You can't fault this phone for the price you pay on Pay As You Go. This is up there with the £300 phones. The only thing that lets it down is its camera but that's why we have digital cameras. It's so easy to use & ideal for teenagers as they love to text (blue for boys & pink for girls). I love my gadgets & have had many mobile phones of all price ranges but this is the best I've owned. Don't hesitate to purchase one. Excellent value for money.

I got this phone & it is gorgeous & something a bit different. But I have swapped it for something different. The memory is absolutely rubbish & I don't know about other people but I found the phone to be very slow once you had over 100 messages & it was also slow. This might be because I have 200 plus contacts but the phone can hold them so I don't think there should be a problem. Otherwise it's a really cool phone & using the qwerty keyboard is really fun. It just sadly wasn't the phone for me. But also for £88 from Orange. You can't go wrong LOL.

You've got to admit that this phone is sleek & nice looking with good applications etc on it. However, the problem for me is that it's an LG I have had an LG in the past & it has failed epically, falling short on battery life, virtually no memory space & bad speakers. My friends got this phone on the 31st of November & already she has lost the battery, the back to the phone does not stay fixed on with an unreliable catch to keep it on & so unfortunately card in order to have more than 2 songs on your phone.

However, on the whole a very nice phone at an affordable price & so anybody who is thinking about buying this phone should definitely take the plunge. It's great!

I've had my phone a few weeks & it's fantastic I must say. The phone comes with game demos & plenty of wallpapers. Messenger is so quick & easy to use. I have downloaded loads of wallpapers & games from the LG website, you need to register before you can download stuff.

This mobile is naff. Had it a week & it, stopped working with my Bluetooth. The thing is plastic & marks easy. Went back to the O2 shop, sorry we do not have a replacement phone in. This went on for 2 weeks. Swapped it for a LG KF700.

There are very few games for this mobile. It would not download updates from my PC.
& I would never buy from a O2 shop the customer service is rubbish, they kept me waiting too weeks so I could not get a refund. Left my phone number four times with them & they never rang me once, in my opinion they are just after your money!

I have got this phone today & must say I am so glad I brought it. It is really easy to use, it has a pretty good quality camera, MP3, video & there are some awesome demo games that come with the phone. I have it in red & it fits nicely in my pocket & I haven't been able to put it down. SMS & MMS are so much easier & fun.

If you are thinking about getting it I recommend you do! You won't be disappointed!

Hi. I am looking at buying this phone but I have a few questions to anyone who has purchased it.

Is it thick? I want a slim phone & looking at photos & things makes with phone look very heavy.

Is it fast or slow? Thank you.

Had it for a week. Sweet little phone. Immediate response to any command. I keep finding new features, like that entering the anniversary to a contact, actually creates a calendar entry with an alarm, so that you don't forget it. Even some of the expensive phones don't have that. High features rating because I don't use Internet & I am, which I hear are slow on this phone. The Orange's three Live Square wallpapers are great! One big drawback is that the keys are hard to press, I feel CTS knocking at the door. Hence the low usability rating. The alarm clock will not repeat if you don't snooze it, & there are no free themes on the web to be found.

The phone its self is nice & easy to use. Build is good for the texter. Easy to dial numbers on the screen, I HAVE the PHONE ON the Orange NETWORK & IF YOU WANT the PHONE TO USE Orange LIVE MESSENGER THEN LOOK ELSEWERE DUE TO the PHONE WILL NOT WORK WITH the SERVICE. (WINDOWS LIVE OR Orange) ALTHOUGH IT HAS IT BUILT IN TO the PHONE.

Other than that it's cheap. Hope this helps.

I brought this phone yesterday, & it is great! I didn't think I would like it. But once I got the hand of using it. The Screen is massive which is brilliant, & the touch screen for dialling is ace. The Sound quality is really good & the volume is loud. Much better text message tones which are louder unlike LG Chocolate & you can also have MP3 as the message tone. Battery life is pretty good so far, I would recommend this phone to a anyone, who would like a good texting phone.
