This mobile is the BEST EXAMPLE OF A WORST MOBILE. The picture quality is really very bad than what I expected. It is very hard for someone to take a photo for the first time. It is always shaking. Too heavy & too many buttons. Battery standby time is very low than any other mobile.

A REPLY to YVONNE GREENWIL from US. BY USING the DATA CABLE OR the MEMORY CARD & CONNECTING IT TO the COMPUTER, ONE you CAN PUT the SONGS IN the MUSIC FILE & the PICTURES IN the PHOTOS FOLDER PROVIDED IN the EXTERNAL MEMORY CARD. ONE CANNOT MAKE THEIR OWN FOLDERS IN THIS MEMORY CARD AS IT WILL NOT BE VISIBLE.

I FEEL the CAMERA OF this PHONE IS GOOD, BUT the MUSIC QUALITY IS NOT SATISFACTARY, IT'S ONLY LOUD.

ANYWAY, A GOOD PHONE ACCORDING 2 the BUDGET.

Don't BUY THIS PATHETIC PHONE.

- It does not work in Windows vista & there are no drivers or firmware updates for it.
- Support persons are completely useless. They are just clue less about it. Idiots!
- Phone won't let you use its internal memory. Only the external memory. Which is VERY slow.
- This phone has more or HAVE NOTS rather than HAVES.
- Still a long way to go for LG to make a really usable & user friendly phone.

The good:
5 mp camera?

The bad:
5 mp camera doesn't mean it has a good pic. Because it isn't!
The phone is big & expensive, hard to use & some wise with lack of some useful features like a good MP3 player! Or wi fi or even HSCSD! The design is awful! The battery life is amazingly bad & a so expensive phone why it only have 256 mb memory card?

Conclusion:
Even if have money there is better options in the market like n95, or even the k850!

Total Winner. 5MP camera is outstanding & memory cards give me stacks of storage. Quite heavy compared to my last phone but this is a great improvement as my previous phone had a plastic cheap feel to it & that is why I got the KG920 in the first place. This is a phone that you won't want to put down so get it.

I wonder why everybody keeps writing good reviews about this mobile. the camera is 5 MB but it's the worst one been using so far, try capturing any moving object & see the result for yourself, if you're perceptive enough you could see the 1 sec lag in time when capturing any photo. The blue tooth is very slow when receiving files from other wireless devices, I tried to download a 2MB image onto my phone & it took about 7 minutes to download!

Try playing a video clip than play it a gain on an Nseries Nokia, the results speak for themselves. I purchase the phone at about $420 & sold it for $300 it was so poor that I didn't even bother how much I would lose.

On the other hand the design is spectacular.

I got the mobile a few months back & have started using various functions. The camera is second to none so no complaints there. However, I cannot seem to connect a Bluetooth head set! Don't think I am doing anything wrong but I just don't thinks it's compatible. Also text messaging is slow & the buttons are too small.

LG am telling you, you have made a phone unbelievable (5MP that's just too much, but good one). But to make the ultimate phone you need to put everything together like music, good design, loads of Features, gigabytes of memory, can hold loads of MP3 music, good stand by & talk time, Unbeatable Customization. Just put everything together to make the best, think about I want ya'll to do that & see how much ratings ya'll get. EXPERT OUT.

Reviewer: Paul Brindley - Newcastle-under-Lyme, UK

Had this phone for a month now, on the whole I'm very pleased. It has a great camera which with a little help from Photoshop produces very good results. The video camera is also very good but suffers from very low frame rates if used indoors. The phone has very good reception, certainly equal or better than any other phone I have previously owned. The MP3 player is very good although I cannot see how to setup different play lists. Another slight annoyance is while the phone does play mp3's as ringtones, it can only play them from the memory card which has a 5 second delay, which means that it does not start ringing straight away, so I tend to stick to the standard ringtones stored in the memory.

BUT!!! - I have found one massive problem with the phone which no other review seems to mention. THE BATTERY, the KG920 comes with 2 batteries, so unless I have 2 duff ones I only seem to get 36 hours standby time at most & that's if I take no photo's do not use the mp3 player & perhaps make one 5 minute call. On average if used normally I get less than 24 hours. This is not a huge problem as the phone does come with 2 batteries & a separate charger, what is annoying is waking up the next morning to find my phone has switched off in the night & I have missed an important call.

Both batteries have been fully charged for 18 hours before first used & the backlight on the phone is set to 5 seconds duration at medium brightness & I rarely use the mp3 player & maybe take one photo without flash a day. The specifications on all the websites say 180 hours standby time. I would be interested in hearing if anyone else has the same problem.

On the whole for me having a quality camera built into my phone out ways the battery problem.

I ain' t got it but do want to add my pennies worth to the comments. LG KG920 is ahead of the game with its camera technology & video facilities but it is not ahead with music, needs better sound & a radio on this model. Design is well clumsy looking & the keypad is too small to use for long texting. Overall views: Outstanding camera but needs more useable keypad.
