I've been tied into a contract with T mobile & this phone for the last 18 months. It's been a very unpleasant, frustrating experience.
This is a truly dreadful phone, easily the worst I've ever had. At the lower end of the irritation scale are the design features, some of which (soft keys on the side of the phone which are impossible to avoid pressing when using the keypad but which also prevent the use of the keypad) are inexplicable.
The phone randomly turns itself off, on one of these occasions it refused to work for 3 weeks, no identifiable reason for this. Sometimes it refuses to charge (which is a separate issue to the above), sometimes it pretends to have charged then dies on you.
The phonebook from time to time will reorder itself. This is SO irritating as you can't find any of your contacts. Text messages arrive truncated & anywhere between one minute & one week after they were originally sent. The camera is dire & the images are invariably compressed making it virtually impossible to view them on a PC once uploaded.
By far the most irritating foible this phone has relates to its (well, you would have thought so) primary function, phoning people. Making a call has become traumatic, embarrassing & is very often unsuccessful. Once you press the call button the onscreen icon indicates that the phone appears to be trying to connect you to the number. It doesn't ring & for a long time you can hear nothing at all. When you finally do get through, it's either to a very irritated person who, after saying countless hellos, has been waiting for you to say something, or to a dead tone because they've given up & hung up on you. What I didn't realise for many months is that it had been ringing, it had connected but it took at least a minute before I could hear anything at my end. The poor people I was calling could hear nothing at all & generally assumed they were getting malicious silent phone calls.
Apparently all these issues relate to the handset itself rather than the service provider. I wouldn't have this phone again if I was paid to do so!

The phone is reasonable as phones but I wouldn't recommend it as it is only ascetically pleasing for a short period of time. After a while you soon get board of the touch pad & regret buying it.
I believe that some people enjoy it but the camera is pretty good & music plays well, I have had this phone for some time now & am upgrading or buying a new one, the LG GW520 which I strongly believe is much better & well worth the price.

I like this phone. I've had it for about a year now & it's pretty great. I haven't had any troubles with it braking & I've dropped it heaps, hasn't even scratched much. Plus I find the touch screen quite cool. It doesn't do things I don't want it to often & all you have to do is sit down for 5 minutes to find out how it works. Everyone always thinks that just because it's a touch screen phone that it's just going to brake but honestly it doesn't. The only annoying thing though is that it makes noise when you open it if it's on loud & when you touch the screen. I also can't figure out how to change the message tone. But I am sure those things can be changed. So apart from that I reckon it's a good phone.

Well both myself & my mother have had our KF600's for around 6 months now. I take extremely good care of my phone so as to protect it from everything & encouraged my mother to do the same. It's simple enough for her to understand & still update enough for me to use it.
We've never had an issue with it freezing or crashes, & yet within the week, both of our lower displays have received massive cracks, rendering the lower screens impossible to see.
There are no markings on the outer casing or damage to the upper screen. It just looks as if they have exploded, for lack of another word & yet the actually touch screen functions continue to work.
Just trying to find out if this is in fact a common problem, as there is no reason our phones should have become damaged in such a way, that only the interior has broken.
& the only problem besides this, is the reflective screen, it makes it impossible to use the phone when in the sun.

I've had this phone for 13 months & I cannot wait to get rid of it I've had trouble with the touch screen e.g. Not responding or needing to be recalibrated often! Turning itself off 6 or 7 daily, it turns off two or 3 times a day & freezes all of the time. I really wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone! I've had 8 replacements of this phone. I've finally had enough & having a new phone off Orange tomorrow & cannot wait to get rid of the phone!

The only thing I like about this phone is its double screen wallpaper, & cute little cat game.
Apart from that, it freezes, its slow, it vibrates randomly, the battery life is poor. Now I have not roughly handled this phone but the paint has peeled off the speaker areas & it looks shoddy!
Its difficult to text as when holding the phone a button on the side when pressed stops letters being typed, which is annoying because I don't realise its there.
The camera is awful.
There is no point buying this if you want to store anything on it. Or have a flashy phone.
This is a slow slow sloooow phone.

I have had this phone for about 10 to 11 months now & am now getting nothing but trouble with the touch screen e.g. not responding or needing to be recalibrated about 6 to 7 times a week, turning itself off about 3 to 4 times daily, not recognising the memory card about half way through a song which was registering to be able to play in the first place, the top corner of the screen has peeled off, the buttons respond too slow plus to top it all off the keypad is too smooth so if you are texting someone quickly you can insult someone rather than inviting them out for a drink etc. Do not be fooled by the looks of phones. My advice would be to research the known faults with a phone before purchasing & to research other phones with the same capabilities. I will be glad when I finally upgrade to a more intuitive touch screen & qwerty keyboard in about 7 to 8 months. There are some upsides to this phone 'when it is working' like the MP3 player produces great sounds, the camera when I first used it in motion in a lorry over a bridge took a beautiful picture of a welsh landscape, the call hold function comes in handy in long conversations, but the only other downside I can think of is the position of the memory card behind the battery is a large inconvenience due to having to turn the phone off in order to access the slot thank you for allowing me the opportunity to express my opinion on this phone. Expect to hear from me about other phones as & when I get them. Hope this review has served you well.

OK I have had the phone for about7 months. But this is the 4th phone I have had replaced because the others kept freezing. & it's freezing again so I will get a 5th phone.
& I have had it replaced 4 times! All because the phone freezes. Vibrates when it wants too, turns of when it wants to. All the worse things you could imagine.
I have to put up with this phone till December. Honestly the worst decision I have made.
you see at the moment its keeps freezing. It won't stop it will not respond to touch screen at all. & MP3 wise it's not great its average to make a play list you have to cycle through all your songs, you cannot open a folder you have to cycle thru them all which takes ages. I need to phone Orange again to get it replaced which will be.
DO NOT GET THIS PHONE! THIS PHONES AVERAGE LIFE SPAN IS 2.5 MONTHS THEN IT WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. LG SHOULD STICK TO FRIDGES & TVS!

I bought this phone just over a year ago & from day one there has been nothing but trouble with it the first day I had it, it turned itself off & refused to turn back on so I took it back to the shop & got it replaced but unfortunately give me the same phone back. A couple of days later it happened again so I had it replaced again.
now a year on & my phone is still giving me nothing but hassle it is permanently slow & delayed rarely lets me receive calls, keeps vibrating for long periods of time, at least twice a day it rejects my SIM card, my camera is broken & all the black paint is chipping off.
Within the last year I have had it replaced about 4 times & had it repaired 3 times. This phone is not worth it & I don't recommend anyone buying it.

This phone looks nice in the shop & in pictures however once I had brought it I had many problems with it after about 4 months.
The slide on the phone stopped working. The touch screen would stop working from time to time & it was very delayed.
However some of my friends have this phone & say it's great. I can agree that it's easy to use for texting & the camera is good, but also that kept stopping & starting to work.

I have had this phone for about a year now & I have to say, it looks a lot better than it actually is. So far I have had it repaired twice & replaced once, the screen kept freezing & it turned itself off a lot.
I would recommend this phone to someone who wants a phone to look good when they get called, but it isn't really that practical.

I've had lots of different makes of phone, so I don't suffer from over familiarity of one system. This is a neat little phone, it's perfectly straight forward & easy to use, it's actually relatively quick compared to the cumbersome Samsung software - I would say it's on a par to the Sony's & the Nokia's having had both. & it's fantastic if like me your fondness for long nails mean that sometimes the touch screen is not practical, as most things can be done on keyboard as well.
Battery life on standby is one & a half to two times that of my work phone (a Nokia).
The downside, well I've had it 7 months. 3 Months in it started going back to the PIN Screen all the time, meaning that I can't receive calls. Not very mobile! But this may well be a SIM or battery issue. I am just too lazy to work it out.
This week it's started having vibration fits before crashing. Don't let this put you off too much. Every other phone I've had in the last 4 years has done this from time to time. It's the pay off for the advanced software phones now have I guess. However, the real issue is where the Nokia, Sony & Samsung all shut themselves down after a certain period of vibration spasm the LG does not. The only solution? Yank the battery out. Not very practical on a crowded tube.

I've had my LG Venus for about 2 months.
You must know that I am a big fan of clamshell phone. I HATE candy bars & slides! I think they're just to average. I like something unique & eye catching. But I haven't found the right one in the market.
Unexpectedly, when I saw this phone, I was tempted by the unique Interact-Pad & cheap price!
So I bought it! I was like WOW! This is hardcore! & I was so surprised that the external memory could be expanded up to 4 GB! Right now, I've used 94% of the external memory, that's about 800 MP3 & 200 pictures. & it doesn't make the phone go slow or freeze!
I keep finding cool new features on this phone that I didn't find on Nokia or Sony Ericsson phones, unfortunately for organizing things.
Oh & about the battery life, it's pretty weird. If you use it to play music, it'll last quite long but if you use it to take a picture. About 10-20 shots could make the battery bar from 3 to 2. But when you turn it off, it'll be back to 3 bars again! Odd.
The screen could easily get dirty, you must clean it once in a while or it'll make the phone looked rubbish. & it's so sensitive to scratches.
To end this review, I just want to say this is totally NOT a rubbish phone! But it's not a must have gadget either. But with a price like this, this phone was worth every penny.

I have only had this phone about 7 months & within that time the paint on the side continuously chips off. The touch screen no longer works & some actions within the phone are very delayed. The charger hardly works. (I have to wrap my cord around it to charge). It confuses my contacts. I have actually received messages & it will bring up the wrong name. It's already hanging by a thread. I advise you not to buy it.

I was a bit worried as had already ordered the phone before reading these reviews but so far not too bad. Bit annoyed that the only text tones are the ones that they give you & the battery life is pretty bad in my opinion, my old Sony Ericsson lasted for ages! The Internet is pretty slow & not very useful but the design is good.
Read about the vibrating fits & had one within 5 minutes of getting it but since then it's been fine, had it for about a month now but all in all its okay but if I had the chance to go back I probably wouldn't buy it.

Had this phone for a mere 24 hours & its brilliant so far, ignoring the fact that the plastic protection screen thing is making the screen dirty!
I love this phone, though it's not without its faults, has a really small battery, it seems, & it runs out quickly. Other than that, I really like the touch screen & the great features it comes with (e.g. the different fonts you can have everything in) & it's surprisingly efficient. I wouldn't recommend this phone if you're looking for something practical & simple.

I've had this phone for 8 months, the first 7 months it was a great little phone, albeit a bit slow on the touch screen, although maybe that was me being impatient. Recently it has decided to switch itself off whenever it feels like it, it won't connect to any network whatever SIM card you put in it! It also has decided not to play any music & the slide tone has stopped working. Today it can't even be bothered to switch itself on. Very frustrating! It also has been losing saved words in the dictionary so I keep having to re add them every time. I have read lots of reviews on the net with people having similar problems. This was my first LG phone & I think I will be sticking to Sony Ericsson in the future.
All in all, lovely phone to look at & well behaved to start but I can't afford to buy a new phone every 7 months, if your considering buying this phone seriously read the reviews on here & the net before doing so.

I got this phone for my birthday last year & at first I loved it but I definitely don't. I don't have any songs or photos on it anymore because even though I have a 2g memory card when it get about 20% full it resets it's self & deletes everything & put these weird file names & won't delete them & I also like having my phones for music for when I am with mates we can have it playing whilst we are walking around & sometimes when it's two of us at times neither of us can hear it & also my doesn't hold any charge unless I am doing nothing with it & then it will last for about three days & I am also on contract & can't upgrade until October 2009 & I can't bare it because the phone is rubbish.

At first I thought this phone was great but after a few weeks the novelty seriously wore off, battery life was v poor it would go from 1 bar to totally dead in the space of about 10 minutes, the camera had a big delay so you'd quite often get a blurry picture where someone had got bored of waiting for it to take & moved, if you went over 1 text it would go really slow which was totally annoying, I kept having to delete messages because of memory even though I had a substantial memory card in it, but the final straw was when all of a sudden without me doing anything to it over half of my pictures wouldn't show up out of my camera album because it said the size wasn't supported even though I had taken them on that phone n they were showing before? Anyway I am just so glad to be rid of it & subsequently won't be getting another LG in the future!

I've had this phone for about 8 months now & for the first 5 months it was almost perfect. Just slight things like the sometimes unresponsive touchpad, not holding its charge for very long. The last 3 months have been awful though. It has random vibrating fits, very annoying if it's in your pocket, & it starts vibrating for about 20 minutes without stopping, the only way to stop it from carrying on vibrating is to take the battery out then restart it. Now my phone has about 2 or 3 vibrating fits a day. Also I've found that it does randomly turn off quite a lot.
It is overall quite a good phone, but not if you use it a lot like me. It is definitely not reliable, don't buy it if you want a phone that will work no matter what. The design is very good, & the camera takes some good high quality photos. It looks very nice though, & the screen is very bright & clear.

I got the first one & it kept on freezing while I was texting or using the keypad so t mobile sent me a new one. Then the exact same thing kept happening so I asked for another one. T mobile told me no one else has reported problems with this phone. What a lie I've been on various websites now & they are all saying the same thing. Then I got a third one & I had it for 2 weeks & it's started going wrong. Now it's even turning off by itself off & halfway through using it, it will tell me the SIM card isn't in properly. I turn it off & back on & all of a sudden the SIM card is in properly without me even touching it. The freezing while texting is really annoying & because it's been so long now I can't even change the phone. So I just have to wait a min or 2 until the buttons start working again & then I can finish off my texts. Everything else I love about it's just a shame about these silly faults with the phone.

I got a phone call from my network provider just over a month ago letting me know that I was due for & upgrade & they wanted to send me a new phone for being a loyal customer. I won't be making that mistake again. The person I spoke to raved about the KF600 (as they would) so I agreed & received it a couple of days later.
I have always had Nokia's but decided to give LG a go as it sounded so good. I hate this phone! It's so slow when texting & using the touch screen & the features are nothing that you couldn't get with another phone. Also, I have very slim fingers & have trouble hitting the right keys & touch screen pads. I've rung up my provider & begged them to change this phone but it looks like I'll be stuck with it for another 17 months. It seems to me that these phones may have been send out with these over the phone offers to get rid of them. I will be back with Nokia as soon as I can!

Hi. Had this phone for 8 weeks & it's been back twice already. First time the battery just wouldn't hold charge & lasted about 9 hours max in standby, this was reduced drastically if I actually used the phone. A new battery was slightly better (but not much) then the phone started to shut down without warning & then it nearly burned my hand when I picked it up one day, it was so hot & had shut down again. I took the battery out for safety & returned the whole lot to the shop, I am waiting to see what it's like when its returned.
Having said all that, the phone (when working) is superb with good design features & very easy to use with enough functions for most people. It looks good is very slim & the slide action works really well. Although I like the phone design, features etc. I have been on a few forums looking at phones & the LG kf600 appears to be plagued with the problems that I have experienced so I don't think I would go for LG again purely because of the unreliability.

Good points.
- Very good colours.
- Very good features.
- Design is quite nice.
- Surprisingly the phone screen doesn't scratch that easy.
Bad points.
- I found the more I used it the less responsive the touch screen has got.
- Quite a slow phone (takes ages for the camera to take a picture).
- Some people may find it a bit chunky for them.
- the supplied earphones brake so easily.
Even all the downfalls didn't put me off this phone because I liked the design too much & the features are excellent, but this phone may not be suitable for the older generation they may find it very hard to use.

It has all the features you could want & I am actually finding myself surprisingly addicted to some of the games included with this phone.
Only problem so far is that I can't work out how to get the phone connected to the disc that comes with it but I am sure that's just me.
If you have a Nintendo DS, like me I find using the stylus makes the touch screen much easier to use however it works perfectly with your finger. I just feel more in control with the stylus.
I love this phone.

I love this phone, but I am having real difficulty coping with the annoying message tone! Does anyone know how to change it? If you do let me know.
Otherwise this is by far the best mobile I have ever had! & I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice new stylish phone.
Also do you know if these phones come with memory cards?

This is the best phone ever for pulling the chicks. The colours of the fishy theme are fantastic try it out. Have had phone for three months has only frozen me out once. It has far better charge connection the dodgy Sony Ericsson which no one seems to complain about? the breakout game is annoying however as he doesn't respond well enough to finger movement on the slide bottom screen.

A great phone I have had this for a few weeks now, & after reading some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical, but after seeing for myself I think it is a great phone. People are moaning about not having people's names show up when they are called, but I have not encountered this problem, the name of the caller comes up fine. I don't have any problems with the touch screen, easy & fun to use. I would recommend this phone to anyone. The only problem I have with the phone is that I can't put a password lock on the phone so that a password is needed to get into anything on the phone.

I think the phone as a whole is fantastic but there is just one problem with it & that is when you want to place your pictures onto your computer or laptop you upload them & the photos become really thin & squashed. You cannot adjust them on the laptop so they are the right size, but this ruins the phone because you cannot really take photos because they cannot be sent to other phones to upload or anything.
On the camera menu you can adjust the pixel resolution however this still causes the photos to do the same, so if anyone has found away to change this then please let me know. Thanks.

Completely useless phone. The day I received it, the whole thing froze up, & since then the phone has been a nightmare. Constantly turning itself off as well.
I had switched from a Sony Ericsson & the reason for changing was that it was getting a bit old so decided to go to an LG which I have never done before. Bad idea.
I also found that the battery life wasn't very good & the touch screen was very fiddly, if you haven't got the skinniest of fingers you will end up pressing the wrong button & probably deleting something you shouldn't.
Overall, it's an attractive phone but I would not recommend it.

This is the best phone I have brought. I am sorry to say that I have had 4 Sony Ericsson's & they all always go wrong, so does everyone else's I know. I will never buy a Sony Ericsson again.
I love this phone only problems, the camera doesn't zoom & takes really long, message tone can't change which is terrible but apart from that I love this phone.

I love this phone it is just so cool! It's really easy to use & the touch screen is great even though I don't have slim fingers! Just one tiny niggle, as someone who's a little older the text on the screen when texting is a little small, but I have soon got used to it & now it doesn't bother me in the slightest. Highly recommended.

My 4th Replacement.
Extremely poor quality control from LG. My first phone kept switching off & I had to remove the battery to reboot. Second phone, no one could hear me during phone calls. Third phone kept freezing. I've always been a Nokia person & I just fancied a change.
LG have the most useless online software. In fact it's the worst that I've used for about 5 years, Camera flash doesn't actually flash just stays manually on or manually off. Non Symbian platform very poor, oh & the speaker quality is the worst I have used in years. I think I'll going back to Nokia as soon as possible.
My fourth phone seems to be okay so far. I hate it when these large companies rush their products to market, using the first round of customers as Guinea pigs.
LG REMEMBER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, BRAND LOYALTY, You've been warned.

I just got this phone! Everything works fine except when everyone called me, the phone just shown the numbers but not the names, even though they are all saved in the contact list. All the contact lists are in the phone memory not the SIM card, but it shouldn't make any different should it?
Thanks in advance!

I have had this phone for 6 weeks & it's my second one.
The first one came & the battery cover was broken so I took it back, got another one this time opened it before I took it home. The second one had finger print marks all over it, the shop assistance got another one this time the screen was scratched in several places, off he went got another one, that was perfect.
5 weeks later & my charger or the phone one of them doesn't work. I can't charge it so its sitting at home & I have to take it back.
In a nutshell I will be sticking to good old Samsung in the future.

I am un sure & trying to find out if I can.
The only bad points I have noticed so far is the MP3 quality out the loud speaker & when your listening to music with the phone in your case in your pocket & your knock it you can change the track. Please reply to my question

After having the phone for 4 weeks & a day the touch screen went funny, it then looked like it had cracked but I had never dropped the phone. I kept the phone in the sock that came along with it because it help keep the screen clean. & I didn't understand why it broken.

This is a great phone, it looks & feels good, it's different i.e. the touch screen that is very responsive & the battery life is good. I am waiting for a memory card so I can fit more tunes & photos on but you can get these cheap off eBay. I would recommend a screen protector as it does leave finger prints all over the front screen. I am also very conscious about dropping it because I don't think it would stand a big impact unlike other phones. Apart from this well it's great & it comes highly recommended.

1 week ago I finally changed my trusty Sony W900i after I'd had that for over 2 years! The reason I kept it for that long is that it did everything you could possibly need from a mobile phone, & did it brilliantly. But it was getting worn out so I bit the bullet & chose the LG KF600.
Well I've had it for a week now, & there are a few things that I don't like about it compared to my old Sony. Firstly, you can't zoom in when taking a still picture, only when shooting video. You can zoom into the picture after you've taken it, but even then you can't save the newly zoomed picture. This is strange, because the zoom feature is very strong after you've taken a picture so why you can't use that before you take the picture is beyond me. Also, the flash isn't automatic you have to go into the features & select it to come on, which is a bit tiresome when you just want to take a quick picture. Also, like other people have said, the speaker is awful. Compared to my old Walkman phone which sounded brilliant, this sounds like an old tin can when you turn the volume up.
Those are the main minus points to take into consideration, but overall it's a nice phone. The touch screen is nice & easy to use, this being my first experience of having anything with a touch screen I am fairly impressed. It has the wow factor when you show your mates which let's face it is a big plus!
Overall I'd give it an 8 out of 10, losing points for the lake of pre picture zoom & tinny speakers. But if you have a Sony Walkman phone, I'd stick with those if I were you.

I have had this phone for about a month now & I love it all, full touch screens that are out are rubbish but this one you get the best of the best of both worlds, well done LG. I love this phone so much there are a few problems, number one in the manual it doesn't tell you very well how, number two, put songs on your phone, the MP3 player isn't very loud, you can't put glass n horny etc on the picture you have taken like you can on Nokia Sony etc I you are thinking of buying this phone do so.

The phone features & everything are great & simple to use. Although it did stall on me, once already, which was surprising.
BUT, why hasn't anyone said anything about the music mode. In terms of sound quality, it's terrible. You can hardly hear the music even at full blast. I was on the train & could even hear other people's headphones in the background even using my own powerful headphones. It really is embarrassing. The equalizer option is just a set of pre installed genre's which does not to enhance the music especially as it plays so low. I'll just have to buy a separate MP3 player now, apart from this major numbness the phones OK.

Well I've had this phone for a little over a week now & feel I've got used to it enough to form an opinion. Like all phones this is not faultless, but altogether it's pretty close to all you could want in a mobile. There are a few things that stop it getting a 100% rating. They are, it seems to slow down when texting, in particular when half way through page 2. The characters seem to slow down & you find yourself making errors because you are thinking faster than the screen will move. Also the touch screen can be fiddly & you find yourself pressing the wrong button if you have anything but the skinniest of fingers. The most frustrating thing though is the battery life. It doesn't seem to go much beyond two days without needing charging. This is without using the phone as an MP3 player & draining the battery that way. The Samsung d600 I had before this one would go at least four days between charges. Finally it's essential that you buy a memory card to boost its pretty poor built in memory. Without one it will hold about four to five full songs & a handful of videos & pictures, & annoyingly you don't seem to be able to delete the factory ringtones & pictures that come with it & thus create more space.
Overall a nice phone & it does look fantastic. The reception I get on it is vastly improved compared to my old Samsung. With that one I only really got a signal indoors if I stood by the window. The LG however works everywhere in the house on almost full signal. My advice is make sure if you get this on a contract that you can change it within a set period as I am not sure everyone will like the touch screen facility.

Fell in love with the look of this phone in shop & had to have it. Got it today & not disappointed. The features are so easy to use. Menus are simple to understand. Bit of practice & a child could use it. Only downside was that the user manual not great. It doesn't tell you very much especially about connecting to PC for music etc. However have now got it sussed. Like the previous user said. Plus in USB cable. (I did download disk software first, not sure if essential). Then MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE the CONNECTION SETTING ON YOUR PHONE TO USB. MISTAKE THAT HAS TAKEN ME AN EVENING TO FIGURE OUT! Now using Windows Media player to sync & download. Easy. You will know if you are connected up right as the screen on phone will state portable Disk throughout process of moving music across. Watch this space & if anyone knows, how to easily switch this phone onto speakerphone & also if there is a bit anywhere to view the amount of energy left (other than icon on front screen) then can you let us know. Thanks.

I have had this phone for a fortnight now & I am loving it! The touch screen is very easy to navigate & get used to (although it's not as fast as some push button phones).
The slide mechanism is very sturdy & swift, but for 80% of the time you do not need to slide the phone up. I love the fact you can change the themes & create your own wallpapers & ringtones from your PC. This phone has everything I want & need from a phone & I think it looks GREAT!

Great phone, had it for 2 weeks now, & loving it. Looks great, quick & easy to use & has everything I need on it.
Regarding the MP3 player, plug it into your computer with the lead provided, & you get 2 drives, F drive & G drive. The G drive is the generic phone memory, F drive is any added memory card. Simply click & drag across to where you want to put the files. Real easy, don't need the software they provide with it.

Excellent phone all round. Easy to use. Looks so sleek & feel so good in the hand. It will be phone of the year no doubt. The only downside, is that you cannot have your own tunes as a sms, but can as a ringtone tone.
Confused & Frustrated from London, UK, the best & easier way of getting your tunes onto your phone, is take your microSD card out of the phone & put it into your microSD adapter, adapter into PC & open up windows media player & drag & drop into the folder which comes up when you hit the sync button. You can also save & drag & drop pictures into this folder as well. Put microSD card back into phone, & all your tunes & picture will be on your phone, under stuff. This is all hoping that you have a MicroSD card & some sort of card reader. Good luck.

Please Please Please, before people submit a review on a phone. First you need to read the manual, have some idea on how to use a phone, & take a few days or more to play with it, use it, test it, try it, compare it, research it, Google it, check forums, & ask about something you don't know about, then you can give a proper review. Had this phone for over a week, & can say this is a awesome phone. What I like about it, is that it has stolen all the good bits from the other phones. Easy texting (Nokia), great music player (Sony Ericsson), great slide look & lots of options (Samsung), style (most LG phones). Not too big not too small. Feels great in the hand. Easy to use once you know how to use it. Very good receiving & taking phones calls. Clear speech. Can personalize it to what you want, once you played about with it. The software is easy to use & not too complicated. I have the Prada, take away the name & not the greatest specs, but still a good phone & Viewty, great phone, but has a feel of a bulky phone somehow.
And I think this phone is better as it has stolen bits from those two phone as well, & you are left with a all rounder phone. The bad bits, Sometime you had to press the button a few time for it to react. Like any phones like this you need a crystal hard case to keep the finger marks off. The case it comes with, WHY? Yes there are phones out there with better specs, but for all round phone, with style, great idea with modern & old school ideas. Great price. TOP THIS!

Just got this phone as a contract upgrade this morning & I have to say I am impressed with it so far. I am a fan of LG but have never had one of their phones. I know some people with the Viewty & from what I've heard the interface isn't brilliant however on this phone it really is. The fact that the buttons change depending on the screen you're on & that you can customize them makes this phone very usable, so far I haven't experienced any lag on the menu, & the touch pad is very responsive. Yes it does lack some features & the camera isn't brilliant compared with some newer phones, but overall I really like it. Let's hope it continues.
