In short its total & absolute junk. It's a budget phone no matter how they try to polish it, the screen is a nightmare to use, you can't answer incoming calls & don't bother with the Internet feature, the Android system installed makes it virtually unusable.

Go for Sony or Nokia. Far superior products. Will never buy anything LG ever again.

Does anyone know if the phone works on any network other than T mobile? Orange doesn't have on their database.

My phone has been away for repair twice now since March & T mobile still haven't solved the problem. The sd card keeps being dropped by the phone as if I have removed it which keeps the phone on the standby screen in your pocket & ruins battery life.

Other negatives are, poor location of the back & home buttons, it takes a long while to avoid setting them off by accident, the resistive touch screen can be very unresponsive at times.

But biggest of all is the fact that LG aren't offering any updates to the android OS.

This could have been a great phone as the keyboard is brilliant, its the easiest to type on compared to any I have tried & for its price it comes with loads of features but the basics let it down.

I love this phone, but recently I started getting those black lines too. Going to see what T mobile can do to sort that one out.

Easy to use phone. Shame about the Bluetooth capabilities.

But other than that a wonderful phone.

I have had this phone for just over a month. Now on my third handset. First handset the keyboard stopped working completely. Second handset, 3 black lines appeared on the screen. Tried switching off, taking battery out, factory reset but nothing worked.

Easy to accidentally activate the home button when you are in the middle of typing.

Also phone seems to be very slow at times. Touch screen is sometimes very difficult to use. Other times it works fine. Not impressed overall & regret that I am stuck with this phone as have taken out a 24 month contract.

At first I really like this phone. It was easy to use & has lots of features. However, there are problems. It runs Android 1.5, which is basic (& there seems to be no upgrade in sight), but the worst feature of this phone is that the Bluetooth can only be used to connect to a headset - you cannot use it to transfer any media, be it contacts, pictures or music! I've never had a phone that doesn't do that if it's Bluetooth enabled (even my Sony Ericsson K800i does it & I've had it four years! )

The keypad is great, & it connected to my home broadband well using my wireless router.

It's purely the Bluetooth & old version of Android that made me return this phone to Virgin Mobile. Shame, as I would have settled for the Android (never having used another Smartphone with a newer version), but the lack of Bluetooth capabilities was the last straw.

I dislike this phone, it is too big & bricky. It has too small buttons & uses to much battery. My one of these turns off if I drop it. I wouldnt recommend it at all. If you're looking for a good Smartphone with a QWERTY keyboard. A Blackberry is what you need. Hope this helps.

This is the first touch screen, smart phone & QWERTY keyboard device I have ever owned, I was therefore a little nervous about getting it. However, as soon as I tried it, I haven't looked back. It is incredibly user friendly & so has an intuitive feel to it. I have had it for a month now & have not found anything that I have wanted it to do that is hasn't been able to.

I have since tried a friend's touch screen phone without the resistive screen & personally I prefer the resistive screen.

The QWERTY keyboard is the star feature of this phone, again very easy & comfortable to use, allowing for speedier typing.

The battery life on this phone, when compared to my old non smart phone & non touch screen phone, is short but then it has to power so much more. I sometimes get away with charging every other day but more often than not it's plugged in every night.

The other little gripe I have is with the two on-phone buttons below the screen, they are far too easy to touch by accident & as they only require a feather light touch to work, you often find yourself half way through a text & suddenly back on the home page. Which is slightly annoying but you get used to it & just remember to hold it in a way that you won't brush these buttons.

In general this is a really impressive phone & it has even convinced my mobile shy husband to get one too!

I absolutely love this phone. Had a couple of teething problems to begin with, as expected, but after a week or so I got use to it. I haven't had problems with it at all & would recommend it to anyone!
