Stay away from this phone. LG, life is good only if you stay away from LG.

Difficult to get on with at first. Things are not where you logically expect them to be on the menus so it takes a while to find them & get to know where they are.
Text messaging is difficult & the T9 dictionary does not stay on once selected, you have to enable it for every text. You can elect to use the full keyboard for texting but you have to use the stylus for it (situated top right at the back, pull out the little square). No, it's not an antenna as I thought at first :).
Pictures are great quality but sadly, the lack of flash means outdoor daytime use only.
I have been searching for a flip case but have yet to find one for this model. There are loads for the other models but I think this model got forgotten.
Finally, the screen lock timer is a must unless you want to start making unscheduled pocket calls to everyone. Either that, or remember to use the screen lock button on the side to lock it again after every use.

I have had this phone for 10 months & so far I have had to send it back because a frozen screen. Camera has been a help but no flash is a problem. Wouldn't purchase this phone unless you need a flashy phone to use for a couple of months. Also it scratches a lot.

Great Phone much better than my iphone, it does what its supposed to do & I can talk to people with it as well.

The phone is very difficult to use & very 'slippery' making it easy to drop. The touchscreen is difficult to use unless you have pointed fingers. I originally purchased the phone because it had a good camera, but it took me weeks to work out how to download the pictures. It is a horrible phone. I really wish I had chosen differently.

Had this phone 2 months then screen went funny, 3 network wanted £76 to repair it no chance after a lot of arguing got it replaced with a new one, but had to pay £40 not happy, if I had read these reviews before would not have got another one.

OK phone but not a high quality. Can't get it to work with PC. Screen is not very sensitive & have to use pen for accuracy. Extra bad news, screen only lasted 2 months. I didn't do anything but 3 want £50 to fix it. My advice steer clear.

Within 6 months, the touch screen has become slower. It's a nightmare to send messages. The camera is too slow. Have to keep pressing for a long time just to hear the clicking sound. So it's almost impossible to take any pictures. Useless & a total waste of money.

Sadly I cannot find anywhere that sells good cases for this phone, disappointing.

Touch screen difficult to use if you have large fingers like me. Major problem is that it is impossible to download LG PC Suite as no CD is supplied. I have spent hours on the phone to Three in an attempt to resolve this problem. What is the point of having a 5 megapixel camera if you cannot download photos?

This is a fantastic phone. Better than any phone I have had before.

Like a previous reviewer mine froze after two weeks & I sent it back. I hated this phone. I found its Internet capabilities useless. I found the stylus horrible to look at & have to use on a screen too small for effective finger typing. The camera was a joke. Pictures were a blurred mess. So glad it broke & I sent it back refusing any replacement. Got a HTC Desire on a different provider & for only £5 more on contract & it is a joy to use. Viewty was yuk.
