Overview
The LG GS500 Cookie Plus is an amazing looking 3G phone which comes with a fun & stylish designed casing. This handset is from the same LG range as the popular LG Cookie KP500 which is also a fashionable touch screen, but the advantage the GS500 Cookie Plus offers is its 3G technology, but both handsets do pay resemblance to each other on the style status. The LG GS500 Cookie Plus supports a Flash user interface complete with touch screen activated controls & a customisable home screen. Its main features include high speed Internet access, 3.2 megapixel camera, 3G HSDPA technology, music player & multimedia messaging.

Appearance & Size
Its modern designed casing is both fashionable in appearance & user friendly to operate. This stunning 3G phone comes in a black, purple or silver coloured casing. Its casing measures 10.71cm tall, 5.25cm wide by 1.19cm in depth. The touch screen measures 3 inches when measured diagonally & almost fills the front section of the casing. This screen has a 240 pixel by 400 pixel screen resolution & displays up to 262,000 colours on a TFT display. There are three keys located directly below the touch screen which have a circular shape design & these keys allow the user to access the phone menu as well as start & end calls. The LG GS500 Cookie Plus supports a touch screen handwriting recognition feature & the screen has an automatic rotate feature allowing the user to use their handset in vertical as well as horizontal mode.

The LG GS500 Cookie Plus comes with a FM radio feature which has a radio data system which means the user can enjoy onscreen text information which is relevant to the users chosen radio station & the music that is currently playing. There is a music playing feature which allows the user to listen to their favourite tracks on the move. This music player supports MP3, WMA & AAC format music playback & the user can store their music on their phones memory. The user can download new music from online music stores or transfer music from their computer & CD's. There is a digital camera feature which has a 3.2 megapixel lens & this camera supports video recording capabilities as well as still picture capturing. The GS500 Cookie Plus has a built in speakerphone function which allows the user to have a call over the phones speakers for a hands free call experience. There is a call log which can store up to forty missed calls, forty received calls & up to forty dialled calls. The GS500 Cookie Plus has a phonebook feature which stores all the user's contacts details & this phonebook can hold up to one thousand entries. This handset comes with a variety of messaging services which allow the user to communicate with others by using the best messaging service to suit the users messaging requirements. A MMS message is ideal for sharing pictures & video clips with other compatible MMS contacts. An email service allows the user to create an email which can be sent to others with an email address. A SMS message is perfect when the user wishes to share a quick message containing text & punctuation symbols with other compatible SMS contacts.

This fashionable 3G touch screen phone works over 3G networks HSDPA 900 & HSDPA 2100 networks as well as GSM networks 850, 900, 1800 & 1900. The user can connect to other devices using either Bluetooth® wireless technology or by connecting using a USB connection cable.
