Slow, often freezes.
No zoom when taking picture.
Not so easy to control (can't scroll with buttons on the side).
Do not recommend it.

Well, where to start really. The first thing I can say is that if I could go back in time & not buy the LG GM360, then I would. Why? firstly, because you cannot download any apps. Apps are must have on today's market, & for the price you would be paying for this phone, you may as well pay just as much for a smartphone that does have apps. Second, the Internet browser is laughable. It can be quick, but more often than not it can take several minutes for a site to load.
So then, what are the plus points?
- Excellent for social networking (facebook, twitter, myspace apps in the social network tab)
- Good calculator
- Fantastic loud speaker
- 5MP camera
Although I have listed a few good points, a good calculator & loud speaker aren't essential on a phone.
So what are the bad points?
- Slow Internet browser
- Locks all the time
- Bad touchscreen
- No apps to download
So, if you are reading this review & thinking about buying the LG GM360, then the only advice I can give you is simple, don't.
3 out of 10

DO NOT BUY! This phone is a load of well, rubbish! Keeps switching to headset mode when one isn't even connected, speaker quality is poor, Internet is slow, video quality is poor, cannot watch video from the web, can't even delete Internet addresses that you've entered!
Another waste of time & money from LG.

Mobile phones aren't cheap & you really do get what you pay for. When I went into the Carphone Warehouse to buy a phone I saw the LG Viewty snap & thought it looked really good quality for the price. It isn't.
I asked in the shop if it could 'use YouTube'. I was told it could. I should have asked if it could stream videos via YouTube. It can't.
My previous phone was an LG Cookie KP500. I told myself I'd never get an LG again since so much had gone wrong with the Cookie. But I gave LG the benefit of the doubt & bought the Viewty snap.
Pros: it is lightweight & stylish with a good camera & built in flash. It is good for social networking & can run a few applications at a time. My touchscreen is working fine at the moment. It also has a regular headphones slot so you don't have to buy special headphones for it. However, playing music on it does wear the battery down.
Cons: the battery runs out very fast & I find myself sometimes charging it 3 times a day. & I've only had this phone 2 weeks. As with my LG Cookie, the camera should have a zoom option but doesn't (but the zoom does work on the video camera for some reason), can't stream videos from the Internet, the battery is very hard to take out, it freezes several times a day. It's also quite slow. So basically, if you want a good phone you're going to have to spend a fair amount of money on it. There's no such thing as a cheap but good phone. I've learned my lesson this time.

It's an average phone. It's easy & user friendly. The gm 360i has Wi-Fi feature. However it a has some major drawbacks. You can't stream videos or watch youtube since it doesn't support a flash player. I kind of regret buying it but over all its pretty fine!

Terrible. Don't get it. Don't ever get an LG, they break straight away. The camera on mine freezes, & I get onto the camera app about 1 time every 100 tries. Its slow, the touch screen is unresponsive, I have had to take mine back 4 times & they havent fixed it. You can't get the battery out, the MP3 player doesn't work properly in so many ways. Don't get this phone just because you think the good camera is worth the money, you're falling into a trap.

Had this phone all of 24 hours but really like it compared to my previous phones the xperia x8 which was rubbish. Still getting used to it but camera superb. Not much memory so buy a memory card. Wanted the HTC Smart but as the shop didn't have any they offered this instead & I am really pleased with it. Very good for me.

I have this phone for four days, easy to hold, good design. It does not have Wi-Fi as stated in this specification, I am used to Nokia 6303c. This is my first touch screen phone, find it a bit difficult as it does not always respond first time. Still getting used to it, not sure about the icons for different settings. Great camera clear & sharp pictures, also true colours, too early to comment on robustness time will tell.

Right.
Its a brilliant phone & everything, but whats with LG's being so breakable.
I've had to take mine back 3 times in the past 8 months.
First time, ,emory chip was missing.
Second, the board needed changed as it died.
Now, my touchscreen has broken.
I love the phone, but make it more unbreakable.

I think this phone is amazing. The camera is the best with the flash. Internet browser isn't very good. Use LG world to get games & wallpapers & ringtones which makes the phone even better.

After reading about this phone I thought it sounds good especially having Wi-Fi, well I can tell you it does NOT have Wi-Fi so the sales jargon is rubbish, but I still give it a go to see if it could compare to the original viewty but I am afraid not the thing keeps freezing so I have to keep removing the battery email takes forever, the only good thing I can say about this phone is that the camera's good & it's cheap, but there's an old saying you get what you pay for, so I will end by saying you are better off putting a bit extra cash in & get a better phone because this thing will get on your nerves.

This phone is great it takes good pictures, great sound also you can use any headphones which make it easier you don't need to load a software disk it doesn't use one it's quick to charge & the battery last a long time. It's 100 times better than the LG Pop because the GM360 isn't awkward to hold if you are thinking of buying it I seriously recommend it!

Easy to use, even without the manual. Loved it at first until it started freezing on me. This seemed to happen when the battery was getting low or I had just charged it, takes about 7 hours to 'unfreeze' itself, happened 3 times this week so getting pretty fed up of it, maybe not such a good buy.
Not much space for music either.

Brillant phone & camera, if you want to trawl the net don't buy this phone, but this suits me fine, but for the money you won't go far wrong.
Reviewer: Jess - UK

This phone looks okay & has a decent enough camera, good sound quality & is very easy to use as it has very little features to it as it is pretty much a very basic phone, saying that, these are the only features of this phone which are average. The phone has a poor battery life, dull & uninventive features, nothing to do on the phone & also has a very slow & un sensitive touch screen which makes you believe that after sending a text, throwing the phone at a wall would have done less damage to it than trying to get the touch screen to work. The GM360 also has a very important aspect of the phone which doesn't work, the on & off button. I got this phone 1 week ago & already the phone will not turn on, charge up or, in fact do anything other than sit there looking shiny. My advice to you would be, simply, do not buy this phone!

I got this phone for my birthday & well I just love it I especially love the image editing feature it allows you to morph & change the lighting & much more, I DO recommend this phone but the bad thing is that the battery doesn't last very long (if you use it a lot, like me.)
& the lens at the back is easily scratched, I LOVE the 5 megapixel camera I also like the livesquare it's just a cooler version of speed dial - the memory space is quite good but with all phones I recommend getting a memory card. The touch screen is good, people are saying it's resistant but I haven't had them problems with it!
OH & BUILT IN FLASH! It just makes pictures look so better & brighter. I asked the woman at shop (selling me the phone) why it said Schneider on the lens & she said it's the best lens you can get on a phone so that's also a thumbs up! :).
All together I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this phone!

Good.
- Nice camera, picture quality is good.
- Phone function is good as well.
- Battery lives quite long on standby.
Bad.
- Internet is very slow.
- Mixes up touch & slide functions.
- Phone is extremely slow & requires a lot of patience to use it especially when dealing with files.
- Pictures are mostly blurred.
- Contact names mixed up buy the system (adds some own symbols against a contact which means you can't find it-very annoying! ).
- Calculator can't calculate percentage properly.
- Time zones are incorrect.
- Poor quality headphones included.
- No software CD
- Fails sending files via Bluetooth.
- Many useless applications
Not very user friendly, waste of time & money. I would never buy LG again.

Getting used to a touch screen is a little tricky.
The camera is awesome & can't wait to try it out. The phone is stylish & very light.
After checking that the E in the top left hand corner stands for 'EDGE' I've had trouble removing it, from many photos it should show the signal mast when Internet is not in use! Please could someone shed some light?
Many thanks.

Camera is awesome on this phone. It is easy to use & I love all the social networking (facebook & twitter etc) apps.
To be honest the only thing I found bad about this phone is if you got big fingers you might press the wrong buttons a lot when using the on screen keyboard while texting but other than that a perfect all round phone.

I do like this phone however, I find it really annoying having the network name on the homepages, I have tried pressing all sorts of buttons to get rid of it but it still remains there. I looked in the instruction manual & it says I have to go to 'Screen Settings' & there should be a option called 'Network Name' in which I can choose for it to be on display or not. This option apparently is underneath the option 'Greeting Message' but it is not there! Please help someone!

Had phone 3 days & love it, takes a bit of getting used to using the touch screen but have mastered it now. Photos are superb, haven't found out yet how to transfer them onto the computer yet.
Would recommend this phone to anyone although if you have big fingers it might be difficult to text, the qwerty keyboard alternative is a good addition.

I bought this phone a month ago on the Tesco mobile network in purple as I have had an LG phone before & liked them, but I am very disappointed in the phone, it doesn't always send texts so they just remain in my outbox even though I have a signal & can send other texts, the touch screen buttons are too small & you spend more time deleting what you have text & the overall phone is very slow to open applications. I have now returned the phone to Tesco with any quibble & gone back to my reliable Samsung Tocco. I don't plan to buy another LG phone again, but am looking for an upgrade on my Tocco :-).

The design is a sleek looking finish & it feels comfortable in your hand it is easy to use & it has all the major social networking sites at the end of your finger tips. It is great I only just brought mine yesterday & I have already mastered it! Love this phone!

Pros. Great camera, slim design, fairly light.
Cons. Very clumsy touch screen, far too easy to accidently open an application instead of scrolling, texting difficult due to size of screen keys, a stylus is essential (& there isn't one), my voice recorder doesn't work, instruction manual useless. The main gripe for me is the amount of time I spend trying to redo the tasks I want to do on the phone after it has misread a scrolling touch for a select touch & erroneously opened other applications. The texting screens just annoy me, e.g. There's no way of making a decimal place when texting numbers you have to go out of numbers & back into letters etc.
All told I regret buying this phone. Judging from the phone's software & screens it's a phone for kids, probably little girls. Should perhaps have gone for the LG Chocolate instead, BLAST!

I had not even read the instructions before working this phone out, it is very user friendly. I found it neat & sleek, & great for texting on the go. Internet is easy to use too. Get a memory card for it, & you can easily hold plenty of music, that you can also use as your ringtone. If all you need is texting, quick web browsing, social networking, & something stylish, then I recommend this one!

This phone looks great. This phone does not have WiFi in England which is a shame, plus no 3G. This phone only has a little bit of memory. The camera is excellent comes with a led flash which really helps.

Overall, I think it's a great phone, very sleek & stylish.
Its takes great pictures with the 5 mp camera & flash!
It only has one game which is a shame I think. I don't think there is a lot of memory on the handset- it can store up to 60 photos without a memory card, so buying a memory card will be a must if you want to take lots of pictures & have lots of music.
It has Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Flicker, etc already on the phone, which is great.
It has handwriting recognition which is good. It comes with a data lead a charger & headphones. When you connect the phone to your computer with your data lead it also charges your phone.
GREAT BUY!
