I have had this phone for 4 months now. I have taken good care of it & suddenly one day the touch screen has stopped working & I have heard of many others having the same problem I just hope it can be fixed or I can recieve a full refund as I would hope to have a phone for longer!

Had my LG Pop for 4 months & am reverting back to my LG Shine. Phone looks pretty enough if that is what you want it for, but using it I have found to be awful.
- It is slow to respond to commands & texting.
- There is no stylus with this phone & can be hard to press specific things (if small).
- Trying to answer a call without disconnecting someone whilst trying to unlock the screen is annoying.
- My Pop broke after 4 weeks of normal usage. The touch screen froze up & no amount of removing the battery & sim etc would make it work again, so had to return it, losing all the data stored on it.
- Very slow browser & awkward to navigate it.
On the plus side, the battery life is great (I don't use it loads so a full charge will last me a week), & the ring volume can be very loud, which is great in noisy places!
So I'd only get this phone if all you want to 'look good'. If you are easily frustrated or have big fingers, don't bother with the Pop :-).

Great phone, easy to use but how do you set your background light as mine goes off after a few seconds?

Hi all, I have owned the Pop for about 4 months now as I got it when it first came out. I really like this phone & wanted other not to be put off by any false or misleading reviews, it is a good phone, well priced for a touch screen, it is more of a fashion phone, not really a business phone at all so please don't expect too much from this phone. I am a working girl who likes to talk to friends, MMS, take photos & I need a good reliable phone for this, which the Pop most definitely is.
Oh & just to let you know, my friend just got the LG Pop on 18 month contact, a much better deal than I got 4 months ago, from an advert on this website, so may worth having a look.
Hope this helps.

The phone is good but has certain problems found.
- The pictures on the memory card opens after some time.
- The contact image is not displayed.
Everything else seems to be fine up to now, so let's see.

I think it's a great little phone, feels good for the price. Only thing the camera could be better with auto focus, but still good enough without. Don't miss WiFi on it. Only use it for calls & texts. Better than my last 3 Sony Ericsson's!

I bought the Cookie instead two months ago. Although it's okay there are major issues with the software. It makes calls whilst in your pocket, wasting credit! I saw the Pop at £50 last week, & after reading these reviews regret not getting it. It's also more expensive looking & solid than the Cookie. Pity it wasn't £50 two months ago.
Highly recommended.

This phone is amazing & I have yet to read a bad review about it! This is now selling for £49.99 so I would definitely recommend at this price as was still good value for money at £99.99.
Tons of great stuff on this phone & I still keep finding new things.

Recently got the Pop free on contract, I was sure of which phone I wanted so ordered online. It is a cool touch screen phone & I was not foolish & carried out lots of research before ordering, read reviews & comments on the Pop first.
I am very pleased with my buy & would advise others to bet one, it's a free touch screen phone on a reasonably priced contract. I love LG anyway, they haven't let me down in my last 3 purchases.

I am sat here looking for my next phone which has to be a business phone (possibly going for the HTC HD2) & thought I would share my knowledge of the POP with you. I have owned the POP for about 2 months & it is used just as a personal phone, so I selected something nice looking, easy to use & with some cool features. It is a fab phone with no complaints from me & it has been popular with my friends & children who all have wanted to have a play with it. I love the casing & size & screen, all great to use. I will be using this phone along with my new business phone as I love it so much.
If you are considering getting this phone, don't hesitate just get it, a great touch screen phone.
